02. (Steak & Brisket) Phở Tái, Chín Nạc
Celeste G.

There's not a lot of good pho places around the Lacey area and this spot is overall decent for pho. The chili sauce they have at the table is good. The wontons were pretty disappointing with the sauce. I'm sure they're frozen and heated up which just sucks for the price they charge for them. The staff is really nice and service is quick!

Was super delicious and heartwarming considering the gloomy depressing weather. Will definitely return back and try other items on the menu. Service and decor are commendable.

28. Spring Roll (2 Pieces). The springs were wrapped horribly and were very warm and tasted very vinegary.

Yeaaaah ... I'll never come or eat here again. Y'all better watch your stomachs ! Not only did my spring roll have mold of it ( and they said it was from the lettuce and it was cut fresh) why wasn't all the spring rolls like that then ? If this is what fresh if then .. maybe we shouldn't be serving it. Also that green hue ? Can't be from the lettuce since it's through and through. ( but whatever they said fine ) i still had to pay for it .. also, ordered a steak pho .. please look at the picture and tell me if you're going to eat something that is going left and right ? Like i thought i was tripping so of course i dressed it up and it went away but 5 secs later back to being separated .. those who love pho like me .. know that ain't right .. Also it says hot ginger pho + bar but that is some false advertisement. Asked for a Bloody Mary and was told they don't make those let alone don't have a drink menu .. so why even say y'all are a bar ? Ambiance it was cool in there good music but i don't recommend Food : 0/10 Service :1/10 Ambiance 3/10 Y'all be safe out there eating everyone's pho .. just not this place.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

We went there for the pho. I saw a man eating what looked like some kind of meat. I asked the waitress what it was. She said it was the charbroiled pork chop dish. My husband ordered it. It was the most amazing dish. Very fresh lip smacking delicious. Most tender pork chop ever. Comes with fresh salad, broth , and steamed rice and fried egg. All their stuff is made fresh daily. I got the steak pho. Yummmmm!!! My waitress was excellent. The place was pleasant and clean.

Chicken pho...wow so good

Super yummy pho and quick service. I'd recommend the pho combo - large portions allow for leftovers.

The Shrimp rolls did not have herbs in them, and there wasn't even peanut sauce to go with. The pho was ok.

I recently visited Cube Ramen & Asian Cuisine with my teenage son, and it was a very enjoyable…read moreexperience. The restaurant is easy to find, located in a plaza with other businesses, so there's plenty of parking available. I also like that their hours are posted in military time; it's a small detail, but it removes any confusion about opening and closing times. The space itself is on the smaller side, but it feels comfortable and welcoming. We arrived around 17:00 on a Wednesday and were seated quickly. Service was friendly from start to finish--menus were brought promptly, and we were asked about drinks right away (water was perfect for us). Throughout the meal, the staff was attentive without being intrusive, refilling our water and clearing dishes at just the right times. We started with the agedashi tofu to share. The broth was flavorful and the tofu was prepared well, with that soft, gooey, gelatinous consistency. While it wasn't quite my personal preference (I tend to favor a crispier texture), it was still tasty and likely ideal for those who enjoy it that way. For our main dishes, my son ordered the tonkatsu corn ramen, and I had the black garlic ramen (without bean sprouts--personal preference). This was our first ramen spot since moving to Washington, and it genuinely reminded us of a favorite place we used to visit in Sacramento. The broth was rich, creamy, and deeply savory--absolutely delicious. I especially liked that the ramen was served with a ladle instead of a standard soup spoon, which made it easier to sip more of the broth. The noodles were cooked perfectly--not too firm, not too soft--and paired really well with the toppings. My son even commented on the generous portion of noodles, which I joked was exactly what we signed up for when ordering ramen! We both finished our bowls feeling completely satisfied. The chashu and egg were highlights for me--I took my time consuming them. My only small critique is that I wish the ramen included a full soft-boiled egg instead of just half, especially with bowls averaging around $17. Overall, this was a great dining experience with flavorful food, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. While I have a couple of minor preferences, I would definitely return and recommend it to others looking for quality ramen in the area.

Really good vegetarian options! The hotpot veggie broth is deeply flavorful, so the tofu, taro,…read moremushrooms, broccoli, pumpkin were great. The kimchi was tangy and not spicy. It grilled perfectly. I am not sure if the kimchi was vegetarian or not, I eat fish so I didn't check. My kids got the hot beef broth and liked it. There are many noodle options, including ramen, which the kids liked. They also enjoyed the brisket. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and checked on us a few times. How it works: Select your tier ($35/$45/$55). The whole table needs to be on the same tier. Pick two broths. Select five meat/seafood/tofu/noodle options to start. Go to the self serve area and get your veggies. Go to the self serve sauce bar and make up your dipping sauce. Cook your food. Value: three people, with soda/tea was $135 and I tipped $15. We got the first tier only. Hot food like egg rolls and pot stickers are extra and we didn't get any. Soft serve ice cream and cookies are included at no extra charge. I appreciate the pricing model but I found it expensive. This is more than we spend on sushi.

Was excited that another Hotspot spot opened up down south and it also had kbbq. I know a lot of…read morethe reviews reference that its $48 a person, which I agree is kinda steep since you have to pay for drinks like a can of soda separately for an extra $3. And if you want something a little fancier, they do have mocktails at $8. I spent $185 including tip and taxes for 3 people. The set up is nice as you can grill and have soup on the next grill. They do have a few booths and then some tables. But if youre a larger party, you might get split up if they're busy. I'd recommend reservations if you have a large party. But getting to the food. For the Hotspot portion, you can pick 2 broths and its set up in a yingyang formatted pot. Then you go to the "buffet line" to get your veggies, meats and etc. They do have some hot foods like chicken wings and some type of fried roll. Hotspot was just okay. I was hoping for more flavor. The kbbq was just okay too. But one thing to keep in mind, this spot does not have the exhaust pipes/hood like they do at kbbq to help with the air, so prepare to smell. Leave your fancy/dry cleaning clothes at home. When my friends and I went, it got pretty hot inside, and there was only a box fan. So being next to a grill and no A/C made it more hot and uncomfortable. Maybe its changed now hopefully. The staff was nice and service was decent. Oh, and they do have an ice cream machine, so that's what made this spot like a 3.5 out of 5.

Yummy food but oh so pricey! I ordered takeout through the…read morephone for my first visit because I was interested in the lunch specials that were offered. Unfortunately, I was looking at an outdated menu on Yelp, so the spicy tofu soup is no longer on the lunch specials, AND if you want a "lunch special," it needs to be specified when placing the order. I assumed that because it was lunch time, I would be paying the lunch pricing? That wasn't the case when I arrived. Parking seems to only be on the same side as the barber shop (which i think is connected to the restaurant as well?). When I walked in, I didn't really check out the place. Seems like a classic no-frills Korean restaurant. An ajumma (아줌마) appeared at the register after a couple seconds (lol that is the first description that came to mind). I informed her of my phone order and she brought out the food and rang me up for around $55? I was thinking, yikes, that's a steep price for a spicy tofu soup and a lunch special of the galbi and mentioned it to her. She told me that the portion made is not the lunch special and next time, make sure to specify that over the phone if I want the Lunch special or dinner portion. She clarified, while acting out the mannerisms, of customers that would complain about the Lunch special, because they would want a dinner portion instead, so she just places general orders as the dinner portion. (I can already imagine the Karens she must have received for her reaction, which is understandable, but at the time, I was just slightly irritated since I was hoping to pay a cheaper price.) I am assuming after this experience, there is a difference in portion size for the lunch and dinner pricing.. Besides the miscommunication, I can at least say that the food was prepared quickly since it was ready by the time I arrived at the restaurant (about 15 mins after I placed the order?). With the outcast weather, I was craving some soondubu, and Seoul Garden definitely delivered! The tofu portions were generous and the broth was the right amount of spicy where you can taste the flavor but it is not overwhelming. I was not expecting so many complementary sides either! They paired very well with the rice and galbi, which was thoroughly marinated in a delectable glaze. Even though I was initially frustrated that I received the dinner portion, I calmed down after eating the galbi. My son and I actually ended up devouring it.. the food was so good, I totally forgot about the pricing at the moment. Just keep in mind though, this place is not advertised as KBBQ, so you're paying for individual plates/dishes/orders that should already be cooked. I would only recommend this restaurant if there are certain staples you really enjoy (i.e. you're only craving bulgogi but don't want to go out to eat or grill it), because it is arguably just as expensive as KBBQ. But if you're a foodie that can afford it, I'd suggest stopping by to try it out yourself! :)
