We got a dozen cookies to go from here. We got different flavors cookies. The cookies were great for a late night snack. Parking here can be challenging, due to street parking and depends on the time of the day. It was quick service and no line when we went here.

The cookies and cream cookies are TOO good. They aren't too sweet and have the perfect texture. The quality is there! Service is good and the store is clean and nicely lit. They sale milk too! Street parking is available. Recommended!

I love hot box cookies . i stumbled upon this spot leaving another spot. Staff was friendly and vibing to music as I walked in. Orders 6 cooked for $13 bucks. Pricey but good. Wait time was not long and cookies are fresh.. i got snickerdoodle, red velvet, and gooey butter. Presentation of cookies were pretty.

These cookies are always hot and delicious. The perfect balance of sweetness. I always grab 1 or 4 (hehe) when I'm in the area. They can be a little pricey but what isn't these days (eye roll) Customer service is always pretty good. They don't accept cash, just an FYI.

Rating: 4.0 Stars I am a huge Hot Box fan--just reference my reviews for the CWE location for proof. After a failed attempt to go to Crumbl Cookies, I decided to give this location a try. I ordered online and arrived for pick-up. The space was small, and it is not as nice or complete as the CWE location. There were several customers in the store. When I gave the employee my name, she informed me that they were out of Red Velvet Cookies and did not have my complete order of Gooey Louies! She was apologetic and let me pick other cookies. The cookies were as tasty as always, but they could have been a little warmer. I was somewhat disappointed that the cookies were sitting out on a tray on a wrack and not in a warmer! Oh well. If I am in the neighborhood, I will be back. Otherwise, I will stick to CWE!

The cookies are just okay but the experience when we went on May 1st, 2021 was more than disappointing. I went in after dinner with my mom at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night and for a cookie place that is supposed to be open until 12:00 am they had nothing. The employee said we don't have many cookies left and did explain to us what they had. However, when we got the cookies they were cold and not fresh. It gets worse though, when we got back to our hotel room we started eating the cookies and when I broke one in half there was a HAIR in the cookie. It was so disgusting!! Do not recommend!

Great spot to hit up if you have a sweet tooth. They offer not only cookies, but ice cream sandwiches made with their cookies as well. All the flavors here are delicious.

love this cookie spot. They have a few locations in the city but their cookies are to die for. Always warm and delicious. My favorite is the oatmeal chocolate chip. If you like insomnia cookies after having this you'll never go back to it.

Every single time I roll with their General tao's Chicken. Every single time it exceeds expectations. Now, this is a takeout Cantonese spot so I have no idea how fresh it actually is. Nonetheless, I love it. I wish they still allowed dine in experiences, but I think since COVID they are take out only. Now, back to the food. The General Tao's has a solid kick and is drenched in the sweet sauce. A slight tang, plenty of sweetness, and the kick of peppers makes this dish a favorite. Their orange chicken is great as well. My partner always orders that. Super bright and citrusy with that same kick from the Szechuan. Lastly, got pot stickers for the first time and they were fire. Will absolutely roll with those again. they seem to stay pretty busy as a hefty line remains consistent when grabbing a bite, so sometimes you have to wait a bit, even if you ordered ahead. In any case, a top tier STL takeout spot for me!

The flavors are plentiful, the creativity is unmatched, and the quality of the ingredients is truly unrivaled. I honestly don't think there's a better cheesecake shop that I've encountered anywhere in my travels. The staff is generally very helpful and welcoming, with Lindsy in particular being a consistent standout at the front register over the years. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and have easily spent thousands of dollars on Hank's cheesecakes for both personal celebrations and professional events. The product itself has always been worth every penny. That said, I was disappointed to learn of the new policy charging $2 simply to slice a cheesecake. When purchasing a $25-$400+ cheesecake, an additional fee for a task that takes roughly 20 seconds feels unnecessary and, frankly, a bit off-putting. While I understand that rising costs are impacting businesses everywhere, this type of nickel-and-diming can feel discouraging--especially to long-standing, repeat customers who have consistently supported the business. Hank's Cheesecake remains exceptional, and the product is second to none. I hope management reconsiders this policy, as it slightly detracts from what has otherwise been an outstanding customer experience for many loyal patrons.

The cocktail menu and RW menu were fabulous, and yet bringing it all to life with effusive knowledge and enthusiasm about the various dishes was our outstanding server, Corinthian. She shared interesting and incredible insight on each offering, making us feel valued and appreciated patrons, advising based on our interests and likes to help us make decisions. Each of us was pleased with our various selections. While the soups were tempting on a cold night, I was delighted with the French-inspired Lyonnaise salad complete with a perfectly prepared soft boiled egg. My panko-encrusted swordfish with burre Blanc sauce was light and tasty. The gooey butter beignets were light on the gooey butter custard-like filling, as promised by our server (and more special than the typical St. Louis dessert), sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate. The ample dessert (3) provided take home leftovers for delicious breakfast treats. The cocktails I enjoyed included a Japanese Old Fashioned & an Espresso Martini, both very good. Initially upon arrival, an adjacent table of younger women was unusually loud (in a space that doesn't absorb noise well) that I feared would spoil our evening; rather than approach them (tempted) or engage management, I glared a few times at them and it seemed to have resolved. Overall, this was a very enjoyable, comfortable, and satisfying dinner; we would return.

I ordered a smoked turkey soup while hubby ordered up his signature French Onion soup - we also ordered up a 1/2 charcuterie board - good news? The soups were just great, really. We ate 'em up quickly! The charcuterie board? Ok - where to start? The salami and prosciutto were great. The cheddar cheese was way too basic and (dare I say) a couple pieces were hardening up- yikes! Fresh it was not. The other cheese was unable to be ID'd and was kind of "bread like" - not good. But the bread (crostini)? Oh my goodness- hard as a rock. Not good at all. So we ate up the meat, some of the cheddar - and left most of that funky cheese and that hard bread. The hummus and fig spread was great, though - so no issues there. Hmm. So this was a mixed bag. But the surprise came - partly my fault, I know - I asked for a shot of their most expensive Scotch on the rocks. I should have asked the price - just over $100 for a shot! We didn't know this and only wish the bartender would have asked me to confirm the order by saying "the one I have is over $100/shot - are you sure you want it!" - but that didn't happen, darn it. So we paid up - and I swore never to order nothing but basic Scotch going forward! So - the soups and beers were great - but we suggest staying away from the charcuterie board until the bread and cheese selections are tweaked a bit more!
