Recently, I was told my dog was too old and "to not to come back." literally told: do not come back with her unless you want to "visit." The lack civility toward paying customers is honestly astonishing. What's worse is that one of the managers I spoke with about my concerns and corporate PetSmart doesn't seem to even give a damn about any of it. Anyway, all I am saying is that there are plenty of other places to put your hard earned money in order to get your pet groomed well, this place is not one of them.

I loved the variety of items they had. We usually have to buy our dog items from at least 3 different stores but with this business, I can get most of them items I want and more from one place.
