I use to be a huge fan of HS Green, it was a quick healthy option for eating out during lunch and dinner times. However, my recent trip has lead me to believe the changes going on in the restaurant are not positive. Normally during dinner time you could walk the line and watch the line make your food to ensure it was correct, and also to make it a quick bite. However now after 3:00pm the restaurant turns to table service, which now turns a quick bite into a not so quick bite. Since everything deserves a chance, I sat down and placed my order. Sadly, my order showed up incorrect. After waiting longer than normal,My wrap was the completely wrong wrap, while my husbands wrap had fried chicken; this was after the waitress came back by a second time to verify we wanted grilled chicken. Typically you think of table service as someone "serving" your table, however the whole time we were sitting we were never offered refills for our beverages, and even after trying to waive someone down witness an employee look at us and turn around like they didn't see us. We eventually just refilling our own beverages like we normally would had without table service, again defeating the purpose of table service after 3:00pm. If you want to label your self as table service then be prepared to play the part, service your clients, get the orders right and most importantly don't have your bust boy clean the table and take away our beverages before we even paid. read more

Wow! HS green is fantastic! It is a great place to take someone for dinner or lunch. It's casual and the food is really yummy. It won't break the bank and they don't compromise quality of ingredients to keep it relatively cheap. The people working here are really nice and accommodating. So far I've gotten a pizza ($11), the rotisserie chicken($9), and the ginger salad($11). All delicious and under $12! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Enjoy :) read more

They have a lot of healthy options for food and a juice bar. We ordered a Truffled mushroom chicken pizza and a Vietnamese wrap. The pizza was sooo good! Love how it's on a thin crust and super crispy. Bf got a Vietnamese wrap which is also good. We ordered a drink at the juice bar but they seemed to forgot our order since we waited for 15 mins. We went to go ask for it again and they quickly made it but made the wrong drink. Waited another 5 mins and she bought it out again. I'd say food wise is 4.5/5 but service is 2.5/5. read more

I would say 3-1/2 stars but I couldn't work the half star. Went there today and share the following good and bad: Bad: 01. Most of the staff needs proper training. Numerous times they would walk by instead of deferring to the customer to pass first. All of the other good places train their staff as not to do this. 02. Hubs got the duck fontina pizza for lunch today and there's barely any meat on the pizza and he paid closed to 16 for it. Affordable?! I don't think so... Especially after I saw all the post on here with their pizza loaded with duck meat ! I feel like we got ripped off coz we got dried duck crumbles on ours. Has good food but I just ate here and the service was very bad. We had to go and get menus on our own and it took a very long time to have someone wait on us. We placed our order and asked for water and the water never came and had to flag down another waitress. All of this just really ruined our experience and I've never had such bad service. read more

If you are ever in the mood for clean, good eating in a modern and open space, HS Green is a great place to go. They offer everything from pizza to salad to tacos and smoothies but manage to keep all elements of their menu some sort of healthy. The set up allows you to make your selection and order before finding seating. There is also a bar/coffee bar for anyone just in the mood for a drink. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is casual. We stopped in for lunch between shopping and did not regret it. We had the Truffle Infused Roasted Mushroom & Chicken pizza as well as the Shrimp Tacos (for some reason these are not on the Yelp Menu, might be a seasonal offering?). The tacos were okay and the pizza was delicious. We also had the Nutella Pizza and that was pure pleasure. I highly recommend the dessert. I also had a coffee and while not the best ever, it definitely packed a punch. My sister loves the smoothies here so give that a try. I would say this is a great place for lunch but probably wouldn't be the spot to go to for a fancy dinner unless you are just really into health food. They assemble the order in front of you and Truffle Infused Roasted Mushrooms & Chicken Pizza, a bit small and greasy. However the flavor was will put together. Crust of the pizza was thin and goat cheese was strong. Rating: 3/5 Southwest Spicy Chicken Wrap, packed ingredients in the wrap. Didn't taste the spiciness however you can taste the acidity from the dressing. Comes with chips salsa or fruits. My only problem is the dressing leaked out and was soaked the bottom on the tortilla. Seems like portions are becoming smaller and smaller every time I come by. What bothers me more is that lately every time I visit something is wrong with my order. This last time I was overcharged. Charged for an iced tea that I never ordered nor drank. I didn't realize this until later at home when I looked at my receipt. what a disappointment. walked into a really nice fresh atmosphere, but was immediately met with confusion on where to order. to add to that, the servers did not write down my order. i had to repeat it 3 times. at payment the server was definitely smoking something bc he gave me the wrong fries with the wrong dish, and did not make me aware that the fries were extra $. the food is extremely overpriced and mediocre. and to top that all off - the ceviche was COOKED. ceviche isnt supposed to be cooked. i will not be coming back and i don't recommend. read more

I order the Grilled Chicken and Feta pizza and it was good, very thin crust and no sauce bu the chicken was a bit dry. Service was leisurely: not super slow but not fast and we got checked on a few times. I also got the grapefruit juice which was rather bitter and sour, not a sweet juice as you might expect. Stay far away! Customer service is non-existent at this restaurant! This was my 3rd and last visit to HS Green. It is sad to have a nice place to grab a bite near home with tasty, healthy options with such lack of management and customer service. I asked for the manager on this last visit and was told there wasn't one on duty... weird. It was around 2pm on a Friday when I walked in with the intention of having lunch at the bar and also ordering some food to go. I recently had surgery and my walking is very limited and painful so the bar since it is so close to the entrance door sounded perfect to me. To my surprise I slowly walked in and was about to sit at the bar when the lady behind the bar told me it was closed and that I could order at the main counter. I was disappointed and told her I could barely walk. All she responded was .... yeah sorry. I had a meeting scheduled and would be bringing salads from HS Green, that is the only reason I forced myself to walk all the way back to the main register. I ordered all the food togo instead and walked out. Right before walking out the restaurant tell me why there was a lady sitting at the bar drinking a glass of wine? Mind you my order came out super quick in approximately 7 minutes. So the bar opened back up that fast? This is just an example of poor management and decisions taken on by staff.
