I enjoy frequenting this restaurant for its great chicken wings! Even though the rest of the menu is great, if you go to Hooters, you have to get their HOT flavor chicken wings/breaded and a tall beer - nothing beats it! The service in this restaurant has always been pretty good. I'm giving it four stars for a combination of service and food. Hooters has always been a loud place so, if you're looking to do a business lunch it might not be the place to go. On the other hand, if you're doing a business lunch with known colleagues it shouldn't be a problem. Remember that you'll get messy eating their wings so make sure you wear a bib or at least fold your tie back over your shoulder, lean forward, and enjoy the ride! My favorite: 10 piece chicken wings ("hot" flavor)/all drums/breaded, grilled cheese sandwich combo (with fries and a pickle), and a tall glass of whatever beer I'm craving at the time. read more

Their can be an augment about best chicken wings and hands down I could argue hooter in the top three. You first have to get past the scantly clad waitresses one prettier than the next. If your lucky you will be sat at Autumns station who will make sure your bottomless wings are timely you just have to let her know your not playing and she will hook you up. The food quality is pretty good the only challenge is the music has no true variety I can't even call it top 40 and it's loud. Best value is Monday you get bottomless wings and beer at half price. Management fixes all problems real quick. Final note... The gimmick works just respect and you will get it in return. read more

Just wanted to update all of you and let you know that I have yet to be contacted via email, phone, text, telegram or telepathy! I cannot believe they are not interested in their customers nor trying to improve their image! Beyond disappointed!!!!!b Our visit occurred on Sunday, June 4th which also happened to be our daughter's high school graduation. I didn't want to write this review, but after being ignored by the management for almost one month I decided to share what happened. A few family members went ahead to secure seating for our group of more than 30 people at about 8 pm. Once we arrived with our daughter the server came by to take our orders. It took over 30 minutes just to take our order...she kept saying she had a system. After an hour...our group had not even received their drink orders. Instead of trying to accommodate the group, she complained that they were not used to having such large parties, and that she was left alone to help our group. Our group clearly heard our server say she could handle our group to the other server. When the food finally came out, each family had something missing...or something wrong with their order (system failed). The manager came with some of the missing orders...but I had to literally deliver the food to each table because the manager and the server didn't know who had ordered what?!?! The manager then turned to me and asked me if I wanted a job. After waiting 2 hours I had to walk over to the kitchen area and pick up the baskets of food to deliver to my guests. As each group received their bill they were charged for items they never received or cancelled due to the wait. The manager was unapologetic and decided to come by with appetizer discount cards...I declined informing him that I would not return...by this time there were only 10 people left trying to pay their bills. No one ever came over to apologize or correct the situation! There was one server that stepped up and helped...she was the only person that made those 4 hours bearable! I sent an email to share what had happened and I received an email confirming I'd be contacted. I guess our server and the manger work at the corporate office as well because I have yet to hear anything?!?! The worst part of the night....our daughter...the reason why we were all there...she never received her food, appetizer or even a glass of water. In our bill we were charged for all of the food we didn't receive as well as a hamburger (which my mom never received) by the time it came out she had all ready left. My mom left that night without eating because her food never came...she left past 11 pm. Just to recap: issues placing our order, receiving our order, waiting for our orders, trying to get drinks, receiving our bills, correcting bills and then trying to pay the bills...it was a disaster over and over again. The restaurant had less than 20 additional people in the entire restaurant...3 servers, 1 bartender and 1 manager. It was such a horrible experience and continues to be because no one has attempted to resolve it! read more

My boyfriend and I come here often when heading to Ontario Mills, or to see a Reign's game. Food is always what you expect from Hooters, but the service at this location far exceeds any other Hooter's we have been too. On our most recent visit Rea served us and was great! This experience at Hooters didn't thrill me at all. The place looks dated and is in need of some renovations. The table was sticky, my phone stuck to the table. I ordered crab legs which was on the menu but the waitress said they don't carry it anymore. The food was ok. We had wings and shrimp. I've never been to a hooters and seen so many miserable women in my life! Miserable people means miserable service ! Wish my original server Adriane had never left she actually smiled and was nice the replacement seemed nice but disappeared never return so management brought the bill after waiting forever and having to ask for it I thought it'd be cool to check it out with my kids but definitely a huge disappointment my daughter hated everything and told me the water was her favorite lol my son liked his sliders, I've had the buffalo sandwich before and was great this time not so much, all in all definitely not worth the 50$ I spent, cheers up ladies you have a job to do if ya don't like it make room for someone else that wants to work read more

The reason for the one star because me and my friend and his brother went here for a deal if you show a coupon you get free wings. I asked the waitress about the deal she said I had purchased bone-in wings in order to get free boneless but the coupon didn't say that and they didn't wanna accept the coupon deal. My husband and I order from this place and our order was incomplete. They didn't let us check it because of the whole cove-19, and once we came home some of the stuff we order wasn't there. Wings are good depending on the day.... Dry one day good the next. If your coming to look, bring your sunglasses. I've never seen hooters with no hooters and I'm not sure who's picking the girls, a few can use an attitudes adjustment. Bartenders are great! read more

Went to hooters today it was nice place they had multiple servers but the service was horribly slow!! They had some people at a table not sure if they worked there or were just regulars but every server spent a lot of time chit chatting with them which cut into our service! They need to work on that! They had 2 guys dressed in all black just walking around not sure if managers or not but they needed to crack down! But I was pleased with our food!! What a giant disappointment. Went into Hooters because we haven't been here for a while. After sitting for 10 minutes we finally got acknowledged by Shelby after being ignored and she brought us our first beer. Unfortunately, that was our last beer because we never saw her again until we asked for the check. I'm surprised Hooters has lasted longer than the Tilted Kilt, other than the location. If you want cold wings & cold battered shrimp and horrible service this is the place to go. The hubby and I went wanting some Good wings like they use to have well we didn't get. The waitress I think her name was Cindy ignored our table she was more concerned with a table of girls must have been hooter waitresses that were off the clock; Because other waitresses were there also chatting ignoring their tables. The guys sitting behind also were annoyed about their service. Once our food came out by another waitress our waitress could careless about us. My friends and I were extremely disappointed with the service we received at this location. We had a party of 17, the waitress' seemed very in experienced maybe new, and that was fine but the personality of the one in charge was very sour. She seemed annoyed that we weren't ready to order when she was. It took us asking multiple times for our waters to be refilled before they came to do it, and It was a friends birthday, we asked multiple times if they could do a song, she kept forgetting about it and when they finally arrived at the table none of the workers were in agreement on what song they were doing... it was a mess. What made us the most upset is they failed to inform us that they automatically to a 18% gratuity from each check regardless of the service quality they provided if the party is 8+ people.
