Honestee Plumbing really impressed my husband and I. We contacted them on a Monday at 1:30 with a drainage issue. Robbie was at our house later that afternoon. He snaked the pipe to provide immediate relief but we knew the pipes were 74 years old. We knew it was a matter of time before we'd have to replace. He gave us a quote to replace the laundry/kitchen drainage pipe and said unless we're having issues with the bathroom drains he said no need to replace at this time. We appreciated his "Honestee" and not trying to upsell us. They are a very professional company and we love the fact the fact that Robbie explained everything to us. Looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking, trustworthy plumber that won't rip you off?! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Robbie and Austin were absolutely amazing! :) The double vanity in our guest bathroom became completely clogged. Those sinks aren't used too often, so it was a bit concerning, being that we bought our home only 3 years ago. Robbie came inside and took a look at both sinks. He didn't even have to make a mess and take any plumbing apart under the sinks, he told me he can do it all from the roof vent, with the "snake". They were up on the roof and cleared the clog in like 15 minutes, so amazing! Robbie told us the clog was there from the previous homeowners, and gunk and grime just added to it, and it clogged completely. Robbie even recommended an inexpensive drain cleaner to us (that won't damage the pipes like Draino), so we can maintain the drains every few months to prevent future clogs. Robbie and Austin saved us hundreds of dollars, compared to the quotes from other plumbers for this "easy fix". These guys truly care about their customers and won't take advantage of you. On a local Facebook group I asked for referrals to a good plumber. The first plumber I called didn't return my call for 3 days. The second plumber I called gave an outrageous price to clear two drains and while researching them I realized that the person in the Facebook group that referred the second plumber also happened to be one of their family members. I find that to be very biased and not a qualified referral. And then I started noticing that several different people were strongly referring Honestee Plumbing. I called and spoke to Austin. He was super friendly and was here the very next morning which was amazing. Also the price he quoted for the drains to be cleared was very reasonable and I was happy to pay him for it. Austin and Robert were on time, quick and clean and while they made suggestions they did not pull the hardcore upsale crap a lot of other plumbers do. So I really appreciate that. Robbie was amazing! We had a drain clog and we're unable to use the shower or toilet in our main bathroom. Robbie fit us in and was able to get thing working just as our dinner guest were arriving. He saved the day! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He also showed us the condition of our pipes with a camera and suggested corrections we could make before our extremely OLD pipes failed. Top notch! These guys are the best. They live up to there name. After I had another company from Orange come out, the person that arrived literally said, " its dinner time, I need to go home". It was a plumbing emergency at a home with 1 bathroom and couldn't use the toilet. He said, "someone will call you from the office and we'll try to come back tomorrow if it can be scheduled.
