The first thing that attracts your attention when you enter the restaurant is the stylish interior design with Asian decorations. It has tables, booths and semi-private dining areas for all group sizes. They offer both AYCE and AYCD and à la carte hot pot. They offer a wide variety of fresh ingredients, flavorful broths, and dipping sauces that make every meal fun and satisfying. First, you can choose your broth and then order your choices of meat from the menu. The buffet has 2 sauce stations where you can build your own sauce and a seafood and vegetable buffet where you can find variety of fresh vegetables, noodles, seafood options and snacks. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant validates your parking ticket for 3 hours free of charge.

One of the better hotpots in a city that has many, and easily a standout when it comes to decor, layout and service. While I would have liked the quality of their beef to be a tad better, I was thoroughly impressed by how expansive their seafood and veggie selection were. The fried food offerings were a delight (shoutout to the chicken wings and sesame balls), while the dessert was meh. Pretty good value for money with what you get in terms of food and ambiance. And if you pay cash or debit, you get the broth for free.

Great service, the servers came to check on us quite often. There are two dessert/snack and sauce bars, making it super convenient to grab some snacks and new sauces at anytime. I like how you can go up to grab your veggies, meat balls and seafood; no need for ordering over your phone. The only thing that needs to be ordered online is the broth, meat and special dishes. The broth was included in the price which was nice! We were there for 3 hours and the whole duration they were playing Adele songs :) The interior was spacious and well laid out, they have a map for you just in case! I deducted a star because free parking is only valid for 2 hours, if you're there for more than 2 hours then there's no point in validating your parking.

This is such a hidden gem in North York. I was looking for an AYCE restaurant that I haven't tried before and came across this place that has AYCE hotpot. They have a lot of variety and the staff is super helpful. This was our first time trying something like this and they completely understood and assisted us in every way possible. There's a cold station along with make-your-own-sauce kinda setup that's super interesting to play with. We went for half and half soup base for our hotpot and tried the tomato and the spicy base and I loved both. The spicy one is a little numbing because of the peppercorns so be careful if you're trying that one. This was a great experience and value for money and I'd so be down to try this again.

First time trying this hotpot spot--while the service was great, the hotpot itself didn't quite meet expectations. My friend and I found the soup bases we chose to be lacking in flavor; I had the satay broth and he tried the spicy one, but both were quite mild. On the positive side, there was a good selection of meats, and they offered a separate area with plenty of vegetables and cooked dishes to complement the meal.

Loved it so much the first time that i decided to come back with family and booked a table for 20 but unfortunately it was slightly disappointing. They originally booked us for 2 party rooms - 2 tables, 10 per table w/ 1 pot. I don't know about you but 10 people to 1 pot is just NOT IDEAL. My cousin called to change it to 4 tables (5 ppl each) and that was fine. On the day of when we arrived, they said the 4 tables were no longer available and that we were given 1 table with individual pots and another table with 10 ppl/pot. We had no choice so we took it but honestly, never again do I want a single pot shared with that many people! We were almost there for 2 hours when they gave us a last call for that specific table too because someone else had booked it, meanwhile the table in front of us has been eating before we arrive and still eating by the time we left, which was a little unfair. They also scratched ordering from the QR code except for the soup and meat. Everything else was self serve. The area for the self serve was quite small so on a busy day you'll be in line waiting for food for awhile. There's also less cooked food and desserts than before. While I still enjoyed coming here I would prefer to be back with a smaller group!

We enjoyed the all-inclusive hotpot deal for 33.99 per person. It came with meat, veggies, seafood, access to buffet table for appetizers, sauces and desserts, and soft drinks! We also tried their satay soup base! I love the lamb slices, shrimp and cuttlefish paste, balls and so much more! Meat Ring and Smoothies not included in the all-inclusive promotion. Seniors rate is $23.99 while children can eat for $11.99! All rates +$2 on weekends and holidays (CASH ONLY) Don't forget that they have 4 hours validated parking!

Pretty good hot pot spot opened up I think 2 years now. It's all your can eat style ordering through a QR code at each table - so relatively easy and no touching a gross shared ipad. Pricing-wise, it was alright. Pretty much comparable to other hot pot locations across Markham. The food selection is fairly decent as well. I like that they had some snack items and some cooked items to order. I will say, I wish they had more variety of noodles, and the cold dishes with the chili oil need more flavour. It was oddly flavourless stuff (I'm talking about the ones that are by the sauce stations). The sauce station is set up nicely. All the sauce components neatly organized and ready for you to enjoy. The different sides have different snack options though so be sure to check out both sides. I'd say that the food varieties was wide enough to have most of what you would want, but not anything special. The broth was probably most disappointing to me. I ordered tomato and it really didn't have the tomato flavouring. The crab paste one my friend ordered was flavourful but it smelled so strongly. The plain pork soup was alright as well. I think value is fine but if I'm going to go out for hot pot, I really do look for something special. I just didn't find I had the variety I wanted personally. And I wasn't a fan of the dessert options. I think I would go to other places to suit my taste, but I can see why this is a solid option. Also, their decor is beautiful and really cute. I think they put a lot of effort into the table seating/ arrangement and decor.

Lovely all you can eat hotpot restaurant hidden in a commercial area. The interior design is amazing and the quality is all there. There is so much variety and the service was great. Parking is a little bit of an issue but now there is a new private lot and also street parking. Sometimes it's free parking The soup bases are good and it is self serve sauce station and some snacks. The dessert that you order are Melonas. Diet coke, coke and ginger ale are bottomless cans

We went to Hotpot 9 for their summer special, and we had a mixed experience. The selection of food for the price was fantastic, the food was fresh, and soup base was tasty. Order by qr code on the sides of the table, quantities are updated live so multiple people/phones can order at the same time and everyone can see the most up to date numbers. There were a few items that were missed/forgotten, which we had to reorder, but that is still ok as it was ayce. Unfortunately, there were flies and fleas of all sizes, flying around our table and a huge hoard around/in the communal condiments/sweets table. Needless to say, we didn't take anything from that communal station. The decor is very cute and adds to the ambiance. Hopefully, the flies problem will be taken care of by the time the colder months roll in.

Finally a place with decent pricing! ($32pp) And cans of pop included! And a sauce bar with fruit! *Shock *awe A few tips, the individual (small) pots are super fun, but you'll be in a private room. Same price but it is SO hot. Like sweat dripping hot. But very cool decor and they are so generous with food and great menu selections. Soup base is great but salty. Mix with water! End the meal with a yummy lychee popsicle!

Hotpot 9 transports you back into the imperial era of China with its beautiful decor. We chose two types of soups (tomato and collagen), which were both delicious with all the flavors from the veggies, meats, and seafood we put in the broth. Everything is ordered off of a tablet and comes pretty fast. The sauce bar had loads of options to choose from to make your perfect dipping sauce. Make sure to order a Melona ice cream at the end! We were all satisfied with our bellies, keeping us warm in this chilly spring weather!

We loved this Sichan AYCE Hot Pot so much that we dined here twice in less than a week! The interior is gorgeous with "traditional meets modern" oriental aesthetics! Plenty of seating, including private rooms, and free parking. The variety of soup bases is impressive, and we chose the two flavor broths each time. We dined in for the Happy Hour special from Monday - Friday between 12pm-5pm for $25.99 per person (cash only, excludes weekends & holidays). There is a promo now for a group of 4 for dinner ($33.99 per person + $2 on holidays), one dines free, (cash only, and both promos can't be combined). The service is amazing, and the quality of the meats and ingredients are fabulous! We're looking at returning for a third time!

The broth was sweet, savoury, and not overly tangy. We got it with sweet potato noodles, which had the most satisfying and addictive chew. There was already so much meat and veg in there that you really don't need to add much else. My only thing is I wish there were more sweet potato noodles to go with everything in the bowl. We added the pig trotter (because duh!), which was perfectly seasoned, tender, and had that nice gelatinous texture. Because of how big the portion was, we took the leftovers home, added more glass noodles, and was still able to get two full meals out of it the next day! The MaoCai broth was pretty spicy. We went with medium, and were breaking a sweat. The numbing heat hits fast and makes it hard to sip on the broth while eating (definitely not for the weak). Still, it had a solid ratio of meat to veg to noodles, and everything held up well with the broth. The parfaits were exactly what we needed after all that hotpot. The Citrus Garden Green Tea had a nice blend of green tea, citrus, and coconut that worked surprisingly well together. But the Brown Sugar Black Tea Parfait was our favourite. The tapioca balls were perfectly chewy and not too sweet, and the mix of black tea and grass jelly gave it such a good combo of textures. It was rhe perfect cool down. From what I hear, if you can say their tongue twister 3x in 30s you can get 50% off their new ice cream parfaits!
