    Mocha

Located inside The Factory in Franklin, this is the perfect spot to start or end your shopping trip. You can grab a seat at the counter or a table, or take your cup and stroll the shops. I ordered the mocha, and it may have been the best mocha I've ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly with little to no wait time. If you're visiting The Factory, this stop is a must!

My favorite part about this coffee shop is their homemade almond coconut milk. It is smooth, creamy, and the perfect flavor balance between almond and coconut. I love getting this milk in my latte. In terms of the coffee, it is solid. There's a lot of indoor seating and it gives off modern but cozy vibes. I love coming here to get some work done.

I really like that this coffee shop makes their own syrups! I was really looking for a plain vanilla latte, but they mentioned that their house made syrup has almond in it as well. Service was good. It is a good spot to get work done, with plenty of seating!

Nice coffee shop in the Factory. Just a word, the prices are on the higher side, probably due to great location. Coffees are good, the food is really good. I've had an açaí bowl and some of the Franklin toast (covered in fruit!). Both were really good and can certainly be a brunch that carries you till dinner. Lots of seating, you can also take your items and find seating in the factory. Nice spot so meet folks or just setup your remote work place.

Stopped in for a coffee between conference talks, and I was impressed. They had my drink ready incredibly fast, and the staff was super friendly. It does get pretty loud and crowded on the weekends, but honestly, that just adds to the fun vibe. My latte was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely a great spot.

The Factory at Franklin is becoming one of my favorite places to explore. I was nearby for a meeting and decided to stop into HCR for a quick coffee and açai bowl. I've previously enjoyed their location inside L&L Market and was eager to check this spot out. Indeed, HCR was popping around lunchtime on a weekday! I placed my order and waited about 15 minutes for my food and drink. Thankfully, there's plenty of seating and plenty of outlets. I so appreciate that thoughtful addition for anyone working or studying remotely: I was able to hop on my laptop while I waited and knock out a few small tasks. My coffee came out first, and my food followed shortly after. I decided to try The First Lady (iced), which I liked, but wasn't my favorite flavor. It tastes a bit more like almond milk than almond extract. Next time I'd probably try something else. I also got the Big Island açai bowl with added strawberries. This is one of my favorite light lunches - and I love that HCR partners with Franklin Juice Co. to make these offerings possible. That said, I'm also a big fan of the HRC grilled cheese sandwich, and absolutely recommend adding on bacon.

Staff is kind! However, the matcha was incredibly bitter and not well combined. Also as expensive as the latte was, they do not offer basic flavorings for matcha such as vanilla-- just offered a simple syrup/honey if needed to mix myself. The ambiance is good, but the music is loud so it is difficult to enjoy yourself/friends

I have been coming to Honest Coffee in the Factory for years. Seeing it evolve from its original smaller space into the beautiful, sprawling coffee bar it is now thrills me for whoever is behind the operation. They expanded wonderfully by retaining their original charm while also obviously leveling up the ambiance. This is the kind of coffee shop where I come to attempt mystery. I sit and moodily sip a latte while thumbing through a massive novel, all while secretly thinking maybe, just maybe, one of the handsome moustachioed Factory-dwellers will approach me and ask what I'm reading. And then I will tell him what I'm reading... fooooor as long as we both shall live. Jokes and romantic aspirations aside, Honest Coffee really is a lovely place to engulf oneself in a large latte and an equally large book. It's also the perfect environment for a chatty catch-up with a friend. One summer, I frequented Honest so often with a particular pal that we began saying our table should have a plaque fixed on it in our honor. I have so much warmth & good feeling to express towards Honest Coffee, that I must force myself to wrap it up. Ok bye I gotta go sit on my hands so I stop typing.

    Cubano & Iced Coffee

The place is under construction but still plenty of space to order and seating in the hallway available. Staff was great and nice (they would get a 4 Star). Had their iced coffee but unfortunately they had no ice that morning. It was okay but ice does help it. Also they don't have nonfat milk so got oat milk which worked. S.O liked this Cortado coffee. We tried the Guava Empanada and was not a fan. Lots more bread than feeling, and tasted like strawberry versus guava. Okay experience, interested what it will look like after the shop's expansion.

Such a great coffeeshop! I love that they have a wide menu for drinks and also have a full menu for food. I opt for the açaí bowls (Bom Bom) when I've gone here. They also have a kitchen for other breakfast and lunch options. You can buy bags of coffee beans and even candles! There's a large amount of seating at this location, indoor and outdoor.

A great coffee shop in the factory. They have a great method of funneling people through and they present the coffee drink without a lid reducing waste. The ambiance is cozy and warm. The coffee itself was delicious. I opted for the 'First Lady' and I normally don't go for prepared drinks. They also sell lots of great canned drinks.

This is a lovely coffee shop with conscientious people. Their coffee is great. I wish they had a larger food selection.

One of my favorite spots. The best $14 blend coffee you can buy in the Nashville area, killer espresso drinks, and really great staff!

Employees were rude and pretentious and menu was very limited. 3 employees were not wearing their masks properly. Will not be coming back.

Ask the Community - Honest Coffee Roasters

What kind of speed do they have for internet? I'm considering a home near there where access is limited to DSL (slow!!!) and I need fast internet access to upload files for my job.

The entire factory which honest coffee resides inside of has fairly fast internet. Fluctuates between 20 and 40mbps. Honest coffee has its own separate internet access as well but it's about the same connection speed.

To be honest, I don't drink coffee. So I can't comment on their coffee prowess. However, I do eat…read moreAcai bowls, so I'll furrow a few words in that direction. Wonderful flavors and textures abound in the bowl, which is actually a plastic container. That oil based concoction housed a tasty mix of fruit and granola that topped a silky base of pureed Acai berries. Fresh, refreshing, and replenishing. Your container of health can be topped with such selections as almond or peanut butter, and honey. It makes for a satisfying cornucopia of goodness. The bowl would be perfect if it were served in a paper canister rather than a plastic one. It seems counter-productive that eating healthy is being thwarted by the use of chemical based products. I'm not a hippie protesting lunatic. Quite the contrary. I really only eat healthy when I'm visiting my daughter. She inspires me to do so. So it seems to me that if eating healthy is the right thing to do, shouldn't it be done full measure? Shouldn't healthy food be served healthy? Soapbox relinquished, I've stepped down from that lofty perch. Go to Honest Coffee and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Eat, drink, and be happy. Quick Tip: Don't be dissuaded by the seemingly high price. Good taste and good fun are worth the price of admission. The matinee of life is viewed through eyes of hope. I hope to pay another visit to Honest Coffee in the not too distant future!

Since it's the only real coffee shop in the area, I feel bad about writing anything less than 5…read morestars but I have come 4 days in a row and it's been the same disappointing drink every time. I kept hoping it was just a fluke. The problem is my "hot" tea is very lukewarm. I'm not sure why that is. The first morning, I asked the barista to please make it hotter, and she looked at me, confusingly then whispered to another coworker. They took the drink back, attempted to do something to fix it, and then gave it back to me, barely warmer than it was. They didn't seem concerned that my drink be served correctly (young employees) so I just took it and left. For a $6 tea, that is not acceptable. I'm in town visiting family who live in the neighborhood and it's fun to walk to a local coffee shop. If I lived in the locally, I would be driving elsewhere. Their employees seem very young, but nothing that better training couldn't fix. Very cute vibe in the coffee shop which is a plus. Just please fix your hot water- hot tea should be hot!
