The service sucks today. It seems like they have the air conditioning set to warm. The tables are sticky and not very clean. The servers act like your doing them a favor by just walking in the door. I sat at my table for 15 minutes before someone asked if I needed some help. So sad, because I generally like their wings. I wouldn't waste my time with this location. read more

This bar has generally quick and reasonably attentive service. The wings are offered with a large variety of sauces and are pretty good. The bar has a large assortment of tap beers and there are televisions everywhere. Pleasant relaxed atmosphere and a good place to take five from the Ten freeway. read more

Im usually a Hooters fan and love the wings! But this location is NOT good! Last time I went (sometime in November 2019) it was my idea and I convinced people to come here. The food was just not good! I don't know what it is? The sauces taste different? The boneless wings were mushy on the outside and dry on the inside it was like the worse combo. The beer was good, but I mean they don't make that there so it's standard! I felt so bad for making people come here, everyone said never again! I still hold out hope for other locations because I've had many good experiences at other Hooters, I'm just sad some of my friends who went to hooters for the first time that day probably won't ever go to a Hooters again. Now fast forward I finally move to the area recently; we decided to try again and order some wings and it still wasn't good. HOOTERS HOOTERS My boys invited me to Hooters for some drinks. There's no wait time and its Happy Hour! We are drinking and getting shots and catching up. Great atmosphere to just chill. We will be heading over to Benihana for dinner later on. Service is good....if you ask for a drink, we get it pretty quickly. Angie and Jordan were on point and took care of us. Stopped by on 12/18/2021 w/ my fiancé after seeing Eddie Griffin at the Improv & I wasn't sure what to expect from this location, but overall we had a great time. The staff was attentive, the drinks & food we got were genuinely fantastic! We ordered 2 orders of 10 pieces wings. We got 5 teriyaki wings, 5 buffalo wings, 5 Daytona wings, & 5 BBQ wings each sauce was so robust in flavor it was hard to pick which 1 we liked best because they were all freaking good. Since it was my fiancé's birthday weekend I asked our server to see if the girls could sing him Happy Birthday & they went above & beyond & even made him a foil hat to wear while they sang to him which was just so nice & memorable. When we come through to this area again I'll definitely stop by & get some wings here. I'm sincerely impressed with how good the wings are. Then once we did finally get our drinks the christmas light lemonade was sooooo sweet, the cosmo was all cranberry, the long islands were sour mix like crazy and the only thing right was the beer which even that had a warm beer glass like it had just Came out of the dishwasher. The only highlight was the food which I am really glad they didn't f'up or else we would have had to have a conversation with Jason. Overall we left before half time and headed over to boston's for their happy hour before 7pm. Never going back to hooters unless they find new bartenders and Karen actually waits on our table and not have JayD Their hostess running her drinks from the bar. So sad. Oh man! So. Placed an order to go just a while ago. I didn't want cheese on my burger but they didn't give an option on the app to say none. I put in instructions. They actually CALLED ME to confirm. Right on. Burger arrives. Not only was it buried in cheese, it had LITERALLY NOTHING on it. No lettuce. Nothing. And so overcooked it was looked like a boiled shoe. And I specifically asked for mid rare. Then the fish and chips. WTF! The batter was so raw it peeled off when you touched it. Could have used it as a sweater for a rodent. And the fish. Fish? I feel very bad giving such a poor review because everything except for the chicken wings was great...especially the service, thanks to Vanessa. But the reason I went there was for the wings and they weren't good. I ordered the traditional Hooters wings and waffle fries. The waffle fries were crispy and hot. The wings were not. They weren't under cooked, they just weren't hot and a bit on the soggy side. My assumption is they served me wings that were cooked a while back and simply tossed them in sauce and sent them out. The wings here are phenomenal. Can you beat Hooters wings because I certainly can't find a place that does. Their alcohol is amazing too although I will say I only have beer. I've never been disappointed by the wings or the pickles here and I've come a lot. The only downfall is that their app doesn't work, but I don't think that's a big deal in the long run. read more

If I could i would leave a negative stars i would. The disappointment and distraction with their bad service. This is not the first time that I come to this specific location! I apologize and advice that my order was wrong and no curly fries. She made it seem as if we mess up FUNNY Sasha reads back our order to CONFIRM! And guess what she reads completely opposite to what she brought said sorry and said cooks made a mistake! Till this point I'm still keeping calm and patiently waiting! At that point i said can you at least bring my fries. My kids where hungry so at least they can get started with fries. She went and re order our order! Came on a Sunday at 7 pm, got seated and our server took a few minutes to get to us. When she showed up she asked if we were ready to order, but yet was already walking away from us saying she could come back giving the body language she had other places to be. This continued throughout the service. She dumped the food on our table and just walked away. Never asked if we wanted refills, nothing. Just dropped off the bill. She didn't even bring all of our change back from the bill. The place was not busy and she was sweeping all around us. I've gotten better table service at Taco Bell. We had this wonderful waitress named Iliana. She was a delight, and she was on top of everything. I love her radiant energy and her friendliness. The food was great and so was their service. The only issue was that at the time, the credit card scanner was malfunctioning and other customers were impatiently. She handled it the situation with such grace. My friends and I have never been to a Hooters and today we thought we would give it a try. We came into the establishment and the hostess didn't seem welcoming. They found a table and then sat us. We took a while looking for what we wanted on the menu and then we were waiting for a waitress. When the hostess sat us down she didn't even tell us someone was going to be with us. We waited for a long while and nobody came to take our order or at least our drinks. We finally decided to leave because we were waiting so long. The waitresses were all piled up by the hostess area doing nothing. When we got up to leave even the table next to us commented "nobody came to help them."
