However, no voicemails were left to let me know they were available earlier or on their way. When I spoke with Sean the supervisor, I was told the movers had been sent home because they "couldn't keep waiting on me," and that I would now have to wait until another crew finished their job around 4:30 PM. I was also told that the company does not leave voicemails and would not admit to any communication issues, trying to push responsibility on me and then the person who booked the appt for me since I said I was told arrival time was 2-3 not 11am-3pm. We all get excessive spam calls, it's not difficult to leave a voicemail to say "hello, this is SCV movers calling and we are on the way to arrive by 2pm window." You are business, you leave messages if you are trying to reach a client for a scheduled service. This level of communication and lack of professionalism is extremely disappointing--especially as a 2x returning customer.
