I took her to Woof Gang, and Clarissa absolutely exceeded my expectations. When I picked Millie up, she looked like a Cavapoo again! She did such an incredible job. Her coat was so soft, she smelled amazing, and the blueberry facial left the area around her eyes so clean. The best part? It's been a week, and her eyes are still clean and clear! That's never happened before. Millie was finished in just two hours, and I loved getting a text about 15 minutes before she was ready for pickup. It made the whole process so easy. Yesterday I brought my two Vizslas in for baths, and I was amazed that both dogs were finished in only two hours! They came home so soft and smelling incredibly fresh. The salon itself is adorable! It's bright, welcoming, and smells amazing--not like a typical grooming shop at all. Even though I didn't buy anything this visit, they have the cutest dog cookies and treats. The groomer understood and got working on her final brush out. Just as she was walking her to me it started pouring. The grooming staff was so amazing, they had me pull my car on the curb and and walked her to the front. My dog was not loving the rain so the amazing lady picked up my 50 pound dog and ran her out to the car with me so she wouldn't ruin her fresh grooming. Me and the groomer got soaked but the pup was dry!! With the grooming u chose it came with a free toy. Neither of us had remembered it and she ran back out through the rain to give it to me. excellent customer service and the pup smells and looks great, I will definitely be returning

Bigger cups at a higher price were available, but the little one was perfect for our 30lb puppy. Flavors were quite varied. We opted for the banana and peanut butter combo. However there were options with bacon as well as sweet potato. The froyo is already scooped and frozen in the cups. No need for utensils. Just set the cup on the ground or hold it in place while your dog laps up every bit of deliciousness. Foster pup Taffy gave it a "paws up"!

When I received Grizzly post tidy up he was shaking, still wet, and digging his claws into me. Once home I had to blow dry him myself only to discover he had 2 cuts. One inside of his ear and another on his inner leg. I expected a tidy trim but he had been completely shaved from belly button down and his entire tail hair had been cut off into a stub instead of trimmed. The groomer nor front desk associate mentioned anything and when I called to speak with management, I was told they would call back. It's now been 2 days with no returned call or concern for their negligence. $170 later and my dog has an uneven and unattractive underbelly and backside, shorter ear fluff (when we never asked for this to be cut) and trauma from being nicked in the process. For the price you can go somewhere that will actually care for your fur baby and communicate when things don't go as planned.
