Went to hooters for the first time and all I have to say is never again. The food was gross I got wings because everyone said they are so good NOPE it tasted like old fry oil and my fries were hard. My friends and I have never been to a Hooters and today we thought we would give it a try. We came into the establishment and the hostess didn't seem welcoming. They found a table and then sat us. We took a while looking for what we wanted on the menu and then we were waiting for a waitress. When the hostess sat us down she didn't even tell us someone was going to be with us. We waited for a long while and nobody came to take our order or at least our drinks. We finally decided to leave because we were waiting so long. The waitresses were all piled up by the hostess area doing nothing. When we got up to leave even the table next to us commented "nobody came to help them." My waiter "Isabelle" was not good at all she never checked on us. We got drinks on happy hour and she charged us regular price . She came to the table and told us she couldn't grant us the happy hour because her manager said no. When her manager came and said he couldn't grant us happy hour because it auto changes it in the system when happy hour is over . When clearly we ordered our drinks before happy hour ended from 3 -6. He was rude and not discrete when talking to the waiter about what I was complaining about. He still charged me a lot on my tab. I'm actually disappointed. I had been craving hooters naked wings for awhile. Finally budge and get my craving. The food was prepared on time. And the order was correct, but the wings looked like they were bad. We ordered a 20 pack ($27 in wings!!) and I would say at least half looked gross and rotten. I have attached a picture of a couple of them. I couldn't even finish eating them. Super gross. We had this wonderful waitress named Iliana. She was a delight, and she was on top of everything. I love her radiant energy and her friendliness. The food was great and so was their service. The only issue was that at the time, the credit card scanner was malfunctioning and other customers were impatiently. She handled it the situation with such grace. The servers were more interested in gossiping than serving the customers. It took 20 minutes for us to get our order for a pitcher of beer and another 10 minutes before it got to our table. There were several Hoots hanging out at the bar just chit-chatting and maybe five customers in the restaurant that afternoon, so I doubt being busy was the cause. My husband and I have been going to the Ontario Hooters for a couple of years now because our Hooters got torn down. This Hooters is great. The food and the service have always been exceptional. Today our waitress was new. She said she had only worked there for a couple of weeks. Her name is Iliana and for only being there for a couple of weeks she was extremely friendly and on top of things. Her customer service was beyond expectations. I really liked her domineer. We will definitely keep coming to the Ontario Hooters. I hope to get Iliana again. read more

1st time taking my son to Hooters during this Covid period and even though it was warm out the place did not disappoint. Autumn was very attentive. My husband and I will never come back to this place. We started off with a cup of water and the cups really smelled bad!!.. When our order came out, I had to return an order of tator tots because they where over cooked ( hard) It seemed like the oil they cooked it in was old. When the waitress returned with a new batch of tator tots, it was like they served me the same ones, I send them back and informed her that we didn't want them. We where surprised driving back from the doctors we decided to stop by as we see patio seating set up ! So Everyone was socially distance sitting and out Angie our server was amazing. Kids eat free on Sundays , we had a good family time. Wings are a lot better than I remembered, tried out several sauces in both naked and breaded style. My favorites were the garlic habanero, and naked hot. Stay away from the smoked wings they are a new menu item that I don't see staying. Kids meals could use some improvement, but since we happened to come in on a night that they were free I can't complain. Saw lots of dads brining there kids in. All the staff was professional and on top of it, better than my recent trips to BWW. read more

Awesome experience altogether! My friend and I were immediately greeted and seated with beautiful smiles just as we walked-in. The food was delicious as we opted for the Daytona style baked wings, and most importantly the service by our friendly and sweet waitress Bella was amazing! She was patient and attentive, even though it was a fairly busy night. She served us tasty craft beers to compliment the delicious (or 'not spicy enough!' as Bella had put it) Daytona wings, along with excellent service. Multiple TVs' with all different sports to watch. Plenty of beer on tap, a billiards table, a juke box, and HAPPY HOUR. I'm a very healthy eater, so I was delighted to see their menu offers plenty to choose from. They have different kinds of salads, and grilled tacos to choose from. I ordered the Baja Shrimp tacos and they were amazing! I like establishments that change with the times, and while most bars still don't offer Hard Seltzers, this location has Truly Lemonades & Ice Teas, and also a White Claws. Malory was the bartender on a busy Friday night, and she is so friendly & highly attentive!! Even with a jampacked bar for the World Series Game, I never had to wait for another drink. I come here a lot before and after Ontario Reign hockey games since they give out tons of free chicken wings coupons in their flyers and at the Reign game. So, yes I do come here for the wings! Can't beat 10 free wings with the purchase of a drink or 5 free wings with your Reign ticket stub. The girls , (yes I say girls because they are nice young girls/ ladies) are super nice and attentive. They are always helpful and patient with my drink demands lol. Their outfits are sexy and definitely revealing. I'd rock that uniform any day if I could appropriately fit into it! If a woman is too insecure to come here with her man because of the waitresses.... then don't go , but don't hate on what you don't know. The bar area has tons of TVs for sports and UFC viewing. The food is good , nothing amazing, but good. This is a fun place to drink, eat, watch sports , and hangout . ****only complaint ***Why are you always out of the ingredients to make mojitos?! A few coworkers ate there today (NOT MYSELF) we all ordered food, my coworkers received there food before me after about a (30MIN WAIT). - 1st coworker order shrimp with wings food was cold (COLD). - 2nd coworker ordered sliders bread was (HARD). Asked for sauce took 10mins to bring it after halfway done with his fries. - My order never came until I asked a second time as my coworkers were finished eating everything she said I think let me check took 15mins until she came to say yes let me get it. June 19, 2020 Well you would think after being shutdown due to covid19/Corona virus a business would be on top of their game when they opened up. Just so you know how much I love their wings and most the food on the menu. I passed up going to Kings Fish House to go to hooters since it's been so long (I've already stopped at kings twice since reopening). Well half the wings were super small...still absolutely delicious though. Then I ordered a piece a cake to go for the kiddos. The cake came out and it was so small I had to order another slice. Hootie hoot!! Whether peeps wanna admit it or not, Hooters still has somewhat of a negative stigma about it. My mother-in-law who has never been actually thought it was some sorta topless bar. I have many friends/relatives whose significant others actually find fault and frown upon them even stepping foot inside of a Hooters. My wife doesn't care and quite frankly I don't give a hoot either. I'm not coming to ogle th ladies so there should be no issue. Hooters has worked hard on their public image and if you visit their website you're likely to see not just single, drunk butt dudes as patrons but, rather, entire family units. On my last visit, I did bring my family unit and I saw at least one other one as well. Hooters is the kinda place you can just go and chillax. Y'know, grab some drank, get sum eats, watch th game, et cetera, et cetera. The food itself is decent enough; I mean, I haven't found it dreadful nor have I found it absolut amazeballs. And, generally, beer is beer and ya can't really screw that up. I have found that the mixed drinks here are actually pretty good and mixed well. The last drink I had was the Whiskey Blues and I was afraid I would get gipped on my good fried Jackie D's magical elixir, but I could taste it just fine. Back to the food; typically think chain joints like Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili's, Applebees, and that lot. Again, its served hot, which is always a plus, and tastes satisfactory. Nothing horrendous and nothing extraordinary. I'm sure it will get better w/ each adult beverage consumed, however. I've been to this location several times over the years and have found the service to be also satisfactory; the girls are friendly and generally attentive. Most have hooters. What? Gonna judge me because I said I don't come for the ladies? I don't, but let me go off on a little tangent for a moment- I visited the Hooters in Long Beach many moons ago and let me tell you, those girls did not have, what I feel anyone would consider to be, hooters. Again, I'm not trying to judge anyone and I'm not putting anybody down, but I feel that if you work in an establishment called Hooters, then you better have hooters. Take Dick's Last Resort; they're dicks there. Duh! What would you expect from a place called that? You'd prolly get upset if anyone was actually nice there. If there was a place called Bob's Big Butt you bet I'd be filling out an application. To quote Dane Cook: "If there was a club called 'Head' you'd know what's up. Just a bunch of guys standing around going 'where's all the chicks?'". Anyways... They generally have specials on food (mostly deals on their wings) and if you sign up for their email club you'll regularly receive news and special offers which include a free meal on the month of your birthday. Honestly, I can't fully get behind the negative stereotype, although I do understand where some peeps are coming from. I never came when I was single, but if you are single and really are truly desperate and sad w/ your life, I suppose just coming to stare at the girls is up your alley. If I could give zero I would. First the waitress didn't know where to sit us table to table. Then we didn't have a waitress no acknowledgement at all from anyone. We had to flag a poor waitress down who was sweet and not even her section take our order. She said our waitress walked out and went home. We waited 15 more minutes no drink no nothing. We talk to the manger who was completely rude and didn't care about our concerns MARIA was her name. We finally hit our drinks from the manager and another waitress and they didn't even know what kind of drinks we ordered how do you not know your menu? Food and service were good. We ordered about 30 wings with about 6 different sauces and a large order of waffle fries which came out in about 15-20 minutes (to be expected). The restaurant was not extremely busy around 5pm but was shortly after. The staff was friendly and polite. Having been to a few other Hooters around the US I did not have high hopes but this restaurant is one of the better ones. Will be returning soon. read more

When we asked questions it turned out one of our friends had got the waitresses number and the manager got mad and kicked us out because the waitress is his daughter.
