This has definitely been my favorite Chinese spot in the area. I've since moved away, but every trip to my parents, we always get food from up here. Not only do I enjoy their food, but their main waitress is the most fantastically kind and wonderful lady. She is very familiar with our family, so despite it being takeout only, and us wearing masks, the waitress immediately noticed the absence of my dad (and his order). When we mentioned he'd been in a bad car accident and was still hospitalized, she was very concerned for him. He is finally home, but wheelchair bound for now. Ordered take out from them for lunch. Delivery was quick and accurate. This is a first time trying them and was very disappointed. Ordered Shrimp Chow Mein - hardly any sauce, very dry and shrimp had old metallic taste ended up throwing it away. Egg roll was small greasy and not much filling. The food is Good, hot , freshly made. I llke to order from the lunch menu and feel it is always worth the price. Beef, Szechuan Style is my favorite and the beef is always tender. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I choose to spend my money here and am always glad I did. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I threw out my food so there was a waste of $35. My excitement for orange beef was squashed when I tasted how slimey it was. The dumplings were too thick dough wise and disgusting. Even the fried rice had no taste. How does that even happen?!?! read more

This restaurant is easily missed in Grandview Shopping Center. Glad I found it. My go to is the chicken with green beans in the brown sauce. I sub the white rice with fried rice. Not a fancy order but many Chinese restaurants don't carry green beans. I order take out a couple time a month. I haven't eaten inside because of COVID, however it always looks clean and neat. I went here 9/2/2020 and the food actually tasted amazing. Only issue I would say is that they did not have hot sauce but the wings and price were just amazing. We have ordered from them for years but lately their food is just not good! Tonight I had boneless ribs..they were tough and dry, the beef satay was as dry as jerky. The Szechuan Pork was tasteless. The shrimp was good. Even the cookies are awful! I won't be ordering from them again. The food comes in a timely manner but the people on the phone are in a hurry and rude. After being regular customers for over a year - with few complaints - we were surprised tonight (and a bit concerned) at how slow our order was taking. Which was OK, considering it's mid-evening on a Friday. But when we called to confirm that the delivery order had processed, we were brushed off with a "when it gets there, it gets there" attitude. No apologies, explanations or anything. I called to let them know something might be wrong with their shrimp and the lady told me that they never ever had customers complain about their food. That it must be me. That they spend lots of money on their shrimp and never had complaints. That if I wanted something new that I had to drive my food back to the restaurant and exchange it for something new. The whole reason I chose delivery was so I wouldn't have to leave my house. Unbelievable. I find it hard to believe they've never had Customer complaints. Regardless. She was rude and disrespectful. We ordered seafood Hong Kong today at 6 o'clock 7 o'clock we student have our food so we caught up to find out where the food was this at the drivers getting ready to leave, so I asked is the food still going to be hot she said yes we got the food the food was stone cold. We call up just as no it's not cold it's hot so it's interesting going to not order takeout or to be delivered food was horrible could not eat it $25 wasted food was horrible. Sometimes if you tell them you are paying cash they will offer a discount, but sometimes they might not so don't expect it i guess it depends who takes your order.
