Holy Burger was... meh. To be clear, I'm pescatarian, so this review is from the vegan side of the menu but as a former full time vegan, I think my opinion still holds weight. Under the burger options, there's a green tag to make it vegan. Cool. But at the top of the menu it says: "Make It A Combo for $3.99 (fries & drink)." When I ordered the vegan version and asked to make it a combo, I was told that wasn't an option because I upgraded to the Impossible patty. That's wild. No, I don't want to order fries and a drink separately after already paying an upcharge for the impossible patty. That's just greed!! As for the burger itself? Nothing memorable. Regular toppings, special sauce, and that's about it. Vegan burgers are everywhere now, so creativity matters. Now the sauce? Pretty good. A little sweet, but good. Still, $1.25 for a container that wasn't even full is kind of crazy. The fries were decent though. Nice crunch. My partner ordered the Holy Chicken and asked to add tomato since she didn't see it listed in the description. Maybe it came with it already, maybe not but another $1.25 charge and no clarity that it already came on the sandwich? Ironically, the best thing they did was give us a free fry for some reason when bringing out the food. Maybe it was the shock on my face accompanied by the rejection of ordering those separately. Overall, nothing stood out enough to bring me back. But again, I don't eat meat, so I'll let the meat eaters tell their side of the story.

Both the food and service were fantastic. 10/10. The classic burger is very good and good vegan options.

Fries were very good. Like fries used to be! Very friendly staff. Doesn't feel like a fast food chain. More like a mom and pop restaurant .

I stopped by today and tried their Italian Grinder on house-made focaccia and it was absolutely incredible. The focaccia alone is worth the trip: golden, chewy, house-made and with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. It had layers of perfectly sliced Italian meats, sharp provolone, crunchy lettuce, and fresh banana peppers (added) that gave every bite a hit of tang and spice. It's a sandwich that feels both thoughtfully crafted and wildly indulgent. Even better, Polpetti is family-owned and operated, and you can taste the love in every bite. The owner makes everything in-house from the focaccia to the pasta salad and it shows. The pasta salad was the perfect side: fresh and balanced with the right amount of crunch from the peppers. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and personal, just like the food. This spot is a must-visit for sandwich lovers. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu and support this local gem! UPDATE: They now have a coffee menu, take & bake options and gelato!

For those of you who are unfamiliar with a chopped cheese sandwich, let me break it down for you. A chopped cheese sandwich is when a burger is cooked steak and cheese style and put on a hoagie roll. This sounds like it should be a simple concept but so many sandwiches fall short of hitting the mark. THIS ONE DOES NOT! The meat on this sandwich is cooked wonderfully. The seasoning is perfect. The temperature is excellent. It's juicy and not any way overcooked. It smells amazing as soon as you open the bag. The fries are also a sticking point for me. They are golden brown and have just the right amount of salt and crunch to them without being dried out. My lunch is always really in minutes and I enjoy talking to the owner while I wait. He always greets me with a smile and makes my business feel appreciated. There are several other menu options but I am so smitten with this one that I have not ventured to try anything else.

The owner was so pleasant and kind, and allowed me to make modifications to the sandwiches. It took about 10 minutes for them to be prepared fresh, and in that time, so many other folks flooded into the store to order too! It was great to see how popular they were, given that the sandwiches were excellent. It's close by, so I plan to return soon.

Not much flavor. Kids chicken strips were a chicken patty that was overcooked and cut up. Also came out lukewarm at best. The Rueben was soggy and had about three slices of meat on it. Very little sauce on the sandwich no and was charged for extra when I asked for more. Added the Parmesan truffle fries which were powered Parmesan with some truffle oil sprinkled on top. Again all lukewarm. The Timberwolf burger had maybe two jalapeño's on it and the onions were burnt. The regular burgers and kids are the same size. Housemade pickles were soggy and the cucumber skins were tough. The quality of food from when we had eaten here a couple years ago was subpar in comparison. If you are going to charge for upscale items then they need to be upscale in the quality of what you are serving. Will not be back.
