Had an unacceptable experience with Angela/Angeles (whatever her name was) who was the manager on staff 9/12, @ roughly 2:35pm. Bought a jacket @ full price $700+. Came to return it due to a terrible, unacceptable smell of factory/rubber/outgassing from the material Hugo Boss used that wasn't apparent until i got the jacket home, and Angela* REFUSED to accept the return because "its just outside of our 30 day return period, can't do anything, SOORRYYYYY"... No effort, no willingness to see what else she could do. No store credit, nothing... Sorry, but Boss is supposed to be a LUXURY store providing a LUXURY shopping experience... I paid LUXURY prices and this is the service? This is the experience? 30 day return policy for a $700+ full price jacket? Unacceptable.... I'll be reporting this experience to the HIGHEST levels of Hugo Boss, which guess what, it's 2025, not that hard to get to the right person. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Message to Ownership, get a new manager, and check your policies because you just lost an annual $3-5K customer. read more

I bought a tee-shirt the 20 august, nice piece but sellers not very helpful maybe because a tee-shirt is not enough expensive. Didn't know about changing colors on UV tee-shirt so the senior seller prefered to say anything. Next time it will be on internet site. read more

Ignacio and Team were unbelievable! I ordered a suit online at Hugo Boss Dot com. Took it over to their store for fitting. They tried their hardest, but it was just not the right suit for me. There was no way to make it fit. I was bummed, I had paid a bunch of money for a suit that wouldn't fit. Ignacio to the rescue. They gave me a store credit for the value of the suit, helped me pick out a suit that fit! Had it tailored perfectly and off I went. Ignacio and the team were very friendly and patient. They made every effort to make our experience at the store a pleasant one. I sought Ignacio's expert advice on suits and he did not disappoint. I had the intention of only buying one suit but I had such a great experience that I walked out with two suits (one for the church and one for the reception) and with every Hugo Boss Accessory we could think of (dress shirts, shoes, belts, socks, watch, cologne, and even undies!). I had a very pleasant and easy experience buying a Wallet/money clip for my husband. Customer service was very good. I got the money clip engraved elsewhereand and unfortunately they engraved it upside down. I called back to Hugo Boss a few days later to see if I could buy another clip thinking that was my only option, and actually they were so helpful and just gave me a new one. I came in having a button popped off on my tux shirt that was reattached quickly. I also lost a button on my tux coat sleeve and they thoughtfully helped me find the exact replacement button and fixed it perfectly. When you buy one shirt that needs alterations a week is plenty of time for those to occur. When You return a week later and they tell you your one shirt is still not ready, really? They told me to come back in half hour. I came back an hour later and really? I'm still waiting. Hugo Boss is the only suit that I will wear. Having bought most of mine from a Dept. store for many, many years, I decided to go into the new Hugo Boss store in the Del Amo Mall. I am not tall and skinny and most suits that they had were in that style. However the Store Manager said I'll go by the other store on the way home and pick up a couple of suits for you. What he brought back was amazing and in my budget also. Long story short. The BEST service I have ever had. This gentleman treated me so well and I was blown away with his positive attitude that he and the store shared, they now have a customer for life. He also help me pick out shirts and ties that go great with my new suits. Everyone one else that works there were also very helpful. I recently purchased two suits from this location. The store is immaculate, the collection is sharp, and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable on fitting my body type. My only complaint is that upon returning to pick up my hemmed pants, a member of the staff was quite snooty. I find this behavior off-putting; particularly when spending a few thousand dollars. Having said that, my initial shopping experience was very enjoyable. read more
