They take orders while they are closed this has happened twice. The online and store work differently. I waited about an hour for this location to open after they took my order and money 2 hours prior to the time it was legit thrown into my car by some new guy with short patience. They made him answer the window and lie about their hours . I ordered a double black truffle Parmesan burger and it came with a disgusting amount of the "Parmesan truffle cheese sauce" that barley had any flavor. It was very gross to keep it short. The truffle parm fries were pretty overpriced for not tasting like truffle and barley having any toppings. The only thing saving this from a 1 star was the Ube shake which was mediocre but tasted good after such a disappointing meal. This place is a home run! This location has a good amount of seating, with high top tables and more in the back. I came for dinner and there wasn't a huge wait, but there were quite a few people waiting by the time we sat. I had the crispy chicken salad with avocado dressing and my cousin had a burger. We also ordered the Tray O' Fries to share with garlic aioli, herb-acodo sauce, and some good old ketchup. The salad was delicious and my cousin enjoyed her burger. The fries, of course, were absolutely perfect and the sauces were fun and unique. There was more than enough fries for the two of us and we took home leftovers. Service was so friendly and awesome. I've been to the location in the city and have been so excited about Fries with tons of sauces being brought to Brooklyn. The fries as expected were absolutely delicious even though delivery they were so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The smokehouse burger was so good the burger was juicy, the bacon was crispy, not much to complain about. The chicken wings however I could have done without. I know they served the sauce on the side to prevent them from getting soggy, but the wings and the sauce were regular. They kind of gave me crown fried vibes I'm just saying. I would absolutely eat here again though, I'm dying to try their burgers and other sandwiches and ofcourse their different sauces. read more

One of the best burgers. Simple, juicy, perfect. Fries are great, they figured out how to do take-out without it getting soggy. The wings are great now, but be warned the give it to you with sauce on the side, which lends for a crispy experience, even if you get to-go. I ordered the burger, truffle fries and the boneless wings. I don't like that you can't order the burger to your liking but either way it tastes OK. The truffle fries are great I love it with the lemon aïoli sauce. The buffalo boneless wings on the other hand were terrible it tasted like they just fried a small piece of chicken with a whole bunch of breading. also they don't make it apparent that the sauce for the boneless wings are on the side. This has become a go-to favorite since reviewing 3 years ago. Maybe go once every couple of weeks (yikes)? It's the burger, not the fries, that keep me coming back though. I describe it as kind of a Five Guys style burger, but better. The fries are still amazing, of course. If you are doing pickup or delivery I insist that you ask them KEEP THE FRY BOX OPEN when they bag your order. When they close it, it steams the fries and makes them mushy. I shared the truffle fries and cheddar cheese fries with sides of lemon garlic aioli and jalapeno cilantro sauce, and both dishes came out with some delicious, hot, crispy, and thick wedges. I LOVED the truffle fries with the creamy and mild jalapeno cilantro sauce, but another friend like the melty cheese fries and lemon garlic aioli more so it's all a matter of preference. The fries are pretty pricey at $8-9, but worth trying out at least once or indulging on as a treat. I am no stranger to their delicious fries and sauces, but this past weekend I decided to try their burger. I got the double cheeseburger (pictured) and added bacon to it. The burger comes with secret sauce (loved it!!) and pickles. The burger was very juicy and the bun was great too. My side of choice was truffle fries, which were surprisingly crunchy for a delivery. My husband ordered the dutch fries (not pictured unfortunately), which come with curry ketchup, lemon garlic aioli and diced onions. Those were great too as they are very generous with the amount of sauce, but the flavors are not overwhelming, in my opinion. The service is always extremely bad and my food is never ready when I get a notice that it is ready for pickup. Tonight, I waited for over 20 minutes after my order was READY FOR PICKUP ON THE APP for my milkshake after getting my hot food..... asked to cancel my milkshake and was told rudely to contact grubhub. I would have been fine just cancelling so I can leave, but waited 5 more minutes and watched the girl in the back make milkshakes (very slowly and then painfully wrap each one in plastic wrap) and then slowly put them in the freezer.... asked again and was told the girl (now standing doing nothing) is making my milkshake next....? What I received was boneless garlic Parmesan wings with ranch dressing. I was slightly disappointed in the different wings since I had my mouth set for buffalo, but I ate them anyway because I like garlic and Parmesan. I, however, HATE ranch with a passion. It's the one food that I feel should be made illegal so that upset me. I also ordered two sodas and they only sent one. As the paper receipt stapled to my bag said "garlic Parmesan" on it for some reason, it seems someone at the restaurant decided I needed that instead of what I actually ordered (which my UE receipt correctly reflected.) The location on Bedford is a cute little shop! There was no line on a Monday for lunch. Atmosphere was clean and since the shop is a little small, I would recommend a group no larger than 4. You order at the counter and service was quick! We got the cheeseburger and veggie burger. Their buns are made of brioche bread which was soft and not dry, and pillowy! Their house sauce is delicious. We ordered a separate order of regular fries - they have homemade fries and they are thicker. The dipping sauce we had was the lemon garlic aioli which was also good! It's a hole in the wall, but a pleasant one. Ordinarily, they are one of the finest burger establishments in Brooklyn. Their fries are the best and arguably, for quality burgers like these you can't find better prices. Not greasy, not fatty, quality beef. They even got creative with general tso burger which was surprisingly good. My only qualm with this place seems to be holiday staffing. Maybe it's busier time than normal or the core of the staff is home and they're overwhelmed. During the past two weeks it's been plagued from things ranging from inability to follow meal spec to a burger just short raw. I have to call out the latter because that's approaching the point of a health hazard, but otherwise this place is 10/10. I really hope they sort out whatever issues they have been having the past two weeks because if there's an award for best burger in the city, this place is most definitely a front runner. They beat out The Smith, Umami, Arby's, and the Malt House. For chains like smash burger, shake shack, and Dairy Queen, it's no contest. If I had to give a fair comparison it is right up there with Carl's Jr. but again, the past two weeks have seen a considerable decline so I'm hoping they fix that. read more

The original fries were also yummy just one order is enough for two, the portion given of fries is a lot very filling. I recommend the lemon garlic sauce with it. The fries are thick, crispy and seasoned perfectly. The man behind the counter was nice enough to offer me two sauces as I couldn't decide which one. The lemon garlic aioli and jalapeño dipping sauces were explosions of flavor and my tastebuds celebrated every bite. Ps. I came back the next week and got the veggie burger salad. We've had positive experiences here before the pandemic, but their new ordering system is terrible. Every time we order it comes with multiple incorrect items. Today we ordered for the family and they gave us truffle fries instead of onion rings, which I am allergic too. They also did not include Buffalo wings and instead gave us plain wings and the sauce on the side. We called to let them know, and were told that they don't have onion rings anymore. Instead of calling us and asking to remove it from the order they decided to randomly replace it with something I cannot eat. Picking up the order is also chaotic, and it is usually not ready until after the time on the order receipt. Only order from here if you are okay with getting random items and if you do not have any food allergies. Would not recommend. read more

While the food is wonderful, there is a problem in 2 areas. You must pay extra $2 for bacon, which is fine. But today for the 3rd time my takeout burger had no bacon. I have had one really good order of truffle French fries and a fantastic chicken sandwich and have never experienced it again - despite numerous orders. The fries and fried chicken sandwiches are consistently, without fail, over cooked to the point of being inedible - just oily and hard as f***! What is most frustrating is that it is expensive!
