They didn't open the doors until after their scheduled opening time. We were the ONLY customers and I had to ask for water multiple times before ever getting the first glass. I ordered a Philly omelet and received a Western omelet. We ordered a fruit cup to go on the side and the lady said it was grapes, mandarins, and apples but all we got were apple slices. I don't want to be THAT person, but please steer clear of waitress Jaquetta at huddle house. 1st week of March my 4 kids and I went for an early dinner. We were 1 out of 4 tables. We sat there for 30 minutes before getting menus are being asked our drink order. I inquired about the kids eating free with an adult meal and was advised on what I needed to know. We FINALLY get our drinks and place our food order. Almost an hour later the food comes. It's cold and the waffles are hard as a rock. Waitress never came back to check on us while we were waiting on food or after it had come. Fast forward to our bill. I was told they couldn't figure out the kids eat free situation so I paid full price (no biggie) I left an $8 tip on a $31 bill. I was advised that my bill had been voided out because she felt like she deserved a better tip...excuse me, what?! I explained how I wasn't happy with the service and felt like a 25% tip was overly generous to which she had me swipe my card 3 additional times because "the card reader was messing up." We finally got to walk out the door and no sooner she was chasing after us AGAIN stating that I needed to swipe my card again because it still hadn't gone through. I had to call my bank and advise them that 3 out of the 4 charges on my account were not accurate/needed. Fast forward to 2.5 months later (saturday) we go in again because surely things have gotten better. I'll be damned if I didn't get the same waitress so I was already prepared for a shit show. We order our food (to which i have to tell her 3 times) telling her who wants bacon and who wants sausage out of all the kids. We had a 30 minute wait being THE ONLY table in there. We get half way through our meal and i have to take my 6 year old to go potty. We get in there and the only light working was the one above the sink and no sooner that door shut behind us this woman calls out (the waitress) from the larger bathroom stall stating that she's in there and hadn't had time to close the stall door and lock it highly unprofessional and frankly just disturbing. We quickly paid the bill and left. Who doesn't close and lock the restroom door while using it?! Ugh I've heard negative things, but never had bad experiences until she started working there. The food was amazing! I loved the new smashed burger, the crinkle fries were delicious. I loved the service and the ambiance was nice. The team worked together. My kids loved the chicken tenders and grilled cheese, both had fries and they were delicious. The bathrooms and lobby was very clean. We will definitely be returning. read more

I know poor management when I see it. Not only are the workers being spread too thin to actually serve or cook well, which isn't their fault, the food options have also gotten fewer and fewer. The pancakes used to have 4 or 5 fun options, now there aren't even chocolate chips to add- which we were told was a management decision. I have been eating here since I was a kid, and the difference that i've seen within the past 3-4 years is just insane. Sad to say that I'm never coming back. read more

I placed online order of 3 burger combos and 2 kids waffles with bacon. when went to pick up was met with rude staff that made me feel I was bothering them. I was missing a drink from a combo meal and when I asked for it the manager got very rude and wanted to argue with me to the point she walked away from me after berating me. I then get home to find the kids waffles weren't In the bag. we tried for over an hour non stop calling and phone was constantly busy or off the hoo intentionally. I then had husband go by the next day and still getting arguments. keep my $12 for the waffles and your drinks. promise it will be last you get from me! save yourself money and headaches, avoid and go to Waffle House! read more

I ordered MVP breakfast and my wife ordered 2 eggs with fries and bacon. My biscuit and gravy was awful, and the biscuit was hard. The cook told the waitress that the biscuits were cooked that morning. The cook went on to say that it takes 45 minutes to fresh biscuits. The cook was rude to the waitress, but waitress were very friendly, polite, respectful and curiosity. Next time this happens I'm going to talk to the corporate about how they cook their biscuits and don't make fresh biscuits at the Huddle House in Enterprise, Alabama. read more

I walked in at 6:30 pm only 2 customers eating and 2 workers (cook & waitress) well the waitress never acknowledged me standing there waiting to order, not even a hello or I'll be right with you, just looking passed me, so after standing there for 15 minutes the cook took my order ( I could hear her asking him, did you take that lady's order) at this point I'm shaking my head in disbelief because she should have taken it instead of ignoring me. Then she wanted to rush me to pay my bill and got an attitude when I asked why $16.75 for a $10 omelet. Apparently they charge $4 for sausage and extra $1 for toast. I pay and leave but once I open the box I see a ROUND omelet (never seen that before) full of mozzarella cheese and no cheese on my grits but the grits was full of butter or grease. This was the worst food ever and I threw it all away along with my $16. I called them over 30 times repeatedly but no answer. I will NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. Someone also needs to CLEAN UP THE FOOD UNDER THE EQUIPMENT. I don't know the cook name but you really shouldn't have your cellphone lying on the prep table next to the food (all those germs). I really didn't want to give them that 1 star! read more

Worst, nastiest Huddle House ever. My wife and I used to enjoy eating at this restaurant when it first opened. Today we left without ordering. We entered the restaurant which appeared understaffed to find every empty table (about 6) dirty with the soiled dishes from the previous customers or in a dirty, unwiped condition. The lethargic waiter, when finally acknowledging us, asked if we wanted a table cleaned off. I almost answered "No, we like to sit at filthy tables." As we sat there waiting for any attention, we decided to visit the restrooms. Surprise! They were filthy. We returned to our table to be continued to be ignored. After a few more minutes, we left. We will never return. I plan to contact the corporate office later. I wish I could have picked zero stars. read more

Every. Single. Time. I don't get it. We've been there several times and the only consistency we've come to realize is... SOMETHING will be wrong or messed up. And for goodness sakes PLEASE check your receipt because they charge for things they shouldn't and as a previous server, someone needs to teach them that if something is messed up with the order, DON'T TAKE IT TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!! ‍ We have been told TWICE "Oh they messed up (insert food item here) but I thought I would bring it out"..... and then CHARGE FOR THE MISTAKE!!!! For instance, husband orders an omelet. They accidentally put bacon crumbles on top. Server brings it and says that same line of "Oh well do you want it?" and since it was bacon and he is an American, he said it was alright. THEN GETS CHARGED FOR THEIR MESS UP!!!!! Arrived at 0940 on a Saturday morning with myself and three children. There were three tables open. About 9 staff, so plenty of cooks and servers. Walked out after 1 hour and 5 minutes with no indication that we were going to be served our orders any time soon. We were not the only ones getting slow service. On Fathers day at around 1045 just as we got out of church my family wanted to take me to the Huddle House for breakfast. We got there and was seated with no problem but as we walk in, there is a lady which now I have found out that this was the assistant manager which was belittling everyone of the waitress even using foul language. We had gotten our food and in the time frame of which we got our food the manager had continue to yell and cuse her employees in front of everyone in that business over 4-5 different occasions. Once I received my bill I had walked to the register to take care of my bill and asked if I could speak with that manager, so I asked her to step to the back to speak with her about her behavior after I introduced myself to her and asked to talk about what I have just witnessed, she told me that I didn't have a clue on what has been going on and she did not have time to talk to me anymore and told me it was none of my business, now my response was that I was not an employee and she would not speak to me in that manner either, that no matter what is going on there is no way for you to talk to anyone especially if you are trying to get them to work for you. I informed her that I owned 2 business in this community for over 20 years and also have sit on our city council board. And I will brief them on my experience and will go before the board to see what we could do to prevent this from happening to any other of our citizens in our community again. I will let everyone that I come in contact with to be very cautious about going there for anything other than a bad experience or poor staff management. I informed her of what I was going to do and she told me she didn't give a Crapp about what I said or did, I also told her that I would reach out to the corporate office and still the same attitude we heard when we walked in the door was the same attitude I departed hearing from her continue to yell at the staff and told me I could get out and leave. If this is the way you allow your people to act I don't think I will have to worry because you will not be in business long in this community. I've had breakfast here several times in the last few months. What I have experienced is a real mixed bag in terms of quality - more often than not though, it's good. I speak only of the food, the service seems to never be lacking. Great waitresses at the Huddle House! And very fast service. I have never had lunch or dinner here so my review is based solely on breakfast. For the most part, I end up satisfied. They have an excellent early bird special and fast food can not beat them for price and quality if you come early. I'd also have to say that the quality and service FAR exceeds that of the local Waffle House. The place is bright, clean, and smoke free, giving it a clear advantage over the Koffee Kettle. The service also seems to be considerably faster than Annie's. I prefer HH's french toast over Annie's dry/thick pancakes so HH probably is going to keep my breakfast business for now. But Annie's or HH seem like the two best options in Enterprise in the mornings. Which one is better is really up to personal taste. read more

I have to put this out there. I usually go on Fridays and pick up a online order I place. Manager you really need to pay attention to your cooks and how they cook. The grits had so much butter or grease and were so liquidy and were not cooked. My bacon was NOT cooked. My scrambled eggs were not cooked how I requested. I have had issues before but kept giving them the benefit they would make things right. I ended up throwing the meal away. The cost was unreal. I understand inflation but Jesus. So that was my last trip eating from there. I would rather drive to Dothan and eat food it is so much better. read more

This was my first visit to any Huddle House. I expected a Waffle House Knick off but was pleasantly surprised. The booths are cramped, and the food took 30 minutes (breakfast rush) but the coffee was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the loaded hash browns and it was a carby delight. If your thinking about heading to the huddle house, turn around and head to Waffle House! Wait service was terrible, there were about 6 working when we walked in and were the only ones there. It took 5-8 minutes just for someone to come to the table. Once we placed our order it took 30-45 mins to get food. In the mean time they had to come back out to tell us that there were no Oreos for kids pancakes so we went with chocolate chips...then we were told no chocolate chips. As a last resort we ordered regular pancakes with whipped cream and one with whipped cream and strawberry sauce. No strawberry sauce came out. We asked for biscuits and gravy only to overhear from another table that they burnt the biscuits and they would not be available. On top of all of that it was my sons birthday and didn't even have ice cream for on top of the brownie....which also never made its way to the table. NEVER AGAIN!! read more
