Great food, great price, exceptional service with kind staff. Please support Mom and pop businesses, they offer a special experience and they are a dying breed.

    Great Food.

My favorite place to eat is always a pleasure. They seat you promptly, serve quickly, and the food never disappoints. Prices are fair, and everyone is treated with respect and kindness--I truly love this spot.

Great food, great service, and even great prices!! We got the HOT PANCAKES PLATTER (HPP) WITH 2 PANCAKES $10.95 and the CHILI & CHEESE Omelet for $10.95. Everything was so good but especially the omelet!! The waitress was super nice and great at her job. There was a designated coffee guy who kept coming around and topping our coffee off and it was great. They even had sugar free syrup. Oh and did I mention the food came out blazing fast and piping hot??? I literally wanted to go back the very next day!! Plenty of parking and located right next to a gas station if you wanna fill up on some gas.

This is our first time visiting this place and we were floored by how good everything was! No matter what was ordered it tasted great! Adriana, our server was so nice we could have adopted her. On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, we give it a 15! We love the place!! We will definitely return.

Quiet Sunday morning breakfast with plain pancakes and sausage patties. They really can make good pancakes- hot and buttery. A favorite place to chill for an inexpensive breakfast

You have got to be kidding me! The breakfast specials are ridiculous in a great way! First off, I drove past it as I thought is was an entrance for the gas station that is just outside. The Choose 3 plus coffee for $6.95? I'm in. I ordered 2 eggs OE, hash browns, and 2 pancakes. Will definitely be in the breakfast rotation going forward. Service was great and the food was great!

The Veggie omelette was delicious! I love that they put everything in the middle instead of mixed into the eggs like some other places. Server was friendly and when I asked for a side of bacon, she let me know how much it would cost. I will return!

The waffle with the bananas and cinnamon was the yummiest thing, very good!! The grits were a little watery and could have cooked longer.

Good food with much more than pancakes. Friendly employees. Lots of locals which we look for in a place to eat when we don't know the area.

The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and you can tell there is a lot of pride behind what they do. This place has been serving customers since the 1950s, and one of the best things about it is that it hasn't lost its character. Walking through the door feels like stepping back in time to a classic neighborhood restaurant--the kind of authentic place that is becoming increasingly hard to find. The owner and staff are fantastic. They are always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to see you. After visiting regularly, you don't feel like just another customer; you feel like you're walking into a neighborhood place where people actually know and appreciate their regulars. If I had to find one negative, it would be that the dining room is small and can get crowded during busy times. But even that says something about the restaurant--people want to be here! If you're looking for a trendy restaurant that changes with every new fad, this probably isn't it. But if you want great food, friendly people, decades of history, and a truly authentic old-school dining experience, you absolutely need to give this place a try. This is the real deal. Five stars from me, and I'll happily keep coming back every week.

The atmosphere was casual and up beat. All the burgers and loaded fries were cooked to perfection. One of our friends had the Bloody Mary and she seemed to enjoy it. There was plenty of seating at the restaurant with long tables, sit down tables, and outdoor seating. After choosing our table we waited 15 minutes before our waitresses showed up. They were very busy with the lunch rush so it took awhile between everything. It even took awhile to get our waters. One waitress was in training and learning from the other. The positive was that the waitresses were friendly throughout. After looking at the menu and waiting another 15 minutes we finally placed our order. We got our appetizer after waiting another 15 minutes. Thankfully that held us over until we got our burgers and fries. We started with tostada chips and queso. It was good and we ate it up pretty quickly. We requested another basket of chips to finish off the queso. To eat with our burgers we ordered hand punched fries and sweet potato fries. The hand cut fries were nice and thick and you could taste the salt. I enjoyed eating them with ketchup. The sweet potato fries were also thick and salty and you could taste the flavor of the potato. No need for ketchup with these fries unless you want it. For my burger I ordered the HL Hunt cooked medium which comes with white cheese, bacon, blackberry compote and mustard. The burger was filling, the cheese was melted but it had little flavor, and the bacon was chewy. The compote was my favorite part of the burger as it added a slightly sweet flavor. I requested a medium cooked burger but it didn't taste that way but it was still good despite that. Overall Rodeo Goat has lots of seating and friendly staff but I would go at an off peak time so that you don't have to wait a long time for everything. The food was still good despite the wait.
