I've only ever ordered via UberEats and have not been in person. This place is great for having a tasty brunch that's also aesthetically pleasing! I really enjoy the Honeybird Biscuit and Tiramisu latte the most. They tend to be my go-to's every time I order! I also really enjoy their matcha latte and HB taco w/ cheese. Honestly, the savory food and drinks are always a winner. Though I did find the Sakura lemonade a bit too sweet for my liking. But I did use it for a work photo so thanks for the aesthetics lol Now to the donuts. They are gorgeous aren't they? They're also HUGE, no matter which you order! The cronuts are the best in my opinion. I think the regular ones with all the fancy icing and toppings are not as amazing as they look. Don't get me wrong, they taste great! But, between the size and the toppings, the donut itself is a little lackluster. I think if they were a bit smaller there'd be more balance. But each time I decide to try one, they're not as impressive as I expected given their appearance. Again, not bad. They are tasty. But I think I'll stick to the savory and the various drinks. And I'll get a cronut when the mood hits me (and if there are still any left! They go fast!) All in all, I enjoy getting brunch from Honeybird and look forward to any new drinks they come up with!

Cute place with a bunch of stuffed/filled donut options. We ordered a few items to eat there and then took home a bunch as well. Their strawberry cream donut was delicious, as was their honeybird biscuit. Tatertots were ok but not worth the price honestly. I liked the strawberry matcha and blueberry cheesecake as well. Limited seating inside but they have an "outdoor" area as well that can get really cold depending on the weather.

Well, this was a disappointment. I went on a late Saturday morning and ordered online. I got a egg & cheese biscuit sandwich. It said cheddar cheese, but it was made with American...which isn't really even cheese. The biscuit was so pale, it was just barely past raw. No crispy edges, just a soft, mushy biscuit. And the egg was not seasoned at all. With the poor excuse for "cheese" it really showed how unseasoned everything was. I had to add salt and pepper to make it tolerable. I also got a HB taco and it was only slightly better. The filling was okay, lots of eggs at least and they were seasoned a little this time. I paid extra for tater tots and they were soggy. The salsa was flavorless. The locally made tortilla was also extremely undercooked. It looked like it was parbaked by the maker to finish cooking before serving. But they didn't finish it. This is Texas. Have these people never seen a tortilla? Embarrassing. The donuts looked pretty. But I won't be back to try them out.

The setup and decor is very inviting, loved that they provide choices to sit inside or out on their shaded patio area. When we first got there yesterday, the young lady (skinny Caucasian woman) behind the counter didn't acknowledge or even speak to us until we asked if we could place an order. It was around 12:45/1pm so maybe she was about to get off, idk but it didn't leave the best impression as this was my first time coming here. My friend and I both ordered a donut, and I also ordered the dirtybird with a fried egg, fries, and two of their lemonades (strawberry and the butterfly pea mango). We sat down and caught up while waiting on our food. Will say, the sandwich and fries came out super fast and were both fresh. The sandwich was so good. Loved the sauce (aioli?) that came on it and the seasoning of the chicken. Fries looked super plain, but were actually well seasoned. Lemonades were Delicious! I finished my fairly quickly and forgot to snap a pic. Donuts were delicious too of course. There was another lady there who I assumed was the manager. She did not play about keeping the store clean, which I appreciated. The hour and a half we were there, I seriously don't think she stopped cleaning (outside of taking a few orders), so you can rest assured knowing you're not going to walk into a dirty environment. Would most likely return to try the rest of the menu

I stopped in after hearing about Honeybird from the socials. Donuts are super cute - huge, but cute. I found it extremely sweet and filling. More appropriate for sharing with another. Flavor was good but it was just a lot for a single person. I got the Spanish latte, asking for nonfat milk. They don't have nonfat. Only whole, oat and almond. I had almond, it was frothed nicely but very rich as I suspected. I think it would be helpful to have menu descriptions so you know what is in the drink you're ordering.

I thought this was just a donut place, but they sell regular food too. I came for the donuts and it didn't disappoint. It's sugary bliss in a building. My daughter said the cronut was so soft and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The banana pudding donut was really good. The banana pudding was delicious. I loved that it didn't have actual bananas in it. I don't like them. I do wish the donut was softer, but I guess it has to support the pudding inside. I'll go back and try something else. The donut was definitely shareable.

I decided to stop by Honeybird after seeing all the high reviews and cute photos online -- honestly, the place looks amazing and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience didn't match what everyone else seems to rave about. I ordered the cookie butter donut, and it was extremely dry -- same with the donut holes. My mom got the pumpkin pie donut, and hers was just as dry and hard. I asked the cashier if they make their donuts fresh daily, and she said yes, they were baked that morning. But the texture definitely didn't reflect that. When I mentioned how dry they were, she told me the owner recently changed the recipe, which makes sense because something is definitely off. I tried to take a few more bites, but it was honestly too dry to enjoy. I ended up asking for a refund. Overall, really disappointed because the shop has such a cute vibe, but the donuts just didn't live up to the hype. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Had seen this repetitively on TikTok and could not resist. Tried a variety of things. Honey Biscuit Chicken Sandwich- this was good but not great or anything out of the ordinary. Between the honey and buttery biscuit it was a little much for my tasting. Loaded tots were good but nothing out of the ordinary deliciousness. The tots were likely just frozen tots with cheese, bacon , green onions and sour cream. We also partook in the cotton candy donut and the strawberry shortcake. They were prepared with a lot of care and the presentation was amazing. In my opinion the donut for taste was mid at best. Overall I give them props for presentation but taste was just okay in my opinion.

The space is cute with ample seating but was packed the entire time we were there! I got a Spanish latte and would recommend. My husband and I each ordered a donut, the spicy honeybird sandwich, the breakfast sandwich, and tater tots. I was thankful we ordered donuts because it took over 25 minutes to get our sandwich orders. By that time I was cranky so I forgot to snap pics. I will say the food was good enough that we dismissed the wait time. Our donuts were great, tots were what you'd expect, and while I got the breakfast sandwich- I can say I plan to return to get the fried chicken. Coming for the donuts alone is worth it. We will be back for more flavors!

I think the lower reviews are from when the place first opened! I stopped by here on a Monday morning and it made my day! There are a great variety of unique donuts (big ones, too), sandwiches, biscuits, taters/fries, tacos, and a whole selection of drinks!! I tried the Nutella Cronut and really enjoyed it! One of their signature drinks is a Sakura latte which was also just perfect - not too sweet. I'll be coming here frequently! There is a good amount of seating space here as well - to get work done or to meet friends!

I tried the new honeybird location in Plano while catching up with a friend. This is a donut shop with unique flavors and drinks as well. I got the blueberry cheesecake donut and the crème brûlée donut. The blueberry cheesecake donut actually tasted like blueberry but I couldn't taste the cheesecake part. The crème brûlée one did not have a strong crème brûlée flavor and the cream of it was very thin. Both donuts were also pretty dense and just a lot of bread. Overall I probably wouldn't come back

I saw this spot on instagram and had to check it out. The donuts and cronuts are beautiful. Unfortunately they dont taste as good as they look. I also had a strawberry cloud drink and it was pretty tasty. The folks working here were friendly and efficient. I am not sure i would come back here but the ambiance is adorable.

I was eager to try this place, but when I got there, the whole experience was disappointing. The donuts didn't look as good as in the pics on line, and to top it off customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no one waiting in line so I thought someone would come to take my order. Ten minutes went by, and no one came, the only person that was there was busy making coffee drinks. I understand you can be busy, but I wasn't greeted when my husband and I got there, neither the employee said "I'll be right with you" or anything. I got tired of waiting and decided to leave. Very MID. Disappointed to be honest. Truffle fries tasted and smelled like chemicals. Chicken was spicy but bland it needed salt or something. Donuts are mid you can probably make these at home. Service was rude and waited forever to even talk to the cashier. Then they told us they were out of donuts, and the kitchen couldn't make half the menu. What type of new business can't make food in the middle of the day? Plenty of other places, wouldn't waste my time. read more

Visually attractive but subpar flavored donuts. Thin and bland "spicy" chicken sandwiches. We ordered the cookie butter & tiramisu donut: both tasted the same with their fillings (cream cheese type filling) but decorated differently. Tried the "cronut": nothing like the original. It was more like a heavily frosted donut with layers, nothing like a croissant layers type donut. If you've ever had the original @ Dominique Ansel Bakery in NY, make sure you lower your expectations with this one. The "spicy" chicken sandwich: a very thin piece of chicken (almost paper thin). Battered and fried well, but the chicken is so thinly pounded out that it's a very dry bite each time. It was not spicy, but the pickles saved the sandwich. Wouldn't recommend for $13. Fries were good, similar to McDonald's, with just a small step down from the same crunch. Staff: just your typical young gal crew. Only complaint I had is that when I asked the gal if they were going to bring out any more Raspberry "cronut" for sale, she was adamant that they were not and wouldn't be making anymore. Two minutes later while waiting for my order to be ready for pick up on the drink, they brought out a whole tray of the raspberry "cronuts". I'd be more understanding if they would have said, we don't have any to sell right now but you can order more later, but this gal flat out said "no, we're not making anymore". Just terrible service being lied to. Overall, baked goods are pretty to look at but nothing to come back for more (in my opinion). Cheers. read more

This was our first time trying Honeybird and it was amazing! The customer service was great! The lady at the front was super nice and was telling me how they've only been open two weeks but they're already starting to get popular! She gave me my drinks and the food came out fresh made. Everything was really good, the eggs and sausage were well seasoned and the fried chicken for the biscuit had a really nice light crisp to it. The donut and drinks were also really yummy. We will definitely be going back! We might eat in next time, the inside was super clean and cute. read more

We ordered 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches with some truffle fries. They were out of the pastries when we got there. I actually really liked the butterfly cloud drink. The food was pretty decent and their chicken sandwich was definitely a hit. They did put up a sign around noon, saying that the kitchen was closed for an hour. It was understandable because it was right after the snow day, orders were hectic and they were probably understaffed as well. If only other people actually read the sign they put up. Good vibes in general! We'll definitely come back to try their donuts and pastries! read more

I ordered a Nutella Cronut. They gave me a cinnamon donut YwY. I came back and ordered a butterfly pea lemonade. They just gave me just a peach lemonade. :( This was my first time coming here and didn't have a great experience here because they got both my orders wrong. if this place didn't charge an entire dollar for an up charge on oat or almond milk, I would rate it four stars as the espresso beans are good. But come on, $7 (w a $1 tip included) for a small cappuccino is not reasonable. read more

This place was really yummy. The donuts were beautiful and delicious but an ongoing theme with the food was it was too big to eat. All of it seems to be finger food but even with my sandwich I had to eat it with a fork and knife. On the other hand the Matcha was Amazing. It was so smooth and creamy I really recommend. There was a good bit of seating but a couple of tables were really wobbly. The service was very good. Everyone working there was very nice and willing to answer any questions I had about the specialty drinks they had. All and all I really recommend. read more

I found my perfect place. They just opened their second store. One of the best chicken sandwiches ever!!! The sandwich was crispy and so juicy that the word dry wasn't even in my vocabulary. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. as someone that can't really do spicy, it wasn't over bearing. Absolutely perfect. The sauce was 100% it! The store set up and decor is so cute and refreshing. OH LORD AND THE DONUTS! So beautiful The owner is really sweet and friendly. She did such a great job! The maps didn't quite take me here so look out. It's there! They have outdoor and indoor seating. Not a large place but cute ambiance. Nice people. I've added pics of menu, unique drinks (I wish they did a drink flight) and donuts. I got the crème brûlée (crunch top with normal custard donut filling-good) donut and honey bird sandwich. Sandwich was not small. Chicken was hot and moist. Tasty (at least a 4star). May have to come back and try more! read more

Visited on a Saturday morning. The line was rather long as customers seemed to take a long time to decide upon the donuts they wanted. So it took almost 20 minutes to place my order for the Honey Chicken Biscuit .... My order appeared in about 12 minutes The biscuit itself was not bad...but the chicken patty was thin and tough and the breading was just unmemorable. I kept thinking that I could have had a Chick-Fil-A Biscuit just across the parking lot for about 1/2 the price and my wait time would probably have been less than 10 minutes. However, I would have to add my own Chick-Fil-A honey to the biscuit - an acceptable tradeoff. Can't comment on the donuts..just advise to avoid the Saturday morning rush. read more

Horrible customer service. Tried to place an order in advance, willing to pay in advance and didn't have a preference on which donuts I receive. Because on my end the website said that they were out of stock on basic donuts they didn't take my order in its entirety.Again, I didn't care which ones I received. I came here as my last food stop before leaving town, it looked good online but looks can be deceiving. I got a spicybird no mayo because I'm allergic to most mayos. I tried to keep an open mind but the biscuit is just not good. The customer service wasn't even good either. Nobody seemed happy at all. The place is cute but its not a good food spot. My friends didn't enjoy it either. read more

Placed a mobile order- had to stand in line to pick up which almost defeats the purpose. Their Sacura latte tasted like soap $6 wasted 0/5 Their spicy chicken sandwich was nothing to write home about but was edible 2/5 The truffle fries were cold and not great 2/5 The chicken biscuit was edible,not great 2/5 Their apple donut was 5/5 and the best thing we ordered! Fresh, not too sweet, NOT stale. I would come Back for the donuts but absolutely nothing else. Cute location, very busy considering the food quality. read more

TIRAMISU LATTE!!!!!! Don't miss out! One of the best I've tried. Their donuts are delicious. Some are dense, some are soft and airy, they are not all the same donut with different toppings and I loved that! I love the strawberry donut, it was some dense goodness! My kids had the chocolate and another had the sprinkles. We will be back!! I have to try those sandwiches next! read more

I came to visit this place to meet a friend for breakfast. Jada at the counter was so sweet and helpful with it being our first time! The have a variety of breakfast foods and fun donuts to try. I ended up getting the breakfast biscuit, the strawberry donut and a drip coffee. All were so fabulous tasting and fresh! I would 10/10 recommend! read more

DELICIOUS DONUTS! And only the most gorgeous couture donuts you'll see in the Plano area! You walk in and it's the coolest thing, they have a more private section off seating when you first enter with the coolest backdrop/wallpaper I have to say the design of this place is super neat! And then you walk into another set of doors where you purchase the food and there is additional seating. I love the clear glass display case of all the gorgeous donuts! I personally got the berry cronout if i'm spelling that correctly. I went opening week so it was pretty busy but now I'm sure it's dead down a little bit. I have yet to try the sandwiches, but I have watched many TikTok reviews and everyone seems to be thoroughly impressed! What I can say is that you bet that donut was delicious!
