We had high hopes coming into this restaurant. However, the service was horrible. Our server forgot our Thai tea and still wanted to charge us for it. The food itself was decent. The restaurant was freezing. In addition they forgot to give us our debit card back after paying, we had to go ask for it back and the guy at the register kept arguing with my husband that he had to pay. Ordered some sushi through DoorDash from Hot Hot Ramen Sushi Seafood! Got the cream cheese wonton and the golden California roll with a side of spicy Mayo. Nothing too fancy. The California roll was good! Tasted great with the side of mayo. Their cream cheese wontons weren't too bad, they seemed a little old but it may have been from sitting on the ride over for delivery. I asked for an extra side of the sauce for the wontons but it wasn't included. Maybe something they just overlooked. Overall I was content with my order. I wouldn't order that again. It was very plain with what seemed like store bought sauce poured onto the meat. Chicken was dry. Fried rice wasn't very tasty, very similar to Panda express. We tried this place for first time because we'd heard it had Korean BBQ. We were sat quickly and got menus which have alot of options from Ramen, to Hibachi to seafood boil but didn't see any hot pot or bbq menu. We had to ask for it, it's a separate menu, but I noticed the meats are all individually priced. Usually (in my experience), Korean bbq places have a set price for all you can eat on the grill. Our waiter didn't explain anything, he seemed to speak/understand very little English as we had to repeat ourselves often and also had a hard time understanding him, however he was nice. There seems to be an excess amount of options in menus and we just decided to get the calamari, ramen and hibachi. The calamari was okay, the ramen had good flavor and not oily, it had a good amount of spice and the hibachi was good. We tried ordering the strawberry smoothie or the strawberry milk tea but they didn't have strawberries. We tried ordering a hibachi with different seafood option but were told they didn't have that. So in my opinion, they have too many options but cannot fulfill due to out of stock items. They also need more staff, our waiter didn't appear as a waiter, it seems like they are short staffed so they're having to do a lot of the jobs. The restaurant is still the same decor from FUN Noodle. It was clean and not too busy. We would possibly try again to see if they've improved in some months. read more

This place used to be a great place for noodles. Then they started cutting corners on that, and eventually changed names and menu. We came here 1 time before and really enjoyed our food (hibachi: chicken with shrimp and filet mignon with shrimp). This time...it was awful. They over-seasoned the steak and shrimp, by dumping pepper on it. Maybe to hide the taste of old meat, who knows. The chicken and shrimp were overcooked and covered in a sweet tasting sauce that doesn't belong in a restaurant serving hibachi. The music didnt really fit the atmosphere, the server was engrossed in his cell phone so much that he took our drink, appetizer and food order at the same time. The California roll was decent, thus the reason for 2 stars. The lemonade tasted off somehow, can't pinpoint it. For $71 for a dinner, we could have gone next door to Sunny's Sushi and get better food and much better service. We only took the remaining fried rice home, and I will pair that with some cooked shrimp that doesn't require chewing like it's cud. It's like they start off great, with fresh ingredients for food, then when it gets crowded and word gets around they serve good food, they start cutting corners and serving subpar menu items. I have NEVER written a bad review before but people need to be aware of this restaurant. I have been a customer at this restaurant since I moved to El Paso a year ago and my husband and I loved the food and the service. During my most recent visit, I had a VERY terrible experience. When we walked in our server approached us to seat us and we told him we would like to be seated at a table with a Korean BBQ grill since we knew that we were going to eat the KBBQ and he left without seating us or saying anything to us. We were standing and waiting to be seated for 15 minutes while our server tended to other tables and ignored us until someone from the back approached us and we told him the same thing we told the server and he had us sit at another table while they cleaned one with a grill. We were very confused because this had never happened before in our previous 5-10 visits. When we sat at our new table the server came with our menus but failed to give us the one with the Korean BBQ items when we told him already we were going to be having that. We had to flag him down after waiting for 10-15 minutes for him to come back to receive the menus. After we ordered, everything was fine until our order of meats started coming out. The table they sat us at had no griddle to cook the meat on and we waited over 40 minutes for them to bring one out and turn the fire on. The server didn't check on us and would just drop off the order and leave without giving us the chance to ask for the griddle. The man who helped seat us also came out with some orders and asked us how everything was when we FINALLY could ask for a griddle to cook on. At this point, I was extremely disappointed by our service and just wanted to eat and leave which is what we did. We packed up our leftovers and left as soon as we were done. An hour after we ate there my husband and I started having severe food poisoning symptoms. Today my husband tried to call the restaurant to inform them about the food poisoning and didn't speak a word about the service and was hung up on twice. I called the restaurant on my phone and was livid at this point that this was even happening and was told to call back tomorrow when they aren't "busy".
