It's nice if you really don't want to talk to people when you order and they are super fast if you are on lunch break. I will say i made my own salad creation and it was really good (came out to approx $12) but can be pricer if you're they type to add extra options which is the reason why i'm giving 4 stars... The food was great, nothing extraordinary though. The honeybar was terrible. It was my first time, so I asked an employee was it was because I was confused. They said it was like a parfait. When ordering I already noticed how overpriced it was. And then finally trying it, I was so disappointed. It was purely fruit, syrup, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes (based off what I ordered). Ordered twice from this place. The first order was pretty good. Their sesame garlic was appetizing. It was good enough for us to go back the same night to get some more. Unfortunately, their second order was undercooked and nasty. We cooked it a bit more at home just to make it taste better. My girlfriend and I got sick the day after and had to call out from work. I will not be going here again. Honeygrow offers OK food with possible contamination. Side note: their branding is confusing. Should hire a better firm to do their branding. read more

I don't know what all the complaints are about because I went to this place today and it was amazing. I got a really nice custom stir fry and my family loved their salads. Lunch was about $10 per person but it was a good amount of food so we had left overs for dinner. All the food was made very quickly and was very customizable. The food here is fantastic, but the payment and pickup processes need improvement. Payment: save yourself some trouble, and just pay by credit card. Paying by cash or app requires you to talk to the cashier, who is busy handing out food. Pickup: when you're ordering your food at the kiosk, it will ask you for your name, cell phone number, and we'll give you an order number. As a result, handing out food is much harder than it should be. Sometimes the cashier will call the order by person, and sometimes by number (what you don't know because there is no print out), and I have yet to see them text anyone. To make matters worse, there is no microphone for the cashier to call out orders, so they have to try and yell above the crowd. read more

This place is delicious!!! Ordering was easy and efficient and the food came out so fast. I created my own stir fry and finished it off with the spicy garlic sauce. It tasted extremely flavorful and high quality and I will be coming back! I wish they opened more locations because this one is a little far from me, but that is the only concern i got out of it. Fantastic restaurant serving healthy stir fries, noodles, and salads! I am beyond impressed and happy with the meal that I ordered for delivery from Honeygrow. I ordered The Vegan Sesame Garlic Stir Fry with tofu and it was DELICIOUS! Honeygrow staff put an immense amount of care in preparing my meal with the freshest ingredients, the size of my meal was perfect (you get your money's worth so do not hesitate to order from here or come here), and so much thought and care was put in packaging my meal. It was beautiful and really touching that Honeygrow cares about its customers. My bag was sealed with a nice sticker, and my food came boxed in a beautiful red gift box that was also sealed just like a gift. Brightens one's spirits. Also extremely hygienic methods of serving food. They included a sturdy, nice fork. Napkins were also included. The food itself tasted like heaven. There were good-for-you whole wheat noodles cooked in the yummiest sesame garlic sauce, delicate broccoli, scallions, a generous amount of tasty tofu, and sprinkled with lovely sesame seeds. Hats off to the chef who cooked this and to the kind soul who packaged the food. Honeygrow has won a new enthusiastic customer and I will be glad to spread the word about how awesome you all are. The cashier was pleasant enough about the problem and seem like she was trying to put out a bunch "fires." Even if they had gotten things right, it is super slow. I've been here about 3 times and I must say I'm just not into it. Both times I got salad there was like 4 small (and I mean small) pieces of chicken which both times I paid $14 total for each salad. This was not a good experience, and won't be back. Menu is confusing (example the Red Curry, which is served with rice around the world, comes with rice noodles here - I saw rice and thought "good, normal" and got noodles. The whole experience requires intense concentration. And it's just freaking lunch. It took forever for everyone to order while the staff stood around watching people. struggle. Then it took forever for the food. And the food was bland and unremarkable, at best. Oh and I ordered chicken instead of tofu, but they charged me for both. They don't remove one protein if you order a different one. You have to down select. Two of the three people in our group got charged too much or double proteins. I came here on a Saturday night. That night they were having problems with their system, and a few of us were waiting for our orders. It took them a while to tell us their system was down. So they offered the people that were waiting a refund. They said to give them our info so they can give us the refund. I wouldn't have been so pressed for the refund since they said they would still make our food. But, when they made my food, some of the items were missing, such as the meat. And the quantity was half of what it should have been. I still haven't gotten the refund. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Came here for an early lunch. I heard of this place from a friend of mine who orders here regularly for lunch. Right off the bat, I was disappointed with the customer service. There were two ladies working, not a single greeting. This was our first time here so we kind of had to figure out how the ordering works. Nice that we can order on the iPad. Ordering process is very easy - kind of like ordering a pizza online. Wait time for food was not long. I ordered the spicy garlic stir fry. Noodles were the best part of the dish. Very chewy - tasted very fresh. However, there was just waaaaaay to much sauce. Made the dish taste very salty. I don't know if there is a way to customize the amount of sauce, but that would have been nice. I couldn't really taste much of the vegetables because it was overpowered by the sauce. Helpful friendly staff member explained the food and ordering process (touch screen) with lots of build-your-own options for stir-fry, salads, and a honey bar (snack with local honey, fruit, and toppings options). I got a lot of big green peppers instead with around six or seven chicken small pieces! and the meal size was not enough for sure and their bowl was not full, expensive and was still little hungry after finishing. I love the idea of stir fry to order but this place still needs some time to get settled. I love the ordering process of touch screen but was there with my dad who wasn't a fan because it kept asking him if he needed more time. Once we order within a few moments the server calls us to say they are out of of brown rice which seems strange since it was right when they opened we went so he picked another base. The lady was super nice to bring our food to us and first few bites awesome then I got to a shrimp it didn't look cooked but I thought maybe with the dark sauce that was why so I took a bite and nope still cold on inside :-( I ate around the shrimp and ate the veggies which were awesome. I hope once they get a few more weeks under there belt they will be a place I want to try again read more

Few of my colleagues and I finally got to try Honeygrow for our lunch break,busy as usual (1PM). I did the CYO salad you get to choose what you would like in your bowl instead of the picking the premade salad options. Unfortunately I couldn't finish my salad due to being upset. The reason I gave it 2 stars was because of an employee. I'm not sure if she was the manager because her shirt was a different color. But she was very sick. Now I dont want to be that "person" but she was working every station and being around the food and preparing it was unsanitary to me. Her voice was basically gone, kept coughing and sneezing. Alexis is one of the most friendly women I've seen working her tail off hustling for the customers and the service is fast and the food is certainly delicious.
