Not sure the price justifies the flavor as this was a very atypical oatmeal raisin cookie. - Peanut Butter Chocolate - I liked this one more than the oatmeal raisin but once again, this feels like something you would be able to get at the supermarket. I wish there was a bit more peanut butter flavor in the cookie. Overall, very okay cookies would still prefer Insomnia. They are a lot thinner, and the price increased, additionally the cookies are beginning to taste different; as if the different bakers are not following the recipe. maybe this is a location problem. The ice cream was very creamy and was actually salty. Only downside was that that the cold from the ice cream made the edges of the cookie hard as a rock. She said she would check with the store about my order status. I had the same person who put me on eternal hold the day before and she said she was the manager. After going into my explanation she says "hold on"... then puts me on hold... again! Suddenly a new person answers, also stating they were the manager, I explained it all again. He told me to keep the cookies and he'd refund my money. So clearly the driver had still not reported the issue or requested my refund. I explained I'd sent them back and that I wanted a full refund. They agreed. Apologies were offered, but only with excuses of how I needed to understand how busy they were. Kinda like saying sorry not sorry in my opinion.
