Great service this afternoon. Was immediately seated by an attractive hostess whose name I did not catch. My server Alyssa was also cute and was very attentive. Food was served quickly and was hot and perfectly prepared. Alyssa was kind enough to turn the channel on a TV so I could watch the Tour de France. I don't get the negative reviews here. Very clean establishment fast and friendly service they are starting to catch on to craft beer and are generally a good place to catch a decent lunch and dinner management seems to have it together and so do the staff I would recommend this hooters to anybody best one I've ever been too girls are decent looking too! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's just a chill spot and not a blow your mind place it's pretty reasonably priced too I would recommend it to anyone trying to unwind or a nice family lunch way classier than tk. read more

Came in Saturday night, had Danielle and Melanie, I believe Danielle was training she was just the nicest little thing ever! She did amazing. horrible order i received raw wings and specifically asked for them to be well done and cripsy i ordered 30 and i called to get credit on my order mind you im like 20 min away from their and they only credited me 20 wings when i paid $80 for an order of wings and a chicken sandwich and couple other stuff .were i also received my patty all soggy and it fell apart the manager ignored that order and didint really acknowledge how messed up i received the order deff not going to this location ever again dont reccomend!! read more

Wow, just wow, I have been coming here for years, even all the bad reviews I always had a good experience here and always a go to for me, tonight was horrible. Walked in and was told 20 minute wait...fine no problem...call my name and sit down with a friend. 25 minutes later a girl walks by and says have you guys been helped, I reply no. Some other girl comes over 5 minutes later and says can I get you anything...I politely say we have been waiting here for 25 minutes and I seen 2 of the other girls at tables next to me sitting there talking to the customers who were obviously friends and just chit chatting, she says well I'm her now so what do you need? Are you serious? I said forget it, we're leaving, she rolls her eyes and walked away, we left and went elsewhere, I will never again order or go to hooters Joliet. Btw that's where I would bring all my workers on rain days for food and drinks, never again. Total disrespect. read more

Very disappointed in my visit to the Joliet Hooters, my husband used to LOVE going there because the waitresses were so attentive to him and his Union buddies, but I did not receive anywhere near the same treatment. The wings were just ok and my water tasted funny?! Guess they call it "Hooters" for a reason and that is why he ran over there every chance he got, but as for me, I will not go back there. read more

The food is always great here. Overall friendly staff. Servers bring balloons to tables and are very friendly even with children. One manager named Nicki in particular was in the kitchen helping get the food out on time and that was impressive. The food came out nice and hot and the manager even walked around to make sure the guests dining experiences were going well. I have gone back and recommend it. read more

I called in an order and upon arrival they told me they lost the ticket and the wait was 10 minutes. Forty minutes later I got half cooked fries and wings that gave my family food poisoning. Thanks for the 25% off for the inconvenience. Never getting food from there again. read more

Called and placed an order for pick up around 12:20pm, was told that it would be done in 15 minutes, it took me roughly 20 minutes to get there, I went and they couldn't find my order in the system, they finally found my order in the system and it wasn't done yet. I sat down and waited, after two more customers orders were ready, the customers came in, paid for and left with their orders. After another 5 minutes or so went by the bartender asked what I ordered and what sauce I had. I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes actually in the restaurant, not including my drive to the restaurant. Finally my food ended up being completes where I than had to wait on my ranch and my cheese for my fries. After I recieved my food I was never apologized to for the wait or inconvenience. If I would of got an apology I would of never sent in such a negative review. read more

Well. For starters, food was excellent. This review was about this service. I'll start with the fact that my family and I come here to eat all the time and we never have problems. But last night was honestly terrible. The service was one of the worst I've ever had. I brought myself and my 3 little cousins out to dinner after laser tagging (our favorite thing ever!) and stopped in at around 9:45 pm. They close at 11:00pm. We asked for outside seating, which we got! So, we don't get acknowledged for about 15 minutes. Not a hello, not a "be with you in one second!", nothing. I'm a waitress myself, so I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she got busy. After constantly looking in the window for some service, I finally saw 2 girls by the soda machine talking, so I went inside and had to ask for a waitress, which is honestly sad. (If you know a table got sat, let your co-worker know. If you CANT find her, greet us or at least get us some waters?) So we get our waitress who initially said "You weren't supposed to be my table, so I guess I'll just take you" which really made us feel like a huge inconvenience, honestly. No "hello my name is ...." or an apology for the wait. I don't know, maybe 10pm was a little past her bedtime. Got us our drinks, our food, but whenever she would drop food/drink off to us, she'd quickly drop it off and right away scurry away, so if I needed anything I would have to act quick before she's gone. I don't think one time she asked if we needed anything. At one point, she brought my cousin a smoothie and was about to walk away, while the rest of us were eating ice cubes because we couldn't get a damn refill. So I had to yell "can we get some more water?" The only thing she was fast about was getting us our checks when we asked. I get it, people have bad days. But, being a waitress myself, I never let my bad mood be known. And I get it was late, and almost close, but that shouldn't be an excuse for terrible service. Service was worth no more than 10% but I still tipped over 20% because I feel her pain of serving....but I really hope this issue gets addressed. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a frequent customer here and today I went there and had the worst service I have ever had in my life. We waited over ten minutes to be greeted at our table while our waitress talked with other employees and ignored us.The waitress was ditsy and I had to repeat my order to her multiple times even tho she wrote it down. She could tell we were frustrated with her and went on to talk about us to other employees right I front of our faces. We then had employees staring at us while we are our food. My girlfriends food was over cooked and she didn't even eat it. No service was provided after we got our food. The waitress name was lexxy. If u ever get her I suggest getting another waitress. Avoid this restaurant as much as you can. If you have a taste for hooters spend the extra gas and drive to another one. read more

After the waitress took our order and brought us our drinks she literally forgot about us and our food. We saw the manager yell at her and she came running. By then our appetizer had been sitting out for at least 20 mins and was served cold with our wings. The wings were HORRIBLE. The mediums wings had no sauce or flavor on them and the hot wasn't hot at all. And then there was a piece of shrimp tail fried up in chicken. The cold mexicurly fries were made worse by the fact that they are made with cheese that tastes like bland melted velveeta. The food was terrible in general. Literally, my stomach hurts. Then after our food was given to us, the waitress did not check on us once. Didn't ask the food was, nothing. We watched her run around servicing other tables, but not ours. We had to flag her down just to get the check. We usually tip very well. I mean VERY well, but not this time. Disappointed in the service I left a two dollar tip. I hadn't been to Hooters in 4 years, and today I remembered why. They could have had a new regular customer, but instead missed out on that opportunity. Every time I hear someone bring up Hooters now I'm going to tell them about how poorly we were treated. Did I mention we were veterans? Yeah. Pretty disenchanted with our meal. We ordered the Daytona wings which were described as having a carmalized coating. Nothing was carmalized.....just plain fried. Disappointing. Secondly, we ordered curly fries and to say they were inedible would be an understatement. We dumped the whole thing out. They were barely warm and tough and chewy. Disgusting! Have gone there three times and tried to get what was owed to me from the GM. The second time we finally got what was owed, actually part of it. We were supposed to get a half off for the order and 2 pitchers, we got the discount, but still had to pay for the one pitcher we got. The GM said my name and what we were supposed to get was to be in their book or in the office and the manager at the time after searching several times said no. He reluctantly called the GM at home and she said the half off. Apparently she even forgot about the pitchers. We thought after that visit, the service and speed would pick up. Boy we were wrong, I don't know why everyone in our group wants to go back. Our waitress this time, Alexis was good at taking our orders, but when it came to taking care of extra needs like silverware, hand wipes, and extra sauce it was horrible. Never saw silverware and had to ask for the hand wipes. Refills were far and few, one person in our group had iced tea and when he asked for a refill, they didn't have any more and had to get a diet Pepsi instead. Wouldn't you think if the place is still open that they would still have tea available. Usually around 11:20 or so, you can see the girls cleaning up and straightening up tables for the next day. I get it was busy earlier with the Blackhawks game on and some other sporting events, but come on you are open til midnight. Our waitress, was not very attentive and when one at our table asked for blue cheese dressing, it took a good 10 minutes. The refills took about as long. I don't get how two buffalo chicken sandwiches, a philly cheese steak sandwich and an order of wings all with tots or onion rings can take 30-40 minutes. Flagging down a manager to ask him won't do any good, since you can't rush frying chicken. I ordered no cheese on my sandwich and it had cheese, I didn't want to risk the food going back only not to receive a sandwich back. The onion rings that came with the food were nothing more than frozen onion rings you can get at a grocery store and I got maybe 8 rings. When you order tots or fries, the plate is loaded with them. It would take a lot to get my business back and I will encourage everyone in my group to go to TGI Fridays nearby. We are loyal customers who are tired of getting the raw end of crap service. read more

OK... So I don't go to these places, but it was right next to the hotel and I wanted to have wings and watch the Blackhawks annihilate some teams. The food is decent, but the waitstaff is very friendly. I don't mean that in a dirty way, but they really were nice ladies. They chatted me up even after they were cut for the evening. The wings were great, but they gave me traditional instead of boneless as per request. Plenty of new sauces to choose from rather than my typical local Hooters, due to being a franchise. The service was great and I chose to go there twice last week. The downside was that they did not offer all you can eat which Wednesday is known for, and especially on National Chicken Day (which I went for)! read more

Ordered the boneless wings,we're cold and dry also ordered a draft beer was flat drank half asked the server for another fresher beer the manager came by 10 minutes later and scolded me for not bringing it to his attention sooner and that they have a policy if you drink half of the beer they don't replace it. I was very insulted to be spoken to that way, I told the manager that I never asked for anything "free" and that I wanted to pay for my beer. This manager was very rude, my date and I spent 50 dollars at this dump. Plus my girlfriend ordered a second Pepsi and the server forgot it, we had to ask her twice, this place wasn't even that busy! We got an 8 piece of traditional to go that was the best part of the visit, the traditional wings are excellent. I will never go back or recommend this place, not pleasant! read more

I've been to Hooters and BWW many times as a buffalo wing lover as well as going to smaller restaurants for wings. Some places go by weight for an order and some will go by wing count. Everyone knows that wings will vary slightly in size and usually if the wing count places realize the wings they received are unusually small they'll throw in a couple extra to a knowledge that they know that so you feel like you're getting your money's worth. Today 3 of us went to Hooters by the louis joliet mall and I ordered an 8 piece and my 2 family members were splitting a 10 piece. The wings were really, really tiny and one was even only half a wing. When we told the waitress she suggested we inform the manager and brought him over. He looked at us and said I'm Tim what's the problem? We started to tell him about the wings and he interrupted me in mid sentence to say what do you want more wings? In a very condescending tone so I just said yea and left it that. The waitress came out and said Tim is sending out a wing for each of you and we told her to tell tim to keep them as that's just a slap in the face. She left and came back and said since we didn't want those he would take off my $5 margarita but still never an apology. What he didn't realize is that we just wanted him to know so it wouldn't happen to other patrons. If he would have said sorry is there something i can do to make it up we would have said no worries. Went to the hooters in Joliet once, and I'll probably never go back. I went there with a small ground of friends and I ended up ordering the hottest wings...can't remember what their called. The waitress took forever to get me a refill of water, and keep in mind that this was in the middle of the day so it wasn't busy. She comes over and asks, "Are you sweating?" To which I say yes because the wings are hot, for my palate anyway, which caused to reaction of actually scoffing at me before leaving the table. Just to be clear that I wasn't raining from my head to my feet but I may have had some noticeable perspiration on my forehead. Besides that the service wasn't the worst in the world; that is until she collected our checks. I paid, separately, with a credit card, to which I signed my name and gave her a $3 tip...my meal was only about $10...and here's the good part...as she takes the receipt with a mean look on her face, she looks at the tip RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, then says thank you, have a nice day.
