Still a great option for sushi and vietnamese food. Service is good and portions are pretty large but this is also reflected in the price. We love stopping in for a casual lunch or dinner. The rolls are good and we love the stir fried flat noodles here. The large pho is large and filling while the rice options are also good. It's a pretty large space, good for groups but also nice for date nights. Love that they have sushi as well as a full service bar. The restaurant is pretty large with a lot of booth and table seating. All the workers there are so nice and fast. We always have a toddler with us and when we ask for an extra bowl for her, they give us kids scissors to cut the noodles and we don't even ask for it and for that I'm always appreciative. The menu is pretty large but I always go for the pho with well done brisket. Everything about the pho is absolutely perfect and I'll always recommend this spot for GOOD pho. First of all this place was SO phoKing good like they checked all the pho boxes it was hot, the noodles were good, the broth was well seasoned, the meat was tender, the veggies were fresh and they gave me lots of lime with even asking for it!!!! The rolls were so amazingly delicious and not too much of anything like almost perfect!!! The service was good and everyone was friendly! It was a pretty busy day but the food still came out in a timely manner but for how good it was once it got to the table it would have been worth the wait! My family and I have came here for the last 1 1/2 years and have never had an issue with the service. Today our server told us we needed to give her more money for a tip because the cooks needed to be paid. She then proceeded to tell us the next time we just need to get our food to go and walked away. I did not feel comfortable and requested the cashier to please reimburse my tip. This place is a hit or miss. Few dishes are really good and few are not! Plus it's very inconsistent. You get a new experience of the same dish every time you go here. I have been here multiple times so kind of know what to order. All the sushi are quite good except for the sushi boat. Do not order the sushi boat in fact order the individual sushi. The sushi boat comes with whatever the chef chooses to serve that day and it's never up to the par. I always order squid salad when I go here and again that too is a hit or miss. Some days, it's exceptionally good and some days it's jus plain bad. Again, same thing for the fried rice! Somedays it feels like the best fried rice you ever had and today it felt like they didn't even fry anything, the chicken was kind of boiled but no flavor at all just boiled and salty. The flat noodles were okay. The server seldom knows the menu as when asked about the food, we get mixed answers and it's never the right one. We ask for water with no ice but always get water with ice, we ask if the food is fried or sautéed and never get an answer. You get the gist. Nonetheless, the place is nice and cozy. This place used to be good. The sushi and pho were flavorful. But in recent months the pho broth has gone downhill and even the smell of the establishment has changed. Not sure if it's just a new chef, or a whole new management or what not. It's not right. The pho broth was no better than dishwater, it tasted slightly soapy and the flavor was just off. Should've known this was going to be a miss just by their name. You can't serve two different cuisines and be good at both... My husband had a rice plate that was pretty sad. The egg was beyond over cooked. The egg yolk wasn't even runny! The beef was incredibly dry and it would've been okay, had the egg yolk been runny... My sister had the combination pho and it was really bland. Absolutely no flavor. Tasted like water thrown in with noodles and meat. Even with adding chili and hoisin, it wasn't good. The saving grace was my combo chow mein. It's more of a bird's nest but whatever they want to call it I guess. Lol I really enjoyed the noodles and stir fry. I just wish there was less gravy because my the bottom and middle of my noodles were swimming in gravy. We didn't bother trying their sushi, but maybe it's better than their Vietnamese dishes? Everything I have eaten here has always been great as to date it's been fresh, very important for sushi! The service isn't always consistent, they are normally good taking the order and getting drinks to the table. The many times are lacking keeping drinks filled or if you need anything. Delicious authentic Vietnamese pho and sushi. It's the best of both worlds here. Service was excellent and food was really good. It gets packed so do an early dinner. Crab Rangoons were delicious, not a lot of crab but lots of cream cheese and very flaky. Combo Pad Thai was also delicious, it had various types of seafood in it, which made it even more delicious. My friend and I came in to try their pho on a cold, dreary day last week. That factor alone should have worked in their favor. Pho on a cold day is the ultimate comfort experience and hard to mess up. Well, give me bad service and mediocre food and mission accomplished. This place is still fairly new and decorated with modern decor; an attempt at achieving hip and upscale vibes as evident in the pop music playing. The bar is nicely decorated and is the focal point of one wall as was the sushi bar on another side. The nice big windows on the opposite side of the sushi bar gives the dining area a nice bright, open feel. There's outdoor seating as well. We were seated promptly but it took a while for our server to come by. It was long enough for us to look around to wonder if we were forgotten. She did come by eventually and took our order. While waiting for our food, my and friend were deep in conversation when out of the blue, two waitresses ran past us. I was instantly alarmed as I had my back to the entrance. Do I duck? Do I run? Then I noticed they are giggling. Like little school girls. Disgustingly unprofessional. Our pho came out and I looked around for my chopsticks. I was humorously irritated. With all the efforts of providing an upscale dining experience, along with the price by the way, I get wooden takeout chopsticks. Maybe I was irritated because it's just my personal preference. Come on, you even get plastic chopsticks at mom and pop pho restaurants. I ordered the Queen (size) Deluxe pho. The broth had some of the pho aromatics but not much depth. The portions of noodles and meats were adequate however. I would say the Queen size is the equivalent to a large at most other places. At $9.99, it's just a big higher in price. I didn't finish my bowl mostly because my appetite was ruined and I don't like to waste my calories on food I'm not enjoying. We didn't see our server again after the food was brought out. A person that looked to be a manager did check on us during the meal. A different person brought us our check and yet another person took our payment. This process took awhile and again, we looked around to see if were forgotten. At one point, my friend said there was a bunch of servers in a circle talking and giggling with one another in a corner. And mind you, the place was half full with diners. Lots of people complaining about price in their reviews. Well, it is a pho and sushi joint in the Presidio Towne Crossing shopping center, a new up and coming area in North Fort Worth. You want a cheap bowl of pho? This place ain't it. So I went last night and at first I sat at the sushi bar but I moved over to the bar and I'm glad I did. Long, the bartender, and we talked occasionally through my meal. First and LAST time going here. Upon walking in, the worker who greeted us asked how many were in our party, I said eight. He then guided us to a table of six. Then as he saw we were grabbing chairs from other tables, a light bulb clicked on & he showed us to a table that would fit us all (pushed two tables together). After waiting about 15 minutes, I waved the same guy down and let him know we were ready to order (just in case they thought we were still looking at the menu), he then replied in a snarky tone, "I'm not your waiter, you have to wait for your waiter." *crazy laugh. Next time just say something like "okay, I will let your waiter know." Then I seen him talking to his other non-waiter friend and laughing while looking at our table. Whatever. Still tried to have an open mind and not snap. Then the waiter comes after about 20 minutes (4:58pm) of waiting (another table of six came around that time & sat behind us), took our order. We ordered some things we seen on the menu but he said that's not on their menu/he never heard of it, we opened the menu and showed him where we saw it, he shook his head no, so we ordered the tuna rolls for my kids instead of the crab roll (that supposedly wasn't on the menu‍). We slowly got our food, meanwhile the party of six that was seated behind us had a whole table full of sushi and other dishes. But we still tried keeping an open mind and not complain. We all finally got our food except my son who ordered chicken fried rice and my husband who ordered shrimp fried rice. They finally got theirs at 5:40pm. I don't know if it's just me, but that's crazyyyy! How are you gonna serve a whole other table without completing our orders?! Food (tuna rolls, crab dynamite roll and spring rolls) were okay. The pho sucked (the whole reason we came). Fried rice was bland. Fortunately my son has autism so is very picky and prefers bland foods, so he enjoyed his dish. I come here quite a bit. The pho is great. Service is a complete roulette. There are 2-4 excellent servers however too often there are new servers on the floor with no manager watching whatsoever. Too often I sit here over 5 min before getting greeted. Over 10 min with no beverage. I will continue to come back because I love the pho and the handful of good servers but I doubt regular patrons feel the same. Some of these new servers don't have any clue what they are doing and can't even take an order. Loved all of the precautions they are taking to keep patrons safe! You're required to take your temperature upon entering the restaurant. Once you're at your table there is a QR code you can scan to see their menu. The code is a little annoying because I didn't have the app to read it but I just looked at the menu online which worked out fine. I just got a California and shrimp tempura roll. My nephew got a specialty roll and vermicelli. Hubby got the pho which was pretty big since he ordered the Queen. The sushi was super fresh and amazing! The pho and vermicelli were slightly bland but my mom makes really great home cooked pho so it's a bit tricky to compare. read more
