I was very reluctant to post a review here following my visit this past Saturday. However, after reading a recent review left here, I discovered that someone else had a very similar experience with the same hostess. Based on the obvious pattern of poor behavior shown by this particular hostess, I felt that posting this review was more than necessary. I visited this particular location this past Saturday to tune in to the UFC fight. I typically visit another Hooters location, but thought I would give this one a try despite the distance inconvenience. When I arrived, I was greeted by an extremely rude hostess who I would later find out was Trinity. The hostess lacked a smile, lacked any type of customer service, and truly seemed as if she was miserable being there. I witnessed Trinity make an extremely rude comment towards a fellow hostess which was very unprofessional and witnessed by many other patrons. Trinity's negative attitude and behavior towards others is a poor reflection of the business and because of this, I likely will not visit a second time. read more

Why such an overall low rating?!? We came here for an early lunch on a Saturday. Service was great and food is better than most wings places. Beers are iced cold! We ordered: 1. Nachos - decent 2. They have made some great changes to Hooters, updated it have better drink selections and new menu items. Went for the UFC fight on Saturday and it was packed! Our server was Cersten she not only kept up with us and all her other tables which had to have been difficult what a breath of fresh air, intelligent and engaging, but not overly done. Horrible service we stood at the door for a while when there was no one ahead of us before someone even acknowledged us, then when we asked for a booth the lady took us to another section where all the booths were dirty and said it would take 5-15 min for someone to clean a booth. There were 4 other booths empty when u first walked in but instead she took us back to a table. Had the worst experience there yesterday. We had a party of seven and the waitress got everything wrong. First started with our drinks that took forever and then when we got our food everyone sides were missing. Most of our wings were incorrect. When I finally got my side the waitress knocked it off the table onto the ground. Today I checked my bank statement and it looks like I've been charged for two meals. also the bathroom was disgusting. That place used to be great but it's gone downhill. Update! Went there on May 12th and they are serving the miniature wings and charging the same amount they were charging for their normal sized wings. I ordered 10 wings and it was a horrible experience. Tiny drumettes and they charged me the up charge for going with all drums. The worst. Hooters is ripping people off! I had 5 stars for Hooters until tonight. I've been eating here every Saturday night for the past six weeks. I had a seat at the bar and was greeted by a buzz saw at the bar. She was rude and had a really smarmy mouth. She obviously didn't want to be here. Short bar tender that forgot she works in customer service. After giving me some lip about an ID, which was valid, she brought me a beverage. She had a menu. When I told her I didn't need it, I knew what I wanted, she asked me what I wanted. I told her I would start with the fried pickles. She then immediately badgered me for the rest of my order. I told her I wasn't in a hurry and would provide the rest of my order later in the game that was on tv. I received more attitude and smart comments. I then asked for the manager. He showed up and I hope he meant what he said. He said he would write her up and speak with her about the issue. I then waited another 30 minutes for a seat because I was determined not to let her ruin my routine at Hooters. I have a good table and a good waitress. Avoid the bar seating here. After delivering our food to us she was abruptly sent home and we were notified that our table had been transferred to someone else. Food was great, manager was rude. Well went here by default as tight ends has closed. There was no hostess and several servers just looked at us as we waited to be seated. The place was very empty. After about 10 min someone sat us to a table that was sticky. Waited around for another 20 min till someone finally took our order. Our waitress was pleasant and was seriously a hard worker. She was hustling many tables with large crowds and keeping up. Other waitresses were struggling to handle 1. Came here last night to watch the UFC fight and the hostess with the sunglasses on her head by the name of Trinity was extremely rude. I went in there twice trying to get a table but couldn't because my whole party wasn't there. Which is fine, but not okay if there are other tables being sat while also waiting for the rest of their party. The hostess and some of the other waitresses helped our server Viviana (who was awesome by the way) bring our food to the table and before she walked away she gave my mother in law the ugliest look and rolled her eyes. She had the ugliest attitude. And it's unfortunate that she's the first person we see and speak to when we walk into the restaurant. Hooters. I must say the new design and overall layout is great. But what makes this particular Hooters shine, is summed up in two names: Devin & Rhiannon. Without the light of their smiles, no matter how ingenuous the renovations, the atmosphere would succumb to unwanted dim light. Last night my family went here to celebrate my grandson's birthday. When we entered the restaurant there was no one to greet us. It took 15 minutes to even be noticed. Once we were seated, everything seemed to be ok with no other issues. Then we ordered our meals. It took a long while for the food to come out. Our order did not come out together. There was a long period of time waiting for all of the orders to come out, with the 3 year olds dish being last (at least 20 minutes after everyone else had received their meals, and the manager on duty had already told our server that she brought the food- when she clearly did not!) As for the ambiance, the music was so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. It was a very disappointing experience, especially for my 17 year old grandson who was really excited to celebrate his birthday at your restaurant. There were a group of servers that sang Happy Birthday to him, but that was it. Nothing like the treatment, service or fun that you used to do for someone's birthday. If I hadn't put a large order in, I would've walked out once I witnessed a waitress stick her fingers in the food that was coming out the kitchen to be served. She stuck her fingers on the food about 3 times trying to get a taste of the flavor on the wings probably to see if the flavor was correct. I told a waitress near by who then told a female manager who then looked like she whispered to the girl and nothing else was said or done. The girl didn't even seem bothered. I went with a group and was so disturbed by the old men and young men googling women's breast, legs and rears while thier wives sat and watched. I was very UNCOMFORTABLE with this place. Can't comment on the food because after we found out about this restaurant's unusual smoking/non-smoking areas we left. I guess it's because it's considered a bar it can even have a smoking section? I didn't realize so that's my bad...although we usually try to go to restaurants that are all non-smoking. The smoking sections are on both outer sides of the restaurant and the non-smoking section is in the middle...between the smoking sections! Hmmmm....ok. I don't think so. That's two against one and I don't like those odds. So if you're a smoker, you will probably love the configuration, but if you're a non-smoker and don't want to smell smoke while you eat, I would avoid this location. read more

This place is pretty bad. I sat down at the bar and had to wait forever for the poor overworked waitress. Finally got a beer and ordered some fired jalapeño and the hottest wings they had. They brought out canned/sliced pickled jalapeños that they deep fried. The wings came out cold and their "double dog dare" wings where about as hot as Sriracha table sauce. Plus the temperature of them was cold. I'm not sure how the wings could have been so cold? They are fried! I think they put the sauce in a cooler then toss the wings in it? So I'm thinking whatever. This place sucks I just won't come back. I get the bill and the waitress messed the whole thing up. She overcharged me. Just don't go here. I honestly feel bad for the staff here. Last time we were here our waitress told us she was about to quit in the middle of the shift. Today we had to stand around and wait 10 minutes to be seated because the hostess was in the back trying to deal with To Go orders not being ready and getting yelled at by customers. The first thing our waitress says when we sit down is our food may take a while because they are short staffed in the kitchen which is the same excuse we got a few weeks ago. Today my wife had a craving for your boneless wings so we drove all the way from Pearland to enjoy our old spot.. big mistake-- Noone was there, waitress came to table only 3 times, it was embarrassing. I am glad we no longer live by this Hooters- it truly was a sad dismal atmosphere. The music was too loud to enjoy, since I had a child we were sat in an area where I guess they put all the kids since we were all jammed into that little corner area. Just not gonna come back. I'll take my business to another joint where they want to earn the money. And by the way the wings tasted awful, you went way easy on the sauce since most of it was still dry. I was there today and sat at the bar. The 5 stars is really because of the bartender, I hope I don't butcher this name badly, Micayla. She killed it. Great personality, was engaging with her customers, stayed attentive and provided great service. I really wish more bartenders worked like she did. The food was good too. I had smoked wings with the jerk dry rub. I prefer smoked over fried because too much grease gets nasty to me. I'll definitely be back and I'm hopeful the service stays the same if she isn't there. read more

So, in town for a month and trying out hooters to go. Had a glass of wine at bar and specifically ordered a 1lb burger and wings. Girl brings out food and it s only a 1/4 lb. so now she leaves wings and goes to fix. Manager comes out and states sorry and I ask about cold wings. She will remake she said. So, instead of 15 min it takes 35-40. No condiments added or silverware. And along with my military discount of $1.20 she gives me $1.06 additional. lmao. I've been in food service for 25+ yrs and this is exactly why their reviews are horrible. Common sense. This the absolute worst fucking service I have received in my life. I'm currently a waiter and have bartended at restaurants and have never treated a black guest in this manner. Today I was treated like I was not going to tip. I felt so disrespected. Everyone around me was treated kindly and asked if they were ready to order I had slide my order in as she was dropping off drinks she didn't put in my appetizer which I had to ask the other bartender about. For starters you should know when your guests are upset and it's your job to attempt to remedy that before it escalates to speaking to your manager. I got none of that. Not even an apology for the shit service. I don't care who you are or what you look like every single guest should be treated in the same. Not what I saw here today. I tipped them 60 bucks not for great service but to show you do not know who you're waiting on so treat everyone the same way. Vanessa should probably be hosting before she ever serves another guest because that was disgusting. I mean really!!! Never coming back here and from the stars not too many people are. Pluckers is a way better option. At least they know how to treat everyone with respect. On top od that my fried pickles had chicken, tortilla chips and who the he'll knows what else in them.
