Honestee plumbing came out to our home to replace our piping and drainage for our new bathroom vanity and my husband had them look at our old water heater. The piping and drainage work turned out amazing and took them no time at all! Our water heater had seen better days and we were limited to 1 shower at a time until it filled back up and heated the water. Austin and Robbie updated our water supply to our sprinkler system because it was connected upstream of the pressure regulator which was 115 psi. Water pressure was too high for our drip system and after a couple of years, drip system were blowing up and leaking. They did a really good job. The work is top notch and it is so clean. Austin and Robert came to fix our toilet yesterday after my husband tried to fix it himself but couldn't finish because of lack of knowledge. They were very friendly, patiently answered all the questions my husband had, and put our toilet back together with a nice finish. The problem with our toilet is that the wax was broken, and they said it won't break in 50 years if the toilet is appropriately installed. We will see how long we will have the problem-free toilet. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to have found this company! Picture this: You get a call on a Saturday afternoon from your elderly parents, who have water coming up from all their drains and toilets, and they are too busy dealing with the mess to make calls for help... After checking with our usual trusted plumber, and finding him out of town, I went to Yelp, attempting to find someone who wouldn't take advantage of my parents. As you can imagine, on a Saturday afternoon most plumbers are fully booked with projects they've scheduled long in advance and have all the work they can handle that day. After making numerous calls, only to be told no one was available, I made contact with Robbie at Honestee Plumbing. He must have sensed my desperation, and graciously rearranged his schedule to come to my parents' home! They were so pleased with his service, his attitude, and his communication. Additionally, he kept in touch with me, letting me know exactly what he was doing and what the costs would be. Honestee was able to do a temporary fix and returned later for a long-delayed and much-needed cleanout of years of roots impacting the pipes. We had a kitchen drain blockage on a Saturday. I contacted them at 11:00 and they said they would send Robbie at noon. Robbie arrived at noon looked at the issue and cleared the drain within an hour. Super responsive, listened, answered all my questions and respected what I had to say. Our hired contractor couldn't figure out how to unclog our bathroom sink and suggested we hire a plumber. Called these guys in, I explained what our contractor had tried and they were able to determine the problem pretty quickly with a quick use of a camera scope. Thanks Robbie I want to give 10 stars but I can only give 5. Last Wednesday I had I had a couple plumbing problems that I have been procrastinating on and decided to give HONESTEE PLUMBING ‍ a call my nabor recommended them to me after I ran into him taking out the trash. I told him I need a new sink and I have been having toilet back ups as well as I needed a new water heater. The next day I called Robbie and he came out first thing in the morning and told me he has almost 10 years of experience and was very easy going and is an encyclopedia on Plumbing . I could tell he had my best interest in mind and I really appreciate that since my house is my biggest investment. He was fast was was able to fix all of the problems I needed done and did some preventative maintenance. He also offered financing and recommended that I get a water filtration system for my house. Robbie also explained to me that our biggest organ in the body is the skin and when we take a shower, all the chlorine gets absorbed by the skin and that they're water is very hard that's why I needed a new sink. All in all, I want to thank Rami and Austin for giving me different options for when needed to be done and after I chose what I wanted to get done, they were able to do it same day and answer every question that I had. I can't say enough about Rob and Austin. Their customer service is suburb! They live up to their company's name.... do not upsell for parts or services they feel are not needed. We thought we had an issue with a pipe under our kitchen sink and it turned out to just be a plugged hole in the garbage disposal. Someone else could have wanted to replace the pipe and overflow valve. I have referred them to family and friends who have experienced the great customer care.
