It's a nice quick place to grab good coffee and a small bite to eat right downstairs in the resort. There were a ton of little shops to peruse too or you can just step out and gaze at the ocean

This is located inside of the Hyatt Regency Maui, which made for an easy coffee since I was staying there. I tried the Ube latte and it was delicious. I loved the pretty colors of the Ube with the espresso.

Loved my iced americano. Grabbed this after a long run while I walked back to our hotel. The coffee was great and loved that they sold coffee beans. No one was in there at the time but me so it was quiet which I didn't mind. This is inside a hotel so was surprised no line and not busy. The baristas weren't outgoing or talkative but I'm sure they had a busy morning prior and they were still polite. My espresso shots were tasty and smooth. Can't go wrong with Hawaiian coffee beans and recommend this coffee shop if in the area.

This coffee place is right in the Hyatt Regency. You can find lattes and the usual coffee drinks, some with a Hawaiian twist. There are also some interesting wooden mugs/cups you can buy. Service was efficient and the atmosphere nice especially if you walk outside and sit in a beach chair. At the end of the day it's all about the coffee which I found to be decidedly average especially with a Hawaii premium price added.

Service was friendly and quick. Easy spot to get to from the hotel. Lots of pretty areas to relax and sip your coffee. Latte was very very sweet, I asked for 1/2 sweet but would recommend asking for 1/4!

Grabbed coffee & a few pastries for breakfast. Convenient & good pastries. Coffee was alright

Decaf Americano with an extra shot. Enjoying on my lanai at the Hyatt residence club Maui.

The Baristas here are so fabulous. Filled with so much Aloha. The coffee is good too. But what makes me go everyday while on vacation are those sweet faces. They make my day. Highly recommend decaf americano with an extra shot. It's my favorite.

Stoped in here on a Saturday morning while waiting for the regatta to start. Decided on the slow pour pea berry coffee and one of their oatmeal raisin cookies. Was the perfect pairing for a beautiful Saturday morning. They are usually a little busy when the canoe regattas are going on. But they still move the line along quickly. The service is always nice and friendly. I have visited this location several times over the years and the quality has always been good and have always received good service here. The location has a very nice vibe and depending on what time you happen to be there you can enjoy the birds and the penguins in the lobby area.

Conveniently located at the Hyatt Regency, great place to get coffee, merchandise, and even an açaí bowl. The cashier and barista were friendly and moved the long line quickly. Small location with enough seats to enjoy your cup.

Summary: okay espresso drinks but not worth the cost. Parking: I was a guest at the hotel and parked via valet. Ambiance: located near the lobby of the hotel. It's clean with a lot of people working Taste: just okay especially given the other options nearby. The Hyatt residence club market has amazing espresso drinks - I'd walk next door! Conclusion: does the job if you want some caffeine but taste for me was just okay. Probably won't go back given other options.

Almond croissant (left) & muffin, latte

Convenient on site coffee & pastry located at the Atrium Tower of our resort, opens early so perfect for jetlaggers. Latte was just ok, the latte at Island Vintage down the street at Whaler's Village is far superior. The muffin was outstanding: soft & moist with the appropriate sweetness. The croissant was adequate for a coffee chain, but not flaky or buttery like B pattiserie (SF) or Kona Coffee purveyers @Waikiki. We found a table on the outdoor patio area overlooking the Lahaina pool & the pacific ocean, life is beautiful.

Absolutely loved this place for breakfast that's more adult oriented with the most amazing açaí bowls we've ever had. Must try the Hawaiian one with honey and extra bananas delicious. The coffee is the best whether it's hot or iced. My go to drink was the iced almond milk latte with Mac nut and my husband enjoyed his hot Hawaiian latte with Mac nut and coconut island flavors. Regular coffee was just as good here too. They also have a small bakery with plenty of options for kids.

Well they had me at Bakery, great small establishment filled with fresh baked goods packed full of flavor. Some seating inside but essentially a grab and go place. Staff is very friendly and helpful, offering free samples as you peruse the cases filled with both sweet and savory treats as well as mini cakes. Decided to pick up a few sweet items and went with the cinnamon rolls, the coffee cake and the bread pudding. The savory case was filled with house made empanadas of various proteins and vegetables, they looked amazing but figured will have to return for those since we were heading out for the day and had no way to keep them until we got back to the resort. The cinnamon roll was very good, the perfect amount of sweetness combined with cream cheese to make the ultimate icing, and it's not drenched in icing so the ratio of dough to icing was spot on. They are good sized so you could actually share it and still feel like you weren't shorted of deliciousness. The coffee cake was prepared with blueberries and had a streusel type topping, cake was light and flavorful. The bread pudding was tasty, dense and not too sweet, we tried a few bites but will enjoy it more when we get back to our resort and can warm it up a bit. All and all it was a great find in a quiet little beachfront neighborhood. Great place to pick up fresh bakery to have with your coffee in the morning's while taking in the fresh ocean air and the sounds of the waves bringing that Maui zen. Well done Pau Bakery, I will be back to try your savory empanadas next Mangiamo e dulce tutti. Ciao

The cinnamon rolls, croissants, and everything they make are crafted from scratch with so much love and care. As a baker myself, I know just how much time and effort goes into creating each item--and trust me, it's far more than three hours. Today, I made wonderful memories with my dad. We met lovely people while waiting in line, then brought home incredible cinnamon rolls and croissants to share with our family. If you're planning a visit, plan ahead. Get there early, wear sunscreen or bring an umbrella for shade, and most importantly, bring a positive attitude. Life is an adventure, and your experience is often shaped by the attitude you bring to it. The first time we visited years ago, we waited less than five minutes. Today, we waited a few hours--and I absolutely love seeing that. It's wonderful to watch a hardworking local business thrive, and they deserve every bit of their success. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome. Blessings to every member of your staff--you've created something truly special.
