My piercer was so patient and kind -- even waited for me when i wasn't able to make it into her time frame, which I really appreciated. After the piercing, I started feeling a bit dizzy, and they were all so quick to help and make sure I was okay before I left. You can tell they really care about their clients. We have been to Hone before, but recently had our first experience at the new WG location with Ann. The space is nice, clean and bright. Staff is kind and professional. My college aged daughter wanted a nose piercing to match the one she already has. Ann helped her pick out a piercing that was a close match to what she had on the other side and was very thorough with aligning the holes to make sure the piercings match. read more

Got my second lobe piercings done here and I had a wonderful experience! The studio is very clean, modern, bright, and inviting so I immediately felt comfortable when I arrived. Check-in was very easy -- the really kind lady at the front desk (I didn't catch her name unfortunately!) helped me get situated as soon as I arrived. I filled out a few forms on a tablet, chose my jewelry, and the next thing I knew I was guided to another room to get my ears pierced by Lolly. She did an amazing job -- she mentioned that she took my anatomy into consideration and left enough room for a third lobe piercing. The piercing itself wasn't too painful either! The entire process was incredibly quick and I was driving home maybe 15-20 minutes after scheduled appointment time. Will definitely be back in the future. Thank you! read more

Not a huge selection. Which was great because the selection was not overwhelming. I found just what I wanted. And the jewelry was very affordable which was a plus. Played hookieee from the family one night & my gf & I came here to get some holes put in our face. The location is super hard to find, however once inside it is really clean & giving vibes. Check in is super simple & everything is electronic - a plus. Pricing is about the same as other places in the Bay Area. Our Piercer was a dude who seemed okay, but he was on FaceTime the entire time - sus?! I got a septum & my gf got the Daith. The piercing were & are great, mine has healed up perfect & I cannot complain at all. I was not able to pick out my jewelry for the septum, unfortunately. I am a bull the next 9 months. I will say that for the amount of piercing I have / have had in my life, the professionalism is about a 3/5 for this location. read more
