What's most annoying is when employees want to correct me on products they clearly don't know them selves. I walk in and say I ordered a horchata but maybe y'all gave me a coffee on accident. She says "a horchata is a coffee"...Horchata is traditionally a sweet, creamy drink made from rice, cinnamon, sugar, and sometimes vanilla. In Mexico and Central America, it's usually dairy-free and has zero coffee in it. So when I ask for a horchata with 5 shots of expresso that's exactly what I'm asking for. Only thing is their app always makes me sign in again and I can't remember my password to save my life, so trying to tap into any rewards while I'm in their quick moving drive-thru is hopeless. I love HteaO!! I only truly discovered it early this year or maybe at the end of last year. Besides the point. There's so many flavors of tea that you can try before choosing what cup size you want. I love the blueberry summerade!! My favorite. I highly recommend it. Also I love the Arnold palmer and the classic sweet tea!! I have tried quite a bit of them. I don't mind the watermelon tea, raspberry tea and maybe the Georgia peach ginger tea. They also have the crunchable ice that won't mess up your yeah too bad. Lol. I'm admittedly a HUGE tea fan. I enjoy buying teas from different countries, trying different flavors, etc. this place is the place for me. It's a tea lovers dream. I love the huge variety, the fact that you can mix and match, and the fact they have UNSWEET tea. The sizes are HUGE. I ordered a medium and when I quickly saw the size, went down to a small. The small is a whopping 24oz on its own. I really think this place is worth the price and their tea is good. A bunch of people I spoke to were more obsessed with the ice than the tea and I guess this ice is classified as "elite" but I personally don't care too much for it. My tip would be to go inside, they tend to pack your cup with ice in the drive thru so you're barely getting much product but 100% worth it to park and go inside. It wasn't the same feel, usually the smell in here is intoxicating but I smelled more of urine than their tea . Was extremely grossed out with their pre portion fruit add ins, that you have to pay extra mind you . Almost all of their produce was expired . Such as cucumbers, lemons , berries . Been going here since they had opened, but recently noticed the last year or so something had changed. The members weren't friendly anymore, the tea was weaker and not as strong, our order had been messed up on more than one occasion, and overall service was less than par. It's just a get your tea and get out kind of vibe. We no longer will come to this location and will go to the new Bandera Hwy location, much friendlier employees, tea is the quality we remember, and respected once again. I am obsessed with this place!! The first I went through the drive thru and it was pretty quick and I got the Berry Blast which was absolutely delicious. If you like sweet drinks then this one is super good. My friend who does not enjoy sweet drinks also likes it.
