If I could give more than 5 stars to Jason at HomeShield Pest Control, he is deserving of it!!! A difficult job of diagnosis to determine mostly nocturnal "scratching" noises from the attic/roof area. Between Jason and Tevita, they came out 8-12 times to try to solve this rat riddle. Jason was kind enough to place two of my Blink cameras in the attic area of concern. There were no droppings to be found in the attic and with 6-8 perimeter traps outside, no evidence of these critters. As it turns out, the noises were coming from either rats &/or birds walking on the roof after having a roofer come out. Jason critically listened and was especially patient through this frustrating process. My highest recommendation for Jason and his team! read more

We've had service provided with Homeshield since moving into our home back in April. Upon moving in we had a ton of spiders and various insects. The first and second treatments were done in consecutive months and we immediately noticed a difference. Now that we receive regular service (every other month), our pest control is much more manageable. We will occasionally see a random insect here and there, but the office is highly responsive and is always willing to send out a service professional within a few days. Our specific service professional is Tevita - we cannot say enough about him. He is kind, personable and takes a genuine interest in us as a family and is easy to get along with. What's more is that Tevita shares his knowledge on all things bug-related to simply better our level of understanding. We especially love that Tevita has said that if we ever need anything, we can call/text/send him a picture if we have questions or need another treatment (additional treatments are at no cost).
