Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They asked to use my personal bathroom a few times which i found odd as i have hired several contractors who worked longer hour jobs who never asked to use my bathroom before. I also found them using my kitchen sink to watch their rags, which really peeved me because they did not ask for my permission first. They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back. I only found out later through email that the job was done. Will not be hiring again

As part of the…read morerestoration process, all of the drywall had to be opened and dried, the flooring was completely removed and reinstalled, and the drywall had to be repaired, textured, and color-matched. We also had several decorative columns that were cut open from the bottom and needed to be reconstructed and blended back into the original structure. Because so much of the work involved connecting new materials to existing drywall and columns, I was very concerned that the seams, texture, or paint color would be noticeable after the repairs were completed. Erick and his team took on this project at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They completed the work in a timely manner and paid great attention to detail. Most importantly, the finished work looks seamless. You cannot tell where the repairs were made--the drywall, texture, paint, and decorative columns all blend perfectly with the original construction. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects. The disappointing thing was that after the estimate, I called and Michelle told me I would have an estimate within 24-48 hours. I ended up cancelling with them after 4 days of no estimate. If there was some kind of issue, please communicate that with your customers.

I reached these people from an ad on Facebook (which should've been my first clue) and was…read moresurprised they were willing to set up an appointment same day. They took my information (just name/address /phone) and said they would be here at 6:30p. They then sent a video using my name, date, and time on a white board (to show it was real, I guess? That made me highly suspicious of deep fakes, tho) to confirm my appt and let me know some details before they showed up. One of the details was the price. The lowest price mentioned was $12,000. Not to remodel the entire bathroom, but ONLY to replace the tub/surround. Also, the material they use is BP-Cor2, a composite polymer that contains 85% ABS plastic and 15% Acrylic. Google says this is actually a pretty safe, non-toxic material (so that's good), but the adhesive fumes are another story and it takes 24-48 hours for all that to be done. That sounded exorbitant. They do offer a lifetime warranty, but I may be selling my place within the year, so that really wasn't a factor in my decision. So I called to cancel, was put on hold, then hung up on twice. Not sure what that was about, so I texted back to the number that sent me the link and said to cancel my appointment, then I texted stop to unsubscribe. Got a call back almost immediately after that from the guy I originally talked to, who tried to change my mind. I would say it was a medium sell - not hard, but definitely he tried a few tactics before giving up. When he finally realized I was not going to relent, he said he canceled everything, which was great. About a week or two later, I received a call from them trying to sell me their service again. I pointed out that I had unsubscribed from everything and was not going to follow through with the appointment. They called yet again another week later, trying to sell me the same crap. At this point, there is no way they could've convinced me to change my mind. I do not work with people who do not listen when you cancel something. Beware of giving them your information.
