Overall great time and experience. Even took it to the back and to make sure everything was good and ordered the few parts it needs to be 100%. Steve saw my brake issue had it fixed in 3 minutes and showed me in the future how to resolve it should it happen again. I asked for a check up for safety. I was at the right time this day as they weren't swamped with customers. I had casually mentioned Bird my dog hated the basket as it was to bouncy. He didnt try to push a expensive new one but a senior budget friendly used one that looked brand new.Thats one of the many reasons I love this shop if they have used look new parts available they will offer it to you.Steve returned to me in 20 minutes a newer better version of Feline Flamingo my bike. Monkey Works is the only shop I trust to work on my bikes. Eric (the owner) is highly knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to both street and track riding. Yatri and Jordan are also fantastic to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and have years of experience in the motorcycle industry. Recently, I brought in my R7 to have the wheels powder coated and a variety of parts installed. From obtaining color swatches to updating me on progress, they did a fantastic job. I've attached photos of the before and after below. Monkey Works did an excellent job on this project and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I highly recommend going to Monkey Works for any work on your motorcycle.

Anyway, I walked in they had 5 employees some were sitting some walking around so I asked for assistance. I was asked to walk to the Service and Parts Department wheee there was nobody there, I waited and I asked again and the parts rep couldn't be found or bothered. I walked around no one cared. I left and called Scooter West and within minutes they assisted me over the phone. Sad because I tried to stay local but guess sitting around was on their agenda today.

They charged me for installing a new engine and returned motorcycle to me w an oil leak, missing screws (on muffler shield) and now the battery would not take a charge (which was never an issue before). They picked the bike back up a week later, installed or repaired a gasket, repaired the electrical and delivered to me about 6 weeks later. Battery seems to work now but it's still leaking oil. Attempted to call several times immideatley after delivery but no answer. I reported the issues to the manufacturer after which the manufacturer contacted the dealer as a courtesy and the dealer informed the manufacturer they were refusing future warranty- service due to allegations that I used foul language and threatened to take legal action on a voicemail. Total bull. So unfortunately I'm obliged to let the legal folks work it out. All because MottoCity Motoplex Daytona wouldn't take a simple phone call to discuss and try to settle amicably. Buyer beware. Only positive was the parts dept. Ethan has been very helpful and accommodating as possible throughout this belabored repair process. Unfortunately, Ethan doesn't make the decisions for the dealership.

I enjoy going up to the second floor where the used bikes are found. Truthfully I'm not a big fan of the looks of the newer bikes. I prefer the classic look of the older models (are you listening Milwaukee? Ha!). The employees are friendly and helpful and I was asked a couple of times if I found everything I was looking for. This is a great location and during Bike Week it's my favorite place to visit. The humongous parking lot is always filled with vendors of all motorcycles needs and wants. Customization, service, motor buildups, personal attire and souvenirs , ..you name it, it's here! If you own a motorcycle, you should visit this place - especially during Bike Week. Ride safe.

This is the best place in Daytona Beach to rent an electric bike! Neither my husband nor I had ever…read moreridden an electric bike before so I went on Yelp to look for an address and reviews. It's right at the end of Seabreeze Boulevard before you go over the bridge and it was a little hard to find, but it did have the hours posted and an open sign was lit up. You can park right behind the business. We were greeted by Isaac, a guy who was on the ball and was able to answer all questions. The business primarily sells electric bikes, but it still has a whole bunch of bikes that they rented out and they are beautiful, clean , shined, and ready to go. He recommended a smaller one for me and a bigger one for my husband. I also got the helmet of my choice which looked brand new. The bikes were all fitted with an attached case for your iPhone, a basket on the front and saddlebags in the back, which were in excellent shape, . (No extra charge) We took the bikes out in the parking lot behind the business and Isaac was an excellent teacher, giving thorough instruction on how to ride the bike, went over what all of the buttons, switches and knobs were about. He was extremely patient and was in no rush at all . I was very nervous in the beginning having never ridden anything powered like this before. Initially, I wanted to rent an electric scooter, but the ones sitting out on the street were not the best so we decided on an electric bike. I was able to feel even more comfortable riding it after even more practice in a bigger parking lot and we had a blast! We rode around In Daytona Beach on the sidewalks and then took the bridge over to Beach Street and Roverfront Esplanade is a beautiful park there with big wide sidewalks and nobody tIsaac recommended this spot. We then went all the way down to the end of Beach Street and rode through the marina and the apartment complexes. We had an epic day. Thank you Isaac for being such a great teacher and for helping me at 69 years old to cross something off my bucket list!

They refused to quote me over the phone, in turn I visited the store. When I asked to receive a quote, a salesperson informed me they do not provide quotes. Strange, so they said they could ring it up and give me an unofficial quote. This was provided by the manager who attempted to push me into purchasing the vehicle. When I told him I only wished to get the model priced out he did not accept my answer and tried pushing me into a fast purchase. He was exceedingly unprofessional and pushy. As soon as it was made clear I would not be purchasing that day, all service was lost. Finally, when asked if I could have the handwritten quote I was provided with I was told I could not take it home... Seriously? Overall I'm impressed. Impressed that there are enough people willing to spend their hard earned money at this location. I will not be returning.
