This is a review of the Hudson News in San Diego International Airport's Terminal 1. And to be even clearer, it's in that annoying part of Terminal 1 that is physically separate from the other part of Terminal 1 and the rest of the airport, so even though your arriving flight, like mine, may have deplaned in the regular part of Terminal 1, you might have to go through security again to get to this irregular part of Terminal 1 for your departing flight, because after all these years, San Diego still hasn't figured out a way to fix that idiotic mistake. If you have the fortune of arriving in and departing from this separate part of Terminal 1, then you also have the misfortune of having fewer options for everything. But this Hudson news seems larger and better stocked than most. Or maybe I'm just thinking back to 2014 and happier days and being able truthfully to say that I have never slept in an American airport. (I no longer can.) The prices are the ripoffs you've always hated but have come to expect. The paperback section is quite extensive. I want to say I was tempted, but I wasn't really. But if I hadn't brought along so many books I wanted to read, maybe. San Diego gets so many free passes from me. I don't know what it is.

Bread was extremely dry and was crumbing as I bit into it. Should include some condiments for flavor and moisture.

This is possibly one of the nicest 7-Eleven stores I have been to in my life. It was clean, it was organized, and it was stocked. Something that I am not accustomed to. Even though they are well stocked, it doesn't mean the selection is vast. It is somewhat limited to certain brands and of the items they do have you don't get to choose a better one because of that. I feel like that might because of the size of the store as it was not a traditional store set up. That's probably the biggest drawback of this location. The size is limited because it is located on street level of a newer building. Street level is a bit of a stretch as the entrance is on the side street and down a small hill. Customer service was great. The employees working were helpful and swift with the transaction. Able to watch the store and answer customer question while checking my items out.

The many times you would get the best snacks and the best candy bars that would go great with Ice Cream mixture and combine with soft serve Ice Cream. The many memories of the 711s that would be open 24hours and the many times you would have the crowded mornings. Through the many years that the 711 stor5e4s have been the many places that many times you would see the sheriffs and the many other officers that would come and get coffee in the morning the early mornings the great many things you get at 711s. The many great people that you would see in the morning the many shipments and the distributors that would bring in the many products to the morning. The many times that you would see the many companies that would deliver products and the many food products that would be from the Hot Pizzas and the many great deli sandwiches that are the best and the best in Hot Dogs. With the many great 711s the one location that is in the Little Italy area has been that has been the best in cleanliness and the size of the store is small size with the well done in outside design and the stonework that gives a great atmosphere inside and out, the many products that have they have a great welcome to the housing nearby and the offices close by. Many areas in the Little Italy area are that of restaurants and the gourmet foods that you can pick up and take home. The Store location has some of the best products that you can get such as the Slurpee's and the Monster Drinks with many combos you see at the many. The best location for when you have a great 711 store that you can go to at night and get the milk you need, or you may have to get meat products. One of the greatest things that the 711 stores have the best morning doughnuts and the many great coffees when you have those that bring in their own coffee mugs and get the favorite morning coffees. With the great location that is just a short walk from the Trolley Station with the number 83 bus connection which is located close by the store. In closing as a Yelp Elite Reviewer this is one of the best and the closest location when you take a trip up into the Little Italy area with the short walk to India Street with the Historical area there is much to see and have cold drinks when you stop in at the 711 store up from the trolley.

The pharmacist is always kind, helpful and happy, as are anyone else at the counters. Way better than than previous pharmacies we've used. This store gets a bad rap because of all the homeless looting the store - emptying its shelves. It's a daily battle, they've tried security at the doors, but for whatever reason they don't have it anymore. They should permanently close off the door on Kettner and create a booze only counter with the liquor behind it, not accessible to the customer unless they are buying it at the booze counter.

It appeared that the wide variety of selection was set for libations rather than other items in the store. For the footprint of the store it seems that there just wasn't enough room in house to accommodate that. Like I said, because the libations took up a solid two aisles. That meant that the rest of the aisles were left to have items fight for counter space. Unfortunately on both of my visits here I did not find what I needed and had to venture elsewhere to get those items. Customer service wasn't too bad here, they were attentive to the needs of those in the store, but at some points they appeared to be bothered to help you at first. It is what it is. I view this more as a community convenience store than a Rite Aid. I suppose if you live in the neighborhood it is better than trekking to wherever to get a quick item.

I usually come here for a quick, fast , and affordable car wash, and it is convienently located near me. The gas area is tight and limited, but eventually, you can squeeze in even on a busy day. They have quite a few gas pumps and some store parking up front for the personnel, not needing gas. Inside the store is spacious and clean and they sell many drink varietys and snacks. They offer alcohol beverages and tobacco products as well. As for the car wash, it is built in the same space as the gas station. You can easily pay for your car wash while pumping gas, or you can just pull up to the car wash area and pay with a debit/credit card. There are 4 options for the car wash ranging from basic to deluxe, and this time, I went with the standard basic option. The car wash uses high-pressure water soap and also has scrubbers to get your car looking beautiful. The dryer has vents blowing from the left side and right side with a 60-second timer. At this time, you are allowed to change from park to drive and slowly go through drying off all excess water. Overall, it is a great gas station to go to and pick up some snacks and gas for the road and, of course, a car wash to get your fresh ride looking squeaky clean. There is a vacuum and air for your tires in the station for an additional cost. The customer service is always good, and the service is fast as to where you're in and out to continue your day.
