This was my first visit to this location in 2025. I was promptly greeting and seated, and was pleased that my Hooters Girl was someone that I have known for some time. I went today to get some wings and they have no sauce. Apparently it's a butter sauce and it's disgusting. They no longer have any wings sauce. They just give you a Kroger style little thing of hot sauce. It was disgusting it made my stomach hurt. It was miss the most horrible meal I've ever had in my life. read more

Here on business and decided to get some dinner before going In for the night. Decided I wanted boneless wings again tonight in hopes I'd find better than what I had last night so I stopped into hooters. I think this Hooters is probably the dirtiest hooters I have ever been in. My waitress was wonderful. I didn't catch her name, but she was super sweet. I put in a go order for some boneless wings and an order of fried pickles. The fried pickles are pretty good not as crispy as I had liked, even though I asked for them to be cooked extra crispy. The boneless wings definitely not something to write home about. I also ordered a sweet tea that made me want to gag. I will definitely not visit this Hooters again. read more

This was by far the worse experience from any restaurant I have ever been to. The waitress didn't know how to place my to-go order nor was she able to use the computer to put it in the system, so I helped her navigate. Then, it took 40 minutes to receive my food and it wasn't correct. The fries were cold and the main ingredients on the burger weren't there, so clearly, the cooks don't know the menu. It took an additional 20 minutes to get my food replaced, and management was too busy flirt with customers for tips than addressing customer service issues. This is the worst location. Two days ago, I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic Parmesan. Picked up my order opened up the package and saw that they gave me 15 plain breaded wings and the 6 lemon pepper that was swimming in lots of oil who ever made it did not care. I went back in and the lady called the manager who came out looking like he couldn't care less what my issue was. He stated that he was out of sauce!! So I guess he made the executive decision to give me plain wings and they not tell me. He just said what do you want in a condescending and rude way. I said nothing. I just wanted a refund he said to reach out to Uber eats. I left the 21 wings with him and took the other orders. I reached out to uber eats and they can't refund my money because I have no pictures to prove. So I am out of my money, didn't get my wings and spoke to a horrible manager. Never again! So, Next to my hotel, I had to come over and have a couple of local IPAs..got cardedat my age always makes you feel good...lol Girls of course dressed in the Hooter attire...poor girls But all looked cute Brandi bartender was adorable and attentive. I had Daytona chicken wing are the bomb... was glad to see there were so many different options of chicken wings on the menu now! Compared to when I been here years ago and of course a different location. Being I am from upstate New York not a real big fan of breaded chicken wings, but I had the boneless chicken wings and they were delicious with the garlic Parmesan sauce in the honey hot sauce. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was really good. My friend had the chicken sliders which she also enjoyed. The fried pickles weren't bad, we weren't sure if it was the pickles or the sauce that was served with them that made them taste funny but it wasn't something that detoured me completely from eating them. Our server was very nice, attentive and the customers around us seemed to be enjoying their dining experience too. Great location with all the airport hotels surrounding it and if you're needing to catch a game or get a drink then they'll take care of ya! read more

I used to frequent this location when I commuted to Raleigh on a daily basis. I can say the service has only changed for the better. Found this to be the best location so far for Hooters. Our waitress was very attentive, " Sarah", while the other ladies looked to be as well, bustling and hustling for a Friday night with VT / MIA game in play. We ordered the classic chicken sandwiches and needed a knife to make it manageable to eat. So much sauce I asked for another toasted bun and was obliged... thank you ma'am! So had to go here because all the pizza joints closed at 9. Walked in and all the empty tables were dirty. One server stood around BS with friends instead of DOING HER JOB! Cleaning off the tables. SO AFTER WAITING 10 min to order. Which was ok because U saw out of 5 possible servers the one helping me was busy sting her butt. However after waiting 30 min and seeing everyone who came in after me served! I stopped my server and ask her to please give me some more water and check on my food. She came out and told me they were backed up. I knew that wasn't true because everyone around me had been served. If there is a mistake stale made! Just tell me. Things happen. I had been up for almost 23 hours at that point and hadn't eaten since 8am. My chicken sandwich had good taste. My fries were cold and by that time my beer was warm. Please do better and hopefully the manager will give the 2 young girls bating their butts some help. She could have been out there checking on guest and making her friends in the back help also there were no lights on outside to identify that the place was hooters. Went to the Hooters Airport location today to watch some football. When 1:00 rolled around, the sound system wasn't switch to the any of the football games. We asked the waitress to turn the sound to one of the games and she told us that the new owners have a 80/20 rule for the sound system. If the restaurant wasn't 80% full then 80% of the patrons had to be watching football. Well, there were only about 12 people in the restaurant at the time and only 8 of us were watching the games. So they wouldn't turn the sound system to the games. The manager explained that it was the decision of the new owners and that they were expected to show up so he couldn't break the rule. The only reason this has 3 stars and not 1 is that the manager turned the sound system down and then turned our TV's sound up so we could hear the game. These new rules make me want to tell everyone to find somewhere else to watch football games. No wonder Hooters went bankrupt. read more

Down the st from the airport and had time to kill. Venue - Pretty small compared to all the other ones I've been to and a lil outdated. Parking - Decent size Parking lot, and plenty of parking since it was slow. Service - Not packed at all so service was on point. Food - Can't complain it was good and no issues. If I could give it a lower rating i would. Ate here last night. We were really hungary and it was close by our hotel. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and they made her a burger which was dry and over cooked. The waitress offered to bring it back but my meal was already out so she accepted it. No offer to compensate just, an " I'm sorry" . I had shrimp tacos which was really short on shrimp and the shells were stale. I also asked to change out the fries for tots thinking they were a direct replacement. Instead they upcharged for a plate of tots. 47.00 for a meal that was pretty aweful. The buffalo chicken tacos were as dry as the desert, had overcooked chicken 'tenders' (one small per taco) and some kind of shredded cabbage to simulate coleslaw? Our Server didn't know her menu, what beers they had, why food took so long, didn't even seem to care! And notably, none of the other Servers ever helped each other out! The girls here almost made it a point to NOT pay attention as they walked past tables so they couldn't be asked questions. The location is smaller, seated our large party of 8 very fast. We ordered chicken, waffle fries, and tots. Emma was our waitress and she was phenomenal. Everything came out hot, even brought our kids food out early as requested. We went on Monday during a football game. Six servers on duty right now and a bartender. There are 4 tables other than ours. We have been here 45 minutes and have seen our server twice. Normally they write their name on a napkin when you sit down but ours didn't. I couldn't even tell you what her name is. Aside from that I ordered unsweetened tea. I have a medical condition where I can't drink carbonated beverages. The tea she brought was sour. It's probably days old or they haven't cleaned the container in months. I asked for fresh tea and our server told me no. She could bring me a soda but that's all. Sad that you're not even busy and can't even make tea. Instead of tending to her tables she disappears outside to hangout with the guys. The food was great! My wife and I came in from Florida, and I was pretty tired it was the closest thing to the hotel. I've eaten at hooter before, but this one stole the show. Service was Super Slow. It took a long time for someone to seat me. Once I was seated it was another 15-20 minutes for the waitress to bring us drinks. I ordered the Tex Mex Nachos with grilled chicken. The Nachos were very good, but it didn't have much chicken at all. Near 45 mins later our entrée came out ice cold.... Burgers, beers and wings, oh my! Spurned on by Charlie F's offer to wing it out at his home away from home, I stopped in for a lovely UYE here at RDU Hooters. The place was jammed on a Monday evening and buzzing with activity. Inside you've got a lot of flat-panels and of course the lovely Hooters girls. As usual, we ordered up a storm, 50 wings from Charlie, a bunch of apps from yours truly Christina and I did the Western burger. My burger was fine but what impressed me were the garlic-parmesan wings! My fave at Buffalo Wild Wings, I haven't been able to find them anywhere else but this version is really close. Nikki K went healthy and loved her crab legs... We feasted like beasteds and at the end of the evening we had to tap out, no more! Our Hooters girl was pretty busy but sweet, attentive and cute like the rest of the staff here. So a big thanks to Charlie F and RDU Hooters for making the evening special. A 1.5 day business trip the Raleigh Durham area led me to this Hooters. To be honest, I can count on one hand how many times I have been inside a Hooters. The food is pretty standard sports bar type food, which I'm not especially partial to. Coming from Florida, I've never seen much southern hospitality, but at this hooters, it was super friendly both times. I must admit, I had fun just talking with the seemingly down to earth locals and staff. Hopefully, I can make another trip to this area! read more
