The tots had a perfect crisp exterior and a fluffy inside. The offerings are generous so 1 side would suffice for 2 people. Every bite was scrumptious and a definite recommend for the table. The shrimp cocktail is served with some dry ice which makes for an awesome visual aspect to the dish. Four large shrimp, chilled, in a bed of cocktail sauce. You can't really mess this one up. The High Street roll has tempura shrimp, cream cheese, scallions, and beef carpaccio. A+ for creativity. From there, I had the 8 ounce Piedmontese steak which was a first. It's an expensive steak, similar to wagyu in terms of quality. It's a matter of preference. Piedmontese is a lean, high-protein steak which wagyu is ultra-rich and buttery.
