Details below: **Background** I made the mistake of taking my "classic" car to a local shop within 3 miles of where I live. The professional manner in which he inspects my car, every time I've taken it to the shop makes me 100% confident that he will take care of my car the way my dad cared for my car. Very thoughtful! :-) When I returned to replace my starter a few months later, he noticed that some condensation built up in the replaced taillight and resealed it for me. I've inquired about replacing my struts a number of times and instead of prioritizing the business transaction, he shares his viewpoint about the safety of my car and informs me that my car's struts have a few more years of run time before they should be replaced. Jason has over +20 yrs of experience with Hondas and is VERY flexible. Jason diagnose my issue over the phone. The car starter finally failed and I had to get AAA to tow my car there. Without hesitation, I gave my key/car to AAA drive to drop off without me to be present and called when AAA delivered it after 2:20 pm. Car was ready by 9am the next day. I called the Honda Guys last week after visiting the Honda dealership. I told them the same thing I told the dealership. I have a check engine light on I wanted diagnosed. I was asked to come in on Monday morning. I arrived as scheduled Monday morning at 9 am. my issue was diagnosed as well as another problem quickly repaired in around 20 minutes. (The dealer had me waiting 2 hours) The check engine light needs a part. I was told it would be available in two days and to expect a text regarding my next appointment time & total cost. My engine light came on my 2016 Honda Pilot and there was an Emission Systems problem message. I took it to the dealership and they provided a quote for the part and 3 1/2 hours of labor to replace the O2 sensor that felt extremely high. I was recommended to stop by Honda Guys by a couple of bros and was told to ask for Jason. I messaged Honda Guys on Yelp and scheduled an appointment with Jason who was very responsive. I went in to get my oil changed and to get a couple rear lights fixed. Now, I've been to many different places to get my oil changed but Honda Guys were the fastest. They changed out my oil and put in new tail lights in about 30 minutes. On top of that Jason is so kind and gentle in speech. He gets straight to the point and gets the job done. I took my car in, and then they called me and said I needed to change my brake oil, my power steering fluid, and that there was vibrations when the tech shifted gears and so I needed to change my motor mounts. I cracked the navigation/radio display for my 2017 Honda Civic Si (woops!) and found out unfortunately that I would need to replace the unit to get it working again. These guys are affordable, efficient and have great communication. I coordinated a time to come in with Jason and service was excellent. During service, they noticed one of my reverse lights was out and I had previously taken my vehicle to the Ocean Honda dealership in December of 2021. The dealer advised it was an electrical issue and not the bulb. Despite me advising it was an "electrical issue," Honda Guys double checked the bulb and noticed it was burnt out and replaced it.
