    Margherita
    Katherine L.

This was such a fun find! My husband, 1 year old, and I went on a Friday early evening (around 5PM). The weather was still nice enough to sit outside, and it was delightful! We got the margherita and sausage pizza. We would definitely go back to try the others! You order at the counter, grab a seat, and then they bring out the pizza to you when it's ready. So in that regard, the pizzas don't come out at the same time, because they are dropped off as they come out of the oven. The pizza was delightful; a chewy crust, and the right amount of cheese/sauce/topping so that you get a good bite each time. Parking was easy, and we saw a mix of groups, including people on dates, groups of friends, and families. We are looking forward to going back!

Everything about humble pie is well...humble. From the freshly grown herbs and vegetables, to the well taken care chicks, and farm to table mission - it's truly a vibe and the best little gem. It's fully outdoors with coverage for the misty days but tbh, I don't even care if I'm misted on bc the pizza is just that good. We got the angry lamb - the crust was crispy and fresh from Their outdoor wood oven. Each ingredient thoughtfully placed and curated for the best bite of pie I can't wait to come back!

Humble Pie is a hidden gem in Seattle! If you're a fan of wood-fired pizza, this place should be at the top of your list. The setting has a cozy, laid-back vibe, and the outdoor patio--with string lights and rustic decor--is perfect for Seattle evenings. The pizzas here are incredible! The crust is the star of the show: thin, crispy, and slightly charred with that perfect wood-fired flavor. They use quality ingredients, and you can taste the difference. The staff recommended the "Whole Hog" meat pie and it was perfect, delicious pulled pork, flavorful prosciutto, crispy bacon with fresh mozzarella, and a tangy tomato sauce. Their seasonal and unique pizza options are always fun to try too. Did you know they had a happy hour? With such a vast menu, I am excited to try more. The staff is super friendly, and service is extremely quick. It feels like they really care about making you feel welcome and making the best pizza in town. Plus, they're eco-conscious--they even have a chicken coop outside where food scraps are recycled. It was late, so I didn't see any chickens, but it's cool to know that they have that! Definitely try their house-made hot honey on your pizza if you like a little sweet kick--it's delicious! Whether you're a local or just visiting, Humble Pie is a must-visit spot in Seattle for pizza lovers.

Delicious 14" - Fresh Mozz Margherita Pie and small salad. The food was served fast and fresh. We enjoyed sitting outside.

Food - this is probably one of my new favorite pizza places. I LOVED how many vegetarian options there are and the unique offerings. All the sizes are the same 14"ish. The crust was good too. I got the mushroom, egg, and arugula which was excellent. My partner got the Whole Hog and loved it too. Very tasty and fresh ingredients. We got them as delivery. Service - the pizza was well made and packaged and the order was correct. Ambiance - N/A delivery

Easily some of the best pizzas I've had with amazing vegetarian options! Humble Pie has unique pizza combinations that'll please everyone, vegetarian or not. All pizzas are roughly 14" and have a wonderful crispy, chewy, crust. Service is fast. Plenty of table and bar seating available. Having tried some veg and non-veg pizzas, the vegetarians are definitely on par with the meaty pies. When I tried the Field Roast "Sausage", I thought my partner had ordered a meat pie but it was vegetarian. Crazy right? Wish I got to try the Mushroom, Egg, and Arugula Pizza, but they'd run out of eggs for the night. Random note but if you're being chased by hungry wasps, I suggest eating at the bar tables! Some of my favs are the Field Roast Pizza and Lamb pizza. The sausage and Gorgonzola is also excellent. I might just list the whole menu if I keep coming back.

The best pizza ever. A little pricey but worth it and they're nice people. Amazing service.

Yelp reviews brought me here The pizza oven creates these magical pies, slightly charred, crispy, perfect balanced amount of ingredients. They taste fresh too. Had the Roasted Garlic Pie and it packed a punch! Service was friendly and quick. The ambiance was laid back on picnic tables and they have shaded areas, open to the elements. Great spot and pies!

    Soppressata Pizza
    Kathy N.

I got the sopressata and eggplant 14 inch pizzas. In total it was about $54 or so. The eggplant pizza was average, not much to write home about, but the sopressata was very flavorful and a little salty from the meat. I wish for the price you'd get more, as the crust was very thin and the toppings seemed lacking, especially on the eggplant pizza. Otherwise, it's a solid pizza place. There's only outdoor seating however so it's not the best place to dine in during colder days. My friend said it looked like a shack. They do raise chickens so you can watch the chickens as you wait for your order to cook up. I have tried their apple pizza before (my roommate's workplace ordered for a meeting and she took some home) and I remember liking that as well.

Beautiful little hidden gem, right off busy Rainier street. Was easy to find side parking too. All the tables are outdoors, surrounded by their own mini garden, and grape vines! It was prettt pictureque! They have wonderful happy hour pizza die $6-7 for an entire pie, and regular pizzas for +$20! We tried their margarita and their truffle mushroom pizza. Both super delicious! They are thin crust, and packed with flavor. Also delicious the next day, and that's when you know... a pizza is great!

Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

The employee who eventually helped me was nice, but the overall experience still didn't feel welcoming or attentive. Over several visits, the service has just not matched the quality of the food. In this economy, it's truly a blessing for businesses to still have loyal customers coming through the door and wanting to support local spots. At the very least, customers should feel welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of when they walk in. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! Oh well, I guess I will be back! The woman heated up my slice and after a few minutes, it was ready. I took my slice and went to sit outside near Pioneer Square so I could be outside and people watch. Pizza was tasty and solid, but the crust was too dry. I have a feeling the slice wasnt the most fresh, so thats why the crust was a bit dry. But, if you know me, I do jot like soggy pizza (I mean - who does??), so a bit drier isn't too big an issue. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
