We had a good experience. Atmosphere is cool: dark, brick, just the right splash of decorations and lights to be classy without being kitsch. Food was good. I would not recommend the milkshake from the kids' menu; it wasn't made with ice cream, but rather with cream and chipped ice. Didn't taste terribly good or rich. Everything else was great. Service was good. We were in a large party, so several of our items came out wrong, but the server, James, was very courteous, laughed it off (in a good way), and had it all fixed within five minutes. Wasn't an absolutely over-the-top experience, but it was a good one, and I would recommend it. Worth stopping by.

The vibe is warm and welcoming. We were quickly seated. Drinks, appetizer and dinner was ordered. The fried green tomatoes were great. The problem came with our entree. After 30 minutes from when our appetizer arrived we had still not received our main dishes. Waitress casually came by and said she didn't know what was going on with the kitchen, but that they would be out soon. All around us customers were seated, eating and leaving. After another 5 minutes I contacted a manager to check on our order. Turns out the waitress forgot to put our order in. The manager was extremely kind and apologetic.

Food was decent - I ordered the salmon Waldorf salad and it was a 7/10, the apples seemed to be soaking in lemon juice at some point which I get, but it was overwhelming. My husband got a smash burger with "fries". It has zero flavor. Price was reasonable and service was mid. Our server didn't really talk, but he kept water full

We came here and it was about a 30 minute wait so we just sat at the bar and ate which was great. The service was good and the vibe was super chill surprisingly based on the outside. You can join the waitlist online which is a very convenient feature. Everything here was pretty good. The ranchero flatbread was delicious. The pepperoni was good but smaller pepperonis would be nice, it'd be nice not to take a bite and pull all the toppings off. The Mac and cheese I must say left much to be desired, it was just bland. The raspberry vinaigrette was a little sweet for my taste it definitely gave more syrup than vinaigrette vibes but that's just my opinion.

Let's start with the housekeeping. The bathrooms are clean. The dining area is very clean. The staff is super friendly. We sat outside on a beautiful afternoon for lunch. We had a server who provided a lot of dining options and was very attentive. My colleague chose the chicken and biscuits. The comment was they were very good. I went with the servers recommendation of fish and chips. Let's start by saying they give you plenty of food. The fish was quite good. It was cod. It was fried but not overly so. You get a ton of french fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw and fries were very good. The fries were not at all greasy. They have their own house made tartar sauce, which I found different but very good. Strong recommendation for the sweet tea as well. There are lots of lunch choices to eat either inside or outside.

Wish I could give more stars!!! Food was AMAZING! We put ourselves on the waitlist before we left our cabin because it said 30-45 min wait so I also suggest doing that, once we got to the host stand and checked in we only waited 10 min! We aren't from the area so we asked our lovely server what they're known for & she told us steaks are great which was a what we were looking at. Were steak snobs so we were skeptical at first due to the wide variety of food on their menu. Needless to say we were HIGHLY impressed especially for the price! Wife got the Hawaiian ribeye medium rare with Mac n cheese! AMAZING flavor! I got the regular ribeye medium rare with Mac n cheese and a house salad with the poppy seed vinaigrette! When I tell you I want that dressing bottled for my house I'm not joking! It's so damn good! Our server Cassidy was personable, quick and knowledgeable. Her honesty about menu items was my favorite part. The atmosphere was perfectly lit, busy and not too loud!

Holston's has long been one of our favorites, and we've enjoyed many memorable meals. That's why this takeout experience stood out--in a less-than-great way. We ordered the fried mozzarella appetizer for $9.99, and while we understand prices can vary, the portion felt underwhelming with just four pieces. As you'll see in the photo, the presentation didn't quite match the value. A smaller container or a bit more attention to visual appeal might help the dish feel more inviting, especially for takeout. We're hoping this was just a rare misstep--still rooting for Holston's to keep up the quality we've come to love!

This review is a mixed bag of thoughts. Nice, quiet place with relaxed atmosphere. We had the brisket egg rolls, they are soft and mushy not crisp at all. For the table we had Caesar salads with lite dressing, it was Caesar soup, completely drowned. Did not eat. The potato soup is a cup of grainy mashed potatoes, the texture was off putting. The kids Alfredo was also so saucy it was soup. The redeeming plate was the short rib melt and grits, both were delish. The service wasn't impressive either. Our young fella was not interested in listening to our requests (i.e. lite dressing). Don't be in a rush to leave the table, pace yourself. Overall, I wouldn't come back.

From ensuring they source fresh, seasonal ingredients to creating a welcoming atmosphere, it's obvious that everything is done with passion and attention to detail. The night we came in for dinner, we had the joy of having Mariah as our server. We had the fried chicken skins, the à la carte ribeye and sirloin, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and summer squash, and then the cobbler for dessert. The drinks were strong pours, everything was seasoned perfectly, and the service was impeccable. Another night, we came in for drinks and dessert and had the goat cheese cheesecake and Pots de Crème. If you're looking for a restaurant that's the perfect combination of great food and great vibes, this is absolutely it.

First off, the restaurant is truly stunning! Service was excellent too. We started with the Fried Chicken Skins. My friend had heard good things for a friend, but we weren't particularly impressed. I had the Hanger Steak as my entree, and it was delicious. I especially loved the potato dumplings! My friend had the Kansas City Strip, cooked medium rare, with broccolini. Initially, the steak was overcooked, but the staff quickly cooked another steak and made it right. Overall a really good experience! Downtown Sevierville has really evolved, and we enjoyed walking around and exploring after dinner.

We were greeted and seated promptly in a lovely little alcove near their patio, the perfect spot for old friends catching up. Our server, Olivia, was phenomenal, offering insight and recommendations into their seasonal menu items. We started with cocktails and appetizers. We loved the Roasted Beet Salad and Crab Bisque. Deee-licious! We then moved on to our entrees: Filet mignon (prepared Medium) w/caramelized onions & garlic mashed potatoes. The filets were seasoned and cooked perfectly - melt in your mouth, oh soooo good! Prime rib steak sandwich with caramelized onions & melt cheese. Opted for a side of grilled zucchini instead of fries. Also a big hit with our friend. I chose the night's feature dish of halibut and couscous. Nicely prepared and delicious. Though we didn't have room for dessert, once Olivia brought the dessert tray by, we quickly made room! My husband chose the Blueberry Bread Pudding. Of course I had to taste! I'm typically am not a fan of bread puddings due to being heavy and somewhat gummy! This one was absolutely light, and yummy allowing the blueberries to shine. Our friends shared the NY cheesecake with fresh strawberries. Also, light, fluffy and delicious! I chose the key lime pie with toasted coconut sprinkled on top. Incredibly good with light tartness though I prefer more tart. Still, it ranks up there as one of the best I've found. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails, food, ambiance, decor, and our server, Olivia. Ample portions, reasonable/comparable pricing, and delicious/creative menu. Bravo, Seasons 101! Bravo!! I ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes appetizer only to have it delivered with batter so thick you could not find the tomato, and the batter had a fishy taste like the grease had also been used for frying fish. They were just not edible. When the waitress came to ask us how we enjoyed them, I told her there was too much batter and the grease tasted fishy. She didn't say a word, turned and walked away. You could tell her "How was it?" Inquiry was automatic and not a genuine concern for how the customers were enjoying the meal. It didn't get better. My grilled pork chops were tough, overcooked, and lacking any flavor. I could only eat one of the two provided. The pinto beans lacked any seasoning, but the coke slaw was good. My wife's pork chop was fried, and was better. It was cooked as it should have been. But her Mac and cheese was gummy and had an odd flavor. The cornbread was dry and not good. A friend who ate with us had Country Fried Steak. He said the steak was passable, but the gravy was disappointing. No onions at all in the gravy. This was not a good eating experience, and with the waitress's attitude, it was an almost a total flop. The sign at the entrance tells it all.
