All of the people that work there are so pleasant so helpful. Shoot, even the bathroom is amazing at the facility along with their little candies that they have available for you I've suffered a traumatic brain injury in the past so businesses that can help me remember things or at least be kind when I have forgotten mean a lot to me. Recently my truck was broken into while I was in Mexico and my purse along with all of my credit cards in my bank card were stolen. This made it impossible for me to pay my storage bill when it came due. I had been on auto pay, but once the cards were killed, that was no longer relevant. Andre went way out of his way to call and remind me that the bill was due, he even let me know how many days I had to work with before a late charge would be assessed once I realize that I wasn't going to be able to use my bank card in time he immediately sent me a form which was super easy to fill out online, allowing my bank account to be linked to my auto pay, and the funds were immediately available so that my items in storage were safe and sound Andre followed up with me to make sure that I had it done if I needed any help he was there for me and just overall compassionate and understanding! That's so hard to find nowadays I highly recommend this facility on every level. It's fantastic. Signed a happy customer

Do NOT bring your things here. This place has been a total nightmare and the positive reviews are…read more100% fake. They are filthy and never clean the facility. They raise prices constantly. They have a moisture problem. Both elevators on my side I need to get to my unit are broken and could not get up to my unit. So it's not ADA compliant. They also do not have carts for you to use. They also have been playing a fun little game charging us $12 for not receiving my proof of renters insurance which I have provided multiple times. This facility is ran so poorly. Your stuff gets so dirty and they could care less to take care of their property. We are planning to get out as soon as possible. Please see pics I took yesterday trying to put away my Christmas decorations.

Even though I informed management right away they didn't fix the drywall nor did they call an exterminator. I was forced to buy mice traps and mice deterrent boxes. The results were disgusting, lots of mice were caught on the sticky traps. The negligence of this property is just beyond words. They shouldn't have rented the units to me in the condition they are. The drywall is falling apart providing an entry point, the units weren't even cleaned properly although they claimed they cleaned them, the facility is infested with mice and poorly maintained. On top of that they double the rates every 3 months for what?? The units are falling apart, dilapidated, dark and dingy; it's a very old facility with very little upgrades. I would strongly advise against storing anything at this facility because I can't stress enough that the entire facility is infested with mice which is a health hazard; mice carry hantavirus and the plague. I am assuming that all my belongings are going to be damaged due to this. This is god awful for anyone to go through. There isn't anything positive I can say here. I spent thousands moving my stuff into this storage facility.

So I've been storage searching for about a week now, and I finally locked in on this storage place…read more I loved the units and I love how clean this particular location is. I didn't smell any rot or mold like I did at the other places I looked at. Jessica helped me. She was nice. Straight to the point. Im not a fan of the administration fee and the lock. They should include that if you decide to get a unit with them in my personal opinion. You need insurance for your property here. They lock the flats, so you will have to ask for a key to get them to help unload your things. I guess the storage rent has the opportunity to go up within 7 months, so we will see about that. For I 5x7 ill be paying about 70/month with insurance. Not too bad. First month is free, but I still walked out the door paying 66 something because the admin fee, insurance, and lock You need a code to get inside the doors, so thats cool. I feel safe with the location also.

I fought for 2 1/2 years for his return and held that storage so that when he was returned, he would have all his things. When I started that storage, it cost, if I recall $130 or so and you raised your prices continually until I was being charged $300+ I have all those things and more in storage elsewhere for $60/month! I spent over $300,000 to return my son to the US and when I tried to clear out my storage after all these years, you locked me out and charged me for an extra month! You can keep your money and I will write a review, with my story to every review site there is! I asked you all to work with me and you don't care And I will write that review for every day, month and year my son was kidnapped So you can understand humanity and how much you charged only to keep our memories, while those memories were the only think we could hang onto! What could have been resolved in a few days you dragged out to another month. Now my friend is having to rent a uhaul in order to vacate your sad premises! Thank you for nothing!

I rented a small unit for the monthly price of $52.00 per month which was competitive with other, similar mini- storage companies in the area. It cost $81.00 to secure the space which included administration fee. For the next 4 months I accessed the storage as needed and paid my bill online to each month. Rent is due on the 11th of each month. All good, right? Wrong. On March 9th I received a text notification that my bill was due by March 11th and to please make a payment of $104.00 which was exactly double the normal monthly fee. I immediately called the office to attempt to clear up this misunderstanding and remiy the payment not wanting to be late. I mentioned there was a mistake in billing and asked that it be corrected. The customer service rep I spoke with said there's no mistake. That $104 PO er month would be the monthly price now and going forward. She mentioned that a letter of notification had been sent to inform me. That was not true. When verifying my address the rep excluded my apartment number. I never received the letter because they had an inccomplete address. Legally you must be notified for such a change takes place with enough time before the bill is due to relocate. I was not afforded that choice. Because I didn't receive notification that my bill was going to double. How is that even legal? The rep told me on the phone that it was now twice what I had been paying. I simply cannot understand how companies get away with these scammy business practices. I was not informed I was receiving any kind of break in price or that this promotional rate was temporary. This company lures you into a false sense of security during the initial transaction to get your business then they sucker-punch you with a rate increase of double the original rate. This is absolutely unacceptable. I informed management I was going to move out but didn't say when. Now, I'm two days late, I didn't budget for this increase and am afraid they will do everything they can to get their money or take legal action against me. I am fighting back. I would NEVER RENT STORAGE FROM THIS PLACE OR ONE ASDOCIATED WITH IT DUE TO UNFAIR AND ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. I am a senior living on a fixed income with little or no resources. How can do this to people? They're horrible!

I was specifically told that the unit cost could go up but it would be within reason, usually a few dollars or so. Well, that is not what happened. After having a promo rate followed by a standard rate for 6 months, I got a letter in the mail stating that my price would nearly double the following month. It was going from $63 to $115! When I called them for help, they were unable to lower the cost to a reasonable amount. Saying how $115 is the standard rate in the area for a 5x5. But no, that is not true. The highest rate I found in the area for a climate controlled unit was $80. I went to public storage and got a 5x5 for $52 even. So needless to say I switched instead of paying a crazy high amount for a closet. I have also realized that they do not have so many cameras in the unit for security as opposed to public storage. So all in all, I'm glad to have made the switch.
