I was standing at the front and waited over 10 minutes before someone even acknowledge me and came to the front and top of waiting an additional 10 minutes I was told I had to wait another five more minutes at that point I left and I was no longer hungry . . My husband and I stopped at this location around 2:30 this afternoon. There was a party of 3 ahead of us and we waited about 5 minutes for someone to just acknowledge us. Even then, they still had to wait for someone to come and sit us. Once I noticed the staff didn't really care, then neither did we. Servers were friendly and attentive.. The fried fish was rubbery and overcooked. The onion rings were fried in oil that wasn't hot enough so they were super oily and half cooked. They put my onion rings on the same plate with the cooked vegetables and the water from the vegetables made my onion rings soggy. Stopped by this Norms location on a rainy day and there was no wait for a table. I'm not sure if this location typically gets busy, as I've experienced long waits at other Norms. I ordered the BLTA sandwich with fries and a side of ranch and Thousand Island. The food was delicious overall, though the Thousand Island dressing was a bit too tart for my taste. I had such a great experience at Norms Restaurant! I took my mom out for breakfast, and everything from start to finish was excellent. The food came out really fast, and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Our server, Marina, was outstanding. She checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and refilled our coffees several times without us even having to ask. Her friendly and attentive service really made the morning special. It was actually my first time going to Norms Restaurant, and I was genuinely impressed. I enjoyed everything in this restaurant. The manager Beverly is the best. Runs a tight ship, keeps an eye on everything. My server Marina was such a sweetheart. She checked on me every few mins to make sure I had everything I need. When I took too long to eat my pancakes, she even took it back to reheat it for me automatically! How do you get service like that? I had the T-Bone steak and eggs. I asked for medium, I got a nearly wall-to-wall medium on my steak. See attached picture. Always a classic diner choice. First time visiting this location warmly welcomed. Super busy on the weekend we decided to sit at the bar with open seating. Our area was cleaned after we sat down. Service was great at the start and slowly dwindled as our visit progressed. Maybe have a tag team to check on orders. Others who arrived after us were receiving their meals while we were still waiting. Drink refills were needed more often than received. I would definitely go back maybe not on a busy day. Food was great a jalapeño burger was just what was needed to continue some shopping at Ontario mills. Plenty of parking. They had a holiday meal menu available if you don't feel like cooking. I was trying to find a breakfast place nearby and I found norms. You can never go wrong with norms, but this location was really nice. Our wait was not even that long. As soon as we walked in, they sat us down. The customer service was really good. The food was really fresh. We ended up getting the sirloin steak bigger better breakfast. It came with a lot of food. I do business very close to here and I always look forward to coming in and having a great meal. The establishment is very clean and I'm always greeted upon arriving. Terrible morning service. Waited almost half an hour to get seen by our waiter, and ended up leaving. This restaurants shows lack of communication amongst its staff, there was no reason to have been waiting that long to get helped out. Will not be coming to this location. read more

As usual, Norm's salads are always dialed in with superb freshness. Maybe I should have just got only salad. Another entree that came with the deal was lentil soup. I really had high hopes for this being a new norms. 4551 mills cir.BE AWARE!!!!!!!! I ordered a mimosa and orange juice.The orange juice had a maggot floating around in it.I notified my server Fanaeian. As we went to go pay and we noticed the mimosa was taken off,we informed the manager which claims they clean the machine every shift...So disappointing just take accountability and assure you would shut it down and clean it . Now for the service..Slow and it was not even busy..They had no table bus service the mantras cleaning the tables and closing out checks. Arrived 6/15/2025 at 10 pm at this recommended Norms restaurant by friends in the area... We chose this place over Denny's... Ordered for 2 people only We were 2x charged for the porterhouse by server Laura ... Ordered rare and the 1st one was well done. 2nd one was good. BUT I ordered porterhouse and Laura served me TBONES TWICE She didn't know the difference!!! TBONES and 3/4 lb and the Porter is 1 full pound and NO BONE !! I never got the Porterhouse ... Also the pancakes weren't cooked all the way either still had raw batter in the middle! Whoever the cook was the night of 6/15/2025 at 1000 pm He or she can't cook!! Service was slow and barely any gusts and it took over 40 mins to get out food! It's only 2 guests and the it's marked as 3 !!! Laura wasn't paying attention to the transition ... VERY LONG hold with management next day for a refund ... management 20 mins and counting !!! Also saw a photo of the steak on Yelp also about the customer got short one side of his meat on the Tbone (((NOT Good))) can't believe the cook and the waitress served that !!! I've loved Norm's since I was a kid. Never had a problem with any one I have ever been to except the one near Ontario Mills. This last week I decided to give them one more try after a couple of bad visits. I always give a place 3 tries before I decide to never go again. Food was gross. Look like some one bit into it. Service was bad. Air conditioning was on full blast, which might have been what made my food cold. Table was dirty. I could go on and on, but I won't. Three strikes and I'm done. For the prices they charge now, I'd rather pay a couple dollars more and go somewhere where I'll enjoy my food. read more
