Wow! I've hired so many vendors over the years and have never experienced such excellent service! I'm selling my home and had a repair that needed immediate attention. I called around 8:30am and a real person answered who conveyed my problem accurately and assigned someone to come out between 12-2pm that day! I got a call letting me know a technician had finished another job early and they asked if they could send him my way....yes please! Brendon showed up on time, was incredibly polite and resourceful. It turned out what I thought was a plumbing issue was an electrical issue instead (Saniflo toilets require electricity). Brendon diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, had it resolved and.... Our toilet was creating a gurgling noise to a connected bathtub. After researching extensively on why there's a gurgling noise whenever we flush, I told my wife I need to climb the roof and flush water down the plumbing vent stack. My wife said no, I am clumsy and she isn't ready to be a single mother. We argued, I lost. There's another business in town that also offers a "$99" drain cleaning but whenever I've used them it's not $99 and there is always a catch. There is no catch with these guys! Requested availability on a Sunday, they came that very same afternoon, and Jacob spent less than an hour clearing the most stubborn sink drain that has been bugging us for years. He also took time to investigate why the sink was always leaking and noted that "whomever installed it" (my ex husband) had not applied any plumber's putty or had applied it incorrectly. He went back to his truck and got the putty and patched that up. The total bill was $109.20. Yep! $99 plus tax, and he didn't charge for the extra sink work. This place is great! Though I would like to be optimistic and say I won't have to hire a plumber again, I live in a 70 year old house, so the chances are good, and now I know who I'll call. They were very flexible with my schedule, and came out to clear 2 slow drains. Because the clog in the one was very near the top, they did not even charge me for it. They extracted a bunch of aquarium rocks, and a bracelet from my daughter's bathroom sink and then snaked out one of our master bathroom drains about 30 feet and both are flowing beautifully now. We set appt for 10-12 on 4/27/25. We called Sat am to confirm arrival time, she said she'd call back. Never did. No way to communicate with serviceman directly. (Very poor communication!) We waited until 12:20 then ran to store thinking he wasn't coming. Our ring camera showed he arrived at 12:30. He made no effort to reach us. We were 5 minutes away. Please avoid using Homeservice Plumbers. We called Homeservice Plumbers to check on a tenant's clogged toilet. When their workers arrived, they did little to resolve the issue (the toilet). Instead, they focused on a clean out roughly 20 feet from the toilet. The toilet blockage problem was still not solved. Their worker told me that a sewer scope was needed to find the problem. Soon, another worker from their company came with a camera. Justin (the second worker) did a sewer inspection and found the "problem". He pointed out that there was a sewer pipe crack about 115 feet away from the clean out. He marked the problematic sewer pipe area on the ground. He charged a sewer inspection fee of $299 plus tax. When I asked him to provide me with the inspection video, he refused to give it to me. Instead, he gave me a repair quote of $9706.40 and told me that they could fix it tomorrow. When I told him that I needed to ask the landlord for permission, he stayed on our property and refused to leave. He was begging me to call the landlord immediately to pay for the repair fee. The next day, we found another company to dig in the area that Justin had marked, looking for any signs of a pipe that had cracked or was leaking. No such crack was found anywhere on the sewer pipe. To be on the safe side, we hired a different sewer scope company and did a second sewer scope. This company gave us the report right way after they had completed the job, telling us nothing wrong with our sewer line. The ironic thing is, when the tenant put some drain opening into the toilet, it began working perfectly! When I confronted Homeservice Plumber, the manager, Calvin, said the professionals of other sewer inspection company were incompetent. He asked me to provide their report. When I told him that I would post what their company did online, he refunded us the money immediately. Pipe blockages are headache. What we need is an honest and reliable company, not a company that preys on the customer's anxiety for the sake of greed. read more

I requested a free quote and they came out the same day. The plumber was knowledgeable and efficient. I paid a little over $100 and it was worth it. However, the plumber tried telling me that he could not fix my problem because the pipes were too old and restricted. We asked if he had used a camera to see down the pipes. He told us that he didn't need to do that. He then proceeded to tell us that he could use pressurized water to clear the pipes and that would cost $800. I let him know that I did not have that to pay at the moment and that I would check with my landlord to see if they would be able to pay that. He was very persistent in having me call my landlord on the spot and I notified him that my landlord was at work and would not be off until later. He then proceeded to say that he would wait for my landlord to get off work or he could schedule another appointment for me later in the day. It seems like he did not want to leave until he made more money off of us. Finally we paid him for sneaking in the dream and sent him on his way. We then tested our dreams and everything seem to work just fine. So as I suspected he was just trying to upsell for no reason at all. The price was reasonable but high pressure sale tactic utilized to begin Replumbing on the spot. The job required cutting into the walls and ceiling and they say they don't repair the damage so I knew that going into it. However, this seemed to result in a complete disregard for owners property. No use of drop clothes, tools set on top of brand new washer and dryer leaving deep scratches, black fingerprints on walls, ceiling, doors, filthy shoe prints covered carpeting, debris not cleaned up, plumbing for the bathroom faucets cut incorrectly, hot and cold water pipes in kitchen reversed. The multi day job was mainly completed by one guy working 12 hour days and he seemed very green and more like an apprentice than a licensed plumber. The aftermath was a disaster and I would not recommend this company. read more
