They drained the transmission fluid accidentally rather than the engine oil and Micah had the car towed to his shop where he is more than beyond equipped to work on these types of cars. He found a bunch of things wrong that I wouldn't have known to look for because I don't know much about cars at all and explained them in a very clear way. He typed up a very thorough summary of what was wrong with the car and what it would cost to fix it. This was really helpful to take back to the dealer.
