Chicken Club w pretty much everything
    Jeremy L.

Once I discovered their rewards program, I've been coming here about every other week. It's been solid. If you love hot, toasted sandwiches, this is a must try. You won't be disappointed with anything you get. They pretty much chop up everything and toast it. It makes it easy to eat and just delicious! I've gotten some variety of the following sandwiches. Meatballs (5): Can't go wrong with meatball anything, but the way they do it is pretty good. Instead of large full-sized meatballs, they cut it up so you get some meat in every bite. They still have some large meatballs, but its spread out more evenly. Also, some people would frown at putting lettuce or tomato in their meatball sandwiches, not here. Since they chop everything up, it makes it seem like it was supposed to go in there. Amazing! Turkey and Chicken (5): Again, if you were thinking sliced turkey or large slab of chicken breast, you'd be wrong. Diced chunks of each in every bite so you're not overwhelmed by any sauce, meat, or toppings. I almost feel that they mix everything in a bowl first then put it through the toaster. It's good. Cubano (3.5): Had to call this one out separately since I'm a cubano fan. It was good... and I will likely get it again, but it just didn't have the same satisfaction for me as a true cubano. It was "cubano-esque" or had the likeness and ingredients of a cubano. I feel that all the flavors are there, but it's the potbelly style. So chopped up and toasted. I sort of like my cubano with whole items. Maybe its just me. It was good, just potbelly style. This particular potbelly does a good job. I've only been to this one and the Issaquah one but they're pretty consistent here. There are times where this location gets swamped during lunch time though and I realize its difficult to plan for with random businesses coming in to the office at different times. Just be aware, order early, and don't rush the process. Your tasty sandwich is at stake. Overall, the potbelly sandwich style is a winner in my book. I do feel that some specialty sandwiches lose its draw with this style (cubano) but overall is a winner. Highly recommend a try. Solid 4.5 shop.

My $10 sandwich next to my $10 chili. Ripoff Alert!!!!

Well I tried Potbelly and it must be the people that own this place that have the Potbelly!! Sure the chili was good but wth this is a $10 chili. Rip off alert!!! What are you trying to get rich off your customers!!! Scammers!! $10 sandwich where's the beef!!!! This place is yawn and done!!

Where is the beef ? Look at the presentation

It's below average sandwich shop. I had a roast beef sandwich today during our office lunch and it looked as if it was made by a 10 years kid. Neither taste or the presentation were good. I will not place another order from there.

Busy yet still efficient on a weekday

Besides the doors being heavy as heck to open to even enter this sandwich shop...it's a great lunch spot for sandwich lovers! Do try any of their vegetarian sandwiches, soups of the day and all their cookies! So delicious. I also like the fact that they carry Zapps chips here. Those are way more legit than most potato chip brands. Service here is A-OK. Not overly friendly, however, at least not rushing and rude.

The only reason they are even getting 2 stars is the actually got my order right on Wednesday and the sandwich was delicious. Made the same order through Door Dash (just like Weds) and, man, don't know who was working today (08.30.18) but they need to fired. Ordered the tomato mozzarella sandwich with basil pesto and feta with macaroni salad on the side. I received a basil pesto with feta cheese on flatbread. No tomato. No mozzarella. No spinach. Nowhere on the menu does it say you have to request those items even though there is a section where you can click tomatoes and mozzarella along with a bunch of other items. Why the hell would I even think to click tomatoes or mozzarella when it is a freaking TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA SANDWICH. Here is their description on door dash: Fresh Mozz and provolone toasted and then topped with spinach, tomatoes, basil pesto and balsamic drizzle on FLATS. Does it look like I got any of that?! On top of that, no fork or spoon for the macaroni salad and had no access at the time to get one. I was hungry so I ended up eating that pathetic excuse of a "sandwich" and eating the macaroni salad with my hands. Door Dash would only refund me $4. Never. Ever. Again will I EVER order from this place again. Seriously, how the hell does one even begin to screw up a TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA SANDWICH?! It even tells you in the name what goes on it.

Close up of the mold I discovered on the sandwich I just ordered and had delivered to me.

FOOD SAFETY! - Just ordered this morning (8/26/21) from the this potbelly in Bellevue. Ordered thru UberEats. Besides the fact that the delivery was late and took 1 hr and 13 mins to deliver...When it arrived 30 mins ago, I started eating the Italian sandwich only to find out after taking multiple bites, the BREAD HAD MOLD ON IT! How does any establishment let something like that happen??? I would have posted this review sooner than 30 mins, but I had to waste time submitting a food safety issue form with UberEats. Don't know if I can order from this store again. If you read this...buyer beware.

I got the bowl with half salad and half vermicelli. I went with the pork but the chicken looked pretty good as well. The flavor of the pork was on point. The fish sauce added a really nice flavor. I also got the cilantro sauce cause it was recommended. It was good as well but really didn't need it. The bowl was pretty packed. I was spilling all over the place just trying to get to some noodles. It was good though. Next time I'm gonna try the plate. It's pretty much the same thing but hopefully not as full and messy. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this! The veggies were fresh, the proteins were well seasoned and lean, the noodles were bouncy, and the fish sauce was pretty decent. Not to mention, the serving size was rather generous. A really great lunch option!

Downtown Bellevue has an interesting set-up, with no McDonald's, Burger King, or Taco Bell within walking distance...there is a Wendy's though, so my wife and I decided to take a stroll to pick up a late lunch/early dinner. Ordered through the app. Even though I hadn't used it for a couple of years, it still offered some good deals, including a Dave's Single for $1 with other purchase, which is what I took advantage of. The app also allows you to customize by asking for eXTra toppings, which is what I did (pickle, onion, tomato, lettuce) for no charge. They use whole romaine lettuce instead of iceburg, which I hadn't noticed before. A Jr Vanilla Frosty ($1.79) was our dessert: quite small but creamy and delicious. I always get a small chili ($3.19) when at Wendys'...the large is only $1 more, but I've found the small is a better deal. The chili wasn't great this time, though: very runny with little flavor. My wife got a biggie bag (junior bacon cheeseburger, junior fries, small drink, and 4 piece nuggets (upgraded to spicy buffalo for extra dollar). They give you a ton of warm sauce topped on the 4 nuggets...need to eat it fast. A better deal is to get the normal nuggets and get the buffalo dipping sauce. They have a Coke free style machine, so can go wild with flavors with your drink. The restaurant was pretty clean, with a lot of sunny seating. The workers were rude: nobody was manning any of the walk-up lines, and multiple folks continuously ignored me as they walked past even though I made eye contact and gave a 'need help' nod while standing in the mobile pickup area. A simple 'Someone will be with you...' would have made a big difference.

If you're expecting traditional Chinese food, this isn't it -- and that's the point. Panda Express is Americanized Chinese with its own personality: sweeter, bolder, and undeniably satisfying. What I like: - Unique flavor profile: Dishes run sweeter than classic Chinese cuisine, but they're well-executed and flavorful in their own right. Orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp are crowd-pleasers for a reason. - Consistent quality: Across locations I've visited, the food tastes reliably the same -- comfortingly predictable when you want something quick and tasty. - Efficient service model: The assembly-line setup is a big win. You can customize your plate, watch it being prepared, and be out the door in minutes. Perfect for lunch breaks or grabbing dinner on the go. - Portion/value: Generous portions for the price, especially if you want a hearty meal without breaking the bank.
