As others mentioned, if you're familiar with Cava you will likely like this place. We had takeout and it was really easy to build a good bowl. The chicken and falafel are great, as is the harrisa hummus and feta dip. The pita chips are really awesome and worth checking out at least once. I really enjoy their clean atmosphere. Chipotle style ordering means you get to customize your order and maximize some of those toppings! The bowl is my favorite and you get enough portions for leftovers depending on you. Staff is very helpful and friendly when helping my family figure out their order. Really enjoyed my experience here. The food was delicious and fresh. I really liked the flavor from the sauces and all the different toppings. The price seemed really fair for the portions. However, what makes this place so special was the outstanding customer service. Tamay, Satiyo, and Chuck went out of their way to make me feel taken care of even though I came in right before they were closing. Came here while in town for a medical procedure down the rd. Loved the set up of build your own. I got a spinach wrap with the chicken shawarma. They were generous with the amount of topping you could get. Everything was fresh and the staff was friendly. read more

Mediterranean chipotle essentially. Pick your base, pick your protein, add on toppings. Went in at 7:30pm on Friday night. Some of the protein choices were really sad looking and not very fresh. We got a bowl and portion sizes were really small. The flavors were actually pretty good and I like the concept but I feel like the bowl could have used more of the base so the sauces and hummus don't overwhelm the bowl. Also bigger portions. Food is fresh and delicious, vegan friendly, and the people who work here are super kind, patient, and accommodating. The only issue is that select items are extremely salty. I have to dip the mushrooms in tzatziki to counter the salt. On their own they are just too salty. read more

Decent bowl, but as another reviewer mentioned, a notch below Sajj in Mountain View in terms of flavor and portion. Tried the chicken options which were lacking in seasoning, but the falafel was decent. Definitely convenient and one of the healthier fast options for lunch/dinner. Those flavors, wow. I couldn't even take pics because I was too hungry. It was so flavorful that my mouth was zinging afterwards. I had a bowl (it comes with a complimentary pita, so this is totally the way to go), with their amazing lemon chicken, incredible hummus (of course) and seasoned feta mix, and a ton of fresh delicious veggies. Plus, for my hubby, all the sauces are vegan (I liked gramma's sauce the best, reminded me of a spicier version of Indian cilantro chutney). It's like Mediterranean chipotle on crack. And the staff was super friendly, even though they had just finished a huge rush (if the owner is reading this, they need more help on the weekends!) I'd give it 6 stars if I could because I plan on coming back weekly. read more

They offer terrific mix and match ingredient options that seem to all come together very well. We ordered three "Build your own" options. Love the staff here, especially the aspiring psychologist, but the problem is they're always out of Gyro meat. You can't call yourself a Mediterranean restaurant if you don't have ample supplies of Gyro meat. I work across the street and used to go here all the time, but nowadays it feels like I'm enabling bad behavior. I can't do it anymore. We got food delivered from Hummus Republic for our game at Marymoor park. The delivery was prompt and the food was hot and fresh. We loved the pita chips and the dips that it came with. The gyros were quite refreshing with fresh ingredients and the Cous cous instead of rice was a great change. Both the veg and non veg gyros were quite tasty and not overly filling. We will be ordering food from Hummus Republic going forward as well. Highly recommend to give it a try. read more

Amazing flavors, tons of different combinations of toppings and ingredients to try in your wrap, pita, bowl or salad. I got lemon chicken in my salad and wife got a chicken shawarma wrap. Imagine Chipotle but from the Middle East. And the service is wonderful too.
