This was our first time trying Honeybird and it was amazing! The customer service was great! The lady at the front was super nice and was telling me how they've only been open two weeks but they're already starting to get popular! She gave me my drinks and the food came out fresh made. Everything was really good, the eggs and sausage were well seasoned and the fried chicken for the biscuit had a really nice light crisp to it. The donut and drinks were also really yummy. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches with some truffle fries. They were out of the pastries when we got there. I actually really liked the butterfly cloud drink. The food was pretty decent and their chicken sandwich was definitely a hit. They did put up a sign around noon, saying that the kitchen was closed for an hour. It was understandable because it was right after the snow day, orders were hectic and they were probably understaffed as well. If only other people actually read the sign they put up. This place was really yummy. The donuts were beautiful and delicious but an ongoing theme with the food was it was too big to eat. All of it seems to be finger food but even with my sandwich I had to eat it with a fork and knife. On the other hand the Matcha was Amazing. It was so smooth and creamy I really recommend. There was a good bit of seating but a couple of tables were really wobbly. The service was very good. I found my perfect place. They just opened their second store. One of the best chicken sandwiches ever!!! The sandwich was crispy and so juicy that the word dry wasn't even in my vocabulary. Visually attractive but subpar flavored donuts. Thin and bland "spicy" chicken sandwiches. We ordered the cookie butter & tiramisu donut: both tasted the same with their fillings (cream cheese type filling) but decorated differently. Tried the "cronut": nothing like the original. It was more like a heavily frosted donut with layers, nothing like a croissant layers type donut. If you've ever had the original @ Dominique Ansel Bakery in NY, make sure you lower your expectations with this one. The "spicy" chicken sandwich: a very thin piece of chicken (almost paper thin). Battered and fried well, but the chicken is so thinly pounded out that it's a very dry bite each time. It was not spicy, but the pickles saved the sandwich. Wouldn't recommend for $13. Fries were good, similar to McDonald's, with just a small step down from the same crunch. Staff: just your typical young gal crew. Only complaint I had is that when I asked the gal if they were going to bring out any more Raspberry "cronut" for sale, she was adamant that they were not and wouldn't be making anymore. Two minutes later while waiting for my order to be ready for pick up on the drink, they brought out a whole tray of the raspberry "cronuts". I'd be more understanding if they would have said, we don't have any to sell right now but you can order more later, but this gal flat out said "no, we're not making anymore". Just terrible service being lied to. Overall, baked goods are pretty to look at but nothing to come back for more (in my opinion). Cheers. read more

The maps didn't quite take me here so look out. It's there! They have outdoor and indoor seating. Not a large place but cute ambiance. Nice people. I've added pics of menu, unique drinks (I wish they did a drink flight) and donuts. I got the crème brûlée (crunch top with normal custard donut filling-good) donut and honey bird sandwich. Donuts are not fresh. They're dry. The used to be good, but now they're using commercial whip cream out of the can - not fresh.

Visited on a Saturday morning. The line was rather long as customers seemed to take a long time to decide upon the donuts they wanted. So it took almost 20 minutes to place my order for the Honey Chicken Biscuit .... My order appeared in about 12 minutes The biscuit itself was not bad...but the chicken patty was thin and tough and the breading was just unmemorable. I kept thinking that I could have had a Chick-Fil-A Biscuit just across the parking lot for about 1/2 the price and my wait time would probably have been less than 10 minutes. However, I would have to add my own Chick-Fil-A honey to the biscuit - an acceptable tradeoff. Can't comment on the donuts..just advise to avoid the Saturday morning rush. read more

DELICIOUS DONUTS! And only the most gorgeous couture donuts you'll see in the Plano area! You walk in and it's the coolest thing, they have a more private section off seating when you first enter with the coolest backdrop/wallpaper I have to say the design of this place is super neat! And then you walk into another set of doors where you purchase the food and there is additional seating. I love the clear glass display case of all the gorgeous donuts! I personally got the berry cronout if i'm spelling that correctly. I went opening week so it was pretty busy but now I'm sure it's dead down a little bit. I have yet to try the sandwiches, but I have watched many TikTok reviews and everyone seems to be thoroughly impressed! What I can say is that you bet that donut was delicious!
