Beef and lamb had a great flavor, pita was fluffy. The chicken doner wrap was weird. I should have noticed that it said ketchup, but I didn't notice and that was strange. The chicken had a nice flavor but the sauces did not go well with the chicken. I wanted doner wrap like I've had in Germany. The "spicy" had a weird vinegary taste. I can't believe I've never reviewed this place. I've been coming here for years but have had fewer than 10 meals. Today I was reminded of why I need to make this a more regular stop. The food is excellent. I've never had a better tzatziki sauce and the gyro meat is perfectly spiced. I like the gyro salad with all it's veggies, feta and creamy dressing. The place is small with only 3 or 4 tables so you won't fall in love with the ambiance. Drinks are in the cooler and service is quick. The prices have gone up a bit over the years but that's to be expected with the cost of everything these days. Parking may be a bit difficult at busy times as it's right next to Jimmy John's on Bel-Red. I always get a side of hummus with Pita. The hummus is the best I've had in the Seattle area bar none. My husband and I were craving Mediterranean so we decided to give this place a try. We got the combo which came with chicken and beeff, rice, a small salad, pita bread and hummus. I also got a side of fried cauliflower. The combo was good, the pita bread could have been softernand the chicken was kinda dry. The fried cauliflower came with tahini which was bland. I was really sad that after we moved out of Woodinville I couldn't find a Mediterranean place I liked, but I think my years long search is over! It tastes like the worst Mediterranean food I've ever eaten in my life. It's way too lemon flavored, soggy rice, it enough garlic flavor all I taste is lemon. The hummus is cheap liquid type of hummus not really a good type of hummus. It tastes like hummus you would buy at a grocery store not freshly made hummus. Bought Chicken Shawarma sandwich , Arabic Chicken Shawarma sandwich, mix veggie sandwich and feta fries Chicken Shawarma was packed with Chicken which overpowered the hummus and all the other veggies. This is tightly wrapped in a thin pita bread. I could not finish it in one sitting! The Arabic Chicken Shawarma sandwich had more veggies and the thicker but softer pita bread. Food was great. Customer service is above and beyond. I'm spending some to write a review because my wife left her purse at the restaurant with her passport, credit card, ID, and cash before our cruise. We came in before closing hour and my wife didn't realize she left her purse there until after they closed. We came back immediately in the morning when they opened and they kept her purse safe with everything still inside. I can't speak more highly of the integrity and honesty of the employees and the management for doing the right thing. Our whole trip woild have been ruined if it wasn't for them being honest.
