The toppings stayed crisp, Unfortunately it was more ice then cream which made it melt much quicker in the tx heat and not as rich. Taste was meh. I originally tried this place in LA and really liked it so I'm glad they have a new location in Houston. Located right next to Sunright and in the same plaza as sandong. Ordered the honeymee and matcha honeymee which is pretty much a soft serve with honeycomb piece, but they have other menu items too. The honey & honeycomb just adds such a subtle taste that rounds out the flavor so well. Not too sweet at all. They had a BOGO for their grand opening and came right before dinner time so there wasn't a long line. Service was good and prompt. Order came out pretty fast. Overall this has a modern interior and bright atmosphere. They also have the popular Korean style photo booth. Coming back again for sure! read more

The interior is super cute and bright just not a lot of seating options. I got the honey affogato and my friend got the matcha affogato. The ice cream wasn't too sweet and I loved the honey comb. The affogato had the matcha and coffee at the bottom so you can mix it at the bottom. I paid extra to get the honey comb cube which is $1.25 (I was fine paying that) but overall it was good but it was just a little pricey ($6-7) especially for the amount you get. read more

The crowds and business of this area drew my mom and I in to see what the hype was about. It was insanely crowded, super loud inside, and the wait was taking forever. I understand they were crowded, but how hard is it to make soft serve in a cup? Even though we waited a good 15 minutes for one Honeymee, it was good but great. The soft serve was super creamy, and the honeycomb was honeycomb. Overall, not a fan, but maybe I'll come back earlier in the day or when the popularity dies down. read more

Ice cream and matcha. What more can I ask for?!? Whenever I come visit this shop, I'm bouncing between the Matcha Honeymee or the Matcha Sweetie. The biggest difference is that the Matcha Honeymee comes with a honeycomb, while the Match Sweetie comes with a drizzle of honey. I have been ordering the Matcha Sweeite a bit more often than the Matcha Honeymee because I think the honey drizzle provides a hint of honey in every bite, while the honeycomb in the Matcha Honeymee is something you would have to take a bite of when you want honey. On the other hand, if you love a chewy/gummy texture, you will get that more with the Matcha Honeymee due to the actual honeycomb. Their matcha is of good quality and they do not skimp on it. Some places barely put any matcha in their ice cream mix, so then it makes the ice cream taste a bit more creamier than matcha. I really love the aesthetics, but if you are a vampire, come in with shades because the lights are blazing! Service is very quick! Do not hesitate if you see a long line. I will say though, the times I have came in and requested for a cold brew, they said they do not make it. Then why put it on your menu? 4.5/5 read more

First time here. The shop is cute and small. There are 2 soft serve ice cream flavors: true milk and matcha. The staff was very friendly, and I appreciate that the staff gave us samples of ice cream to try out. The ice cream itself is good but not great. The middle center of the ice cream was hollow, so you do not get a lot of ice cream in the small cup. We ordered a Darling and a Matcha Honeymee. The place is clean with a cute Photo Booth. Staff were friendly. I liked the taste of both ice cream flavors and the honeycomb chip. It would have been one of my favorite dessert spots until I saw that the ice cream had voids in both cups. For a cup of ice cream, given that the cup size is already quite small, I expected that the cup should be full of ice cream. It is too pricey at $7 for a cup of ice cream with a void in the middle. I was really excited to try Honeymee ever since I tried it for the first time in California, but I was pretty disappointed when I tried it here. The ice cream was really nothing too interesting or great. The flavors were underwhelming and the texture isn't really creamy. The honey was pretty good and was the best part about it. For my matcha darling, I was disappointed to see the whole middle unfilled with such a small cup already to begin with. The place was packed and picking up the order was so chaotic. The place was so loud and it was hard to know when your order was ready. A lot of people didn't hear when their order was ready and there was a lot of repeating the order number for people to pick it up. Overall it was okay, but I wouldn't come back. read more

The cup for both of them is much much smaller than Costco and the price is 5x more. I will try their milkshakes next time, but I won't try their soft serve anymore. Staff were nice, and efficient. The prices are a bit steep even considering the addition of the honey comb. The actual soft serve itself? It didn't have the consistency of the soft serve since I could taste the ice. Definitely overhyped and overpriced for what it is. We tried the Matcha Honeyme, Honeyme, and Dear Chocolate. Ironically, the best of the three was the chocolate, and I'm not a chocolate fan so that's saying something. The honey made the ice cream overly sweet and you can barely taste the matcha ice cream. I'd rather go to other shops around the area to get better quality ice cream. It was crowded, but the line went by quick, so that's a plus. They have a cute photobooth inside as well. read more

Soooo good!!! I got the salted caramel milkshake, was a little too sweet but mixed well with the saltiness. What I appreciated was the service, considering I am somewhat hard of hearing, they repeat the numbers (don't know if it's intention).
