This was our first time eating here. Saturday lunch. Catfish was very good. Light crunchy breading. Not over done. The really outstanding thing here is the sides. Definitely NOT off the Sysco truck. I have always been a fan of Huck's Catfish, but you won't ever catch me there again. Their fish is great, but overpriced. The kid's shrimp dinner cost $7.95 and comes with only FOUR shrimp. Four. And we're not talking huge butterfly shrimp. My daughter is not a big eater and it was not even enough for her! Not to mention that it costs $2 more than their other kid meals! My other complaint is that their baked potatoes do not come with cheese. You have to ask for it, which I did as soon as my plate was given to me and I noticed cheese was missing. The cheese was finally brought to me after I was done eating everything else and my potato was cold. I'm done with Huck's and I suggest you skip it, too. read more
