So this is the second time that I have hired this wonderful 2 man team. I called them today in a frantic mess because the faucet in my tub broke and the water would not turn off 30 min. of the faucet running before I finally found the correct turn off valve. Talk about a high water bill.. They came at a drop of a hat same day service thank god and they were here all but maybe 30 minutes and had the hole thing fixed.. Of course I had turned so many knobs while trying to find the one to turn off the water that in the process had turned off the hot water and so I had no hot water and they asked me do you have hot water and I said before all this I did... Needless to say I apparently turned off the pilot light too. They fixed all this and the price was as usual amazing and my nerves have finally settled. Rudy is awesome. Last year he replaced my two outdoor spigots and extended one to custom height so I could reach it and still put my bbq in front of it (small patio). He also replaced a leaky shower faucet with a full CSI investigation with in-wall camera and found an easy fix vs. what could have otherwise turned into a costly repair. Just recently, he replaced my kitchen sink shutoff valves and faucet on short notice because I failed miserably over the weekend trying DIY. I was replacing a broken angle valve to a toilet, and was able to get the old valve off but could not remove a stuck ferrule on the (short) supply pipe, leaving us with no water to the house. After several "can't help" calls to various plumbers, Rudy at HP Mechanical said "I'll be there in 20 minutes," and was true to his word. Installed the new valve without difficulty, total cost $89. I can't remember such quick and professional work at a very reasonable price from anyone or any profession. I've had to call HP Mechanical two times in the same month for different issues and both times Rudy made it onsite early and got the job taken care of. I had a defective faucet that needed to be replaced, Rudy squeezed me in between his child's game and another job that he was headed to. Then I had a leaking toilet literally days before Thanksgiving, I called him first thing on Monday morning and he was here on Tuesday mid-day and got it repaired.
