The electrician trade (like all the trades) is super busy now with new construction and remodeling ... it was very reassuring (and much appreciated) to get Huckleberry's electricians (Cade and Morgan) to come diagnose-and-fix the issue so that we can get the condo on the market. It turned out that a previous electrician (not from Huckleberry... unfortunately a "friend of a friend" type referral) had wired some electric baseboard heaters incorrectly and the thermostat needed to be a different style (different number of poles.) I had a list of 5 things i needed done, including replacing outdoor light fixtures, replacing smoke detectors in 12' ceilings, fixing can lights in 12' ceilings, and replacing outdoor outlets with GFCI outlets. They were able to come out within 2 weeks. The guys who did the work were very nice and knowledgeable. After initially working, one of the new GFCI circuits stopped working (we lost power to part of the kitchen and dining room). They came back out within the week to fix it (a wire had slipped off of a connector). Everything has worked fine since.
