The first time my laptop had a major issue I took it to Staples, after 5 days they gave it back and said it needed a new hard drive and I would loose all my files on it. Every other shop quoted it me at $500+ and John gave me a $250 quote and then only charged me $218 when the work was done. This review is overdue. I cracked the screen on my MacBook and when I contacted Apple they couldn't tell me much other than a screen replacement would run about 400 or more. I didn't want to drive out to rancho so I checked yelp and came across Human Computer. Based on the positive reviews I decided to give it a shot. It was taken in straight away and I was given a very reasonable quote (and was even given the option to buy the parts myself for a lower cost). I didn't want to choose the right parts myself so I let them take care of everything. 2 days later I was notified my computer was ready.
