After a "late night" train ride we took our two little ones back to the hotel to put them to bed. Saw that this place does delivery so we called in - we were rudely told that they weren't doing any more deliveries for the night, which was over an hour before closing. We ended up just picking up our order. Pizza was tasty but a little pricey. Also ordered the cheese bread which was just average. If we were in town again we would consider returning (mostly because we haven't found any other good place to eat) but it would be with some hesitation. The customer service just left a bad taste in our mouths - one that the food just couldn't erase. read more

We had a late dinner from HomeSlice pizza delivered to our hotel room. By far this has to be one of the best pizzas we've had. Delivery guy apologized for the long wait, but it was worth the wait. Also the coconut chocolate chip cookies are amazing!! read more

A little bit expensive for pizza,. but good. Order a whole pizza, don't buy the slices which sit waaay too long in the window. For slices I recommend competitor DioRios (DSP) half block away, more Brooklyn style and affordable. read more

LOVE IT!!! The service was kind and awesome. First I started off with the Winthrop salad which had bacon, blue cheese, walnuts and strawberry vinegarette. We had to wait a while for the pizza but it was all worth it!! I really had a lot of fun sitting outdoors and looking out at the San Jaun mountains with my family. We could also hear the train and they had good music. My son who usually has less than one slice of pizza had two. I recommend it if you ever visit Durango! :) (It also liked the prices!) We ordered take out and the pizzas were an hour late, cold, and folded in the box. The pizza itself was pretty good.

We were in town one night and had a hankering for a good pizza. We ordered the Meatzza using their web site. Their web interface was simple to use and the ordering process was very intuitive and efficient. You can even "track" your pizza online so you know when to expect a knock on the door. The pizza arrived in a reasonable time frame, and the two young men who delivered were so very polite and friendly I considered inviting them in to stay haha. The pizza was fabulous, a little more than I'm accustomed to paying, but I consider it money well spent if it doesn't make me bloated or gassy. Sorry if that's TMI. We demolished that pizza - soooo goooood. read more

Tonight was not their best night. It took nearly 1.5 hours to get a pizza when they told us it would take 45 minutes. They were out of both sausage and Canadian bacon. Finally, the veggie was super soggy, undercooked, and slathered with way too many black olives. They've done better before. We hope they can rise back up. read more

North Main store. Pizza wasn't bad but only offered one size drink and it was $2.97. Bartender was smug and acted like he was doing me a favor for charging $2.97 for a disposable paper cup and $.07 worth of liquid. $8 for 1 slice of pizza and a drink is ridiculous. Won't be back. read more

Pizza was amazing but I couldn't help to feel a little tan. Maybe it was just me but I could swear every white person was helped before me even tho I was clearly the first person in line. I also order two slices of pizza to go and when I got to my car I only had one. So I went back inside, told the cashier he forgot to give me my veggie slice and he tried making me pay for another one saying I only bought a cheese slice. Then I asked him to look up my order because I know what I paid for, I signed the receipt. He took quite awhile before he realized that I did pay for my pizza. Delicious margarhita pizza and a pita sandwich called World Peas. Husband loved how it was a grounded food truck with an eating area built around it. This was the first place we ate at in Durango and were really happy. Great stocked bar area and we had front row seats to a double rainbow right after a tiny rain shower. The only things that bummed me out was that the pita was so stuffed, it split and he got his pizza about 10 minutes before I got my sandwich so his was cold when we ate together. Prices were reasonable. Husband even liked it even though he isn't a vegetarian! Great place! read more

I ordered 2 gyros from the collage location and waited almost a HOUR! Gyro wasn't that great. It was very little sauce, thick meat patties instead of shaved meat, asked for greens and feta cheese on the side. Got greens on and no feta cheese (at least none that I saw or could taste) & THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY FOOD! So disappointed in this place, the service and the food. read more

Moved to the South West area from NY a couple of months ago so naturally I crave pizza all the time. I couldn't find a decent place when I lived in Farmington, New Mexico and then I tried Home Slice as soon as I moved here- So good, sauce is on point, not too sweet. Dough is perfect. I'm a huge blue cheese fan and theirs is SO GOOD! Definitely ordering from here again! Thanks for making great pizza! read more

Do you want a pizza that a little different from the ordinary? Then HomeSlice is for you. Sure you can make your own pizza, but they offer a really broad range of pizzas that you're probably not going to see somewhere else (i.e. the curry pizza). I popped in for a slice or two of pizza and I wasn't disappointed. I wish the slices had signs telling me which was which, but it was somewhat straight forward and I wasn't disappointed with my choices. In the warmer months it'd be nice to sit out front and catch some beautiful Colorado sunshine. read more

It was just OK. We ordered one of their gigantic pies plus a few smaller normal size pizzas. Wasn't too impressed. The flavors were bland and the dough was definitely not up to par. I guess we're too used real, authentic NY pizza. read more

Wonderful Pizza vibes. This place makes a good pie. Seriously, some of the best I've had. Their downtown location has a great patio area. Pizza is dry dry dry. They skimp on the sauce. Everything else is good, but this makes the pizza just awful and it's such an easy fix. We've ordered from here 4-5 times now, hoping it was just a one-off mistake. It's consistently dry every time. read more

Pizza tasted great but the employees didn't pay attention to detail. I asked for the Five Cheese sliced smaller for the kids and the Phunky Phresh with added chicken breast and a side of jalapenos. I received the cheese regularly sliced. The Phunky Phresh I received without chicken and without the side of Jalapenos. The taste of the Pizza brought it up to 3 stars read more
